Palladium Hotel Palmyra - Adults Only

The hotel is okayish but the staff is excellent. Shout out to Joaquin and Javier!!

El servicio y la localización son muy buenos , al igual que la relación calidad precio. El personal del hotel son muy amables y con muchas atenciones con los clientes. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y limpias. Mostramos vistas desde el hotel.

My Brother and I have been here six times since 2005. One of the finest hotels for the area. Very loyal friendly and attentive staff in all departments. However my feeling is that other hotels in the area are catching up fast due to greater investment ie Abratt and Tanit now renamed TRS Ibiza. and Blau Park. I have enclosed picture of the hotel swimming pool which although very nice is in need of a modern upgrade ( wooden planks rather tired). The other issue was full English breakfast being Luke warm due to cold plates and hob not hot enough to keep food hot. Variety of food excellent at breakfast and dinner. This hotel still one of the finest options but fully inclusive doesn’t come cheap

Fantastic central hotel right on the beach. Loved looking out onto the sea from the outdoor restaurant and pool area. Food is fab. All staff from the reception to the all bar staff are so friendly. They really helped make are holiday. A special mention to bar manager Arturo Garcia who remembered our drinks order every day and came to the table as soon as we sat down. The poolside entertainment was a great touch. We will definitely be back

I’ll split this into pros and cons. We had an ok time here but I wouldn’t say it was amazing and I question the 4 star status. Pros Always enough sunbeds - there isn’t a fight for sunbeds in the morning. We got down around 9am and there were always plenty. Nice inside air conditioned bar area when it got too hot Nice vibe around the pool with mixed ages Room clean and turned over each day Reception staff very friendly and helpful Waiters very friendly Lots of real spirits included in the all inclusive but you are limited to what is included which is disappointing considering what we paid for the holiday. Air conditioning in the room was brilliant and we escaped to the room a few times to cool down Food was cooked well and nice to have the area of the buffet where you can get things cooked from fresh. Cons Pool area needs work, the wooden decking is awful and falling apart in places. Wood and water? Evening entertainment is just singers every evening Food was nice but very repetitive The beds are awful, so hard, by the end of the holiday I was really looking forward to going home and sleeping in my own bed. I was also a bit upset that we booked as a couple for our first holiday without our kids since we got married and we got given single beds pushed next to each other in our room, that were on wheels and if you tried to lie in the middle you would fall in between them. They wee also made each day like single beds not a double bed and it was really disappointing. The good drinks at the bar like a frozen margarita were not included in the all inclusive yet I saw the bar staff getting rid of it at the end of the night. Tried to book a pedicure at the massage/ treatments place by the pool, but even though we were here for a week there was never a therapist that did pedicures the whole week we were here. Lack of round the pool entertainment other than aqua fit Overall it’s an ok hotel with beautiful sunset views but I won’t be rushing to come back.

Brilliant location on the beach. Plenty of sunbeds. Rooms spacious and clean. Food was very good. Lots of fresh choices. Rather limited cocktail selection on the all inclusive but stop lots to cater for everyone’s needs. Friendly staff. Highly recommend and will definitely come back
