Everything was absolutely perfect. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The spa was great, the pool too. Amazing views of the mountains. One of the nicest hotels I've been to in Austria. We really enjoyed it and I have another reservation :).

Brilliant apart/hotel. Stayed here with two friends. We had a fantastic week. Breakfast is lovely, the service uber friendly. Throughout the day all the staff team smile and cannot be more helpful. You can ski in and out and the hotel is perfectly positioned for bars, lifts and restaurants. I haven’t even begun to describe the views from the bar, spectacular. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but the food coming out looked delicious. Anyway, I can go on and on but I won’t bore you. Just go.

Nice hotel located very close to the slopes. Good large rooms, delicious food, good service and management. Family-friendly with ski rental in the same building and a short distance to the chair lift and the gondola in Alpendorf.........

Beautiful hotel, owned, managed and run by a team of beautiful people. Genuinely the attention to detail and quality at Haven is exceptional. From check in to check out everything was seamless and nothing ever too much trouble. Restaurant views just stunning, food quality and choice brilliant, we loved the spicy pasta and steaks, although the pizzas are also very good especially after skiing at 4pm. Spa exceptional, and ability to get treatments in sister hotel next door. Already booked for March and hoping to ho in February too for synthetic long weekend.

Such a beautiful and aesthetic place to enjoy an autumn with the family. We loved to get up and in bed with the most beautiful view towards the southwest. We will come back any time and dream of trying the ski-in-ski-out directly from the hotel 7 floor in Alpendorf.
