Ulasan Motel 6 Santa Ana, CA - Irvine - Orange County Airport

I booked thru a 3rd party (trip.com) i called motel 6 to let them i accidently clicked on the wrong location. I was at the tustin location not santa ana and to cancel. Since it was a 3rd party i got in touch with trip.com and they said they would reach out to motel 6 so they can cancel on their end - i even pressed the expidite button and called the motel back to let them know all they need to do is cancel on their end and the lady said she would and didn't. I still ended up staying at motel 6 in tustin. just disappointed and upset i didn't get a refund.

For business trip will be a good chose. Good location, nearby the highway. The staff is great.

The location is good but the hotel is old. We located right next to garbage bins, too many flies around.

I was only there for 10 hours enough to sleep. So I woke up at 3am to use the bathroom and the toilet would not flush so the whole time I was there I had a toilet that wouldn’t flush. That was super gross besides the fact that the area was full of homeless people begging constantly. I would never stay there again especially for as much as the room costs

The location is very good, next to the gas station, 2000 meters away is Walmart and a bunch of restaurants. A typical motel, not far from Irvine, you can consider staying for one night if passing by.

The airplanes are very noisy, the neighbors are a bit messy, there is a homeless nearby, there is no hair dryer, the shop downstairs is nice, the front desk is very friendly

The windows and curtains are thin, so you can hear noises from outside. There are homeless people in the parking lot, so it's not a very safe hotel, and it's worth the price.

I don’t know what to say. There is nothing inside and the room is not clean. Anyway, I won’t want to go there again. If anyone wants to try it, please remember to bring slippers, otherwise it will be very dirty.

The room is large and the surrounding transportation is convenient. The best impression I have on No. 6 is that it is large, the environment is very safe, there are no homeless people around, and the service attitude at the front desk is also very good.
