Went for work, staff wasn’t the nicest but were accommodating enough - the night staff was a little rude, but the morning staff the next day was kind enough. I had time to kill in the lobby, where there were free massage chairs, though they were a little beaten up. There were food and drink dispensers as well as a hot water heater and microwave for use. There are also public onsen style baths that I did not take advantage of, but they had many selections. The room I stayed in was nothing special, but was fine for the night I was staying. The location is not great but not terrible, as there is a supermarket nearby open until midnight My biggest piece of advice would be to rent a car if you are staying here; I took a cab then walked to the station the next day after my business in the area was done

The room in the new building was clean and the security was good, so I felt safe.

We had the bath all to ourselves, and the breakfast curry was delicious with lots of toppings. If breakfast was a little cheaper, it would be more convenient. Thanks to you, I was able to recover from the fatigue of work. Thank you very much.

The private baths are first come, first served, so you never know when one will become available. I wish there was a system where you could reserve a time during peak hours. There are times when the shower doesn't work when the bath water temperature is adjusted. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the curry was especially delicious!

The hotel is very clean and offers excellent customer service (free coffee and bicycle rentals). The rooms are spacious.

It's just under a 20-minute walk from Sano Station down a quiet path. The annex is very quiet, clean, and stylish. The restaurant looks old, but has a lot of charm. I was unlucky enough not to be able to use the bath, but it seems to be a family bath system, so it would be great for couples to relax together.

I found this hotel near Sano Premium Outlet. It felt more like a small resort than a hotel, and the breakfast buffet was quite good. I wanted to try the hot springs, so I made a reservation, but I wasn't able to use them. However, there are several small, private hot springs of various styles, so it seems like a good value hotel for those looking for a budget-friendly option.

The service staff are very patient and friendly. They gave the children a bag of bath towels and a small drawing book. The children were very happy to get them. The room was very clean and there was a soup house available. After running, I felt relaxed and slept better. The coffee provided in the morning is delicious. My family likes it very much. It is a hotel that I would like to stay in again in the future.
