Hotel Tres Torres

Our second visit to this hotel, our first 2 years ago. Wow we didn’t think it could be better but the pool area, outside seating bar and eating areas have the wow factor after the revamp. The hotel staff are simple outstanding with special mention to Emilio and Natalia. Nothing is too much trouble and always time for a chat, this is missing in a lot of higher rated hotels in my view. Rooms are well proportioned we stayed in a superior room with sea view. Spotlessly clean. We were staying B+B so I can’t say about evening food but breakfast buffet was lovely very good choice of hot or cold options. I don’t actually know why this hotel doesn’t have a higher rating it’s perfect.

First off the hotel has a great location opposite the marina & an easy walk into town. The hotel is immediately on the promenade & is in a very quiet area. Quite a few years ago we were a regular holiday maker here, but unfortunately since then the hotel has changed from a super half board hotel to a rather strange self service breakfast & in the evening a slow waiter service very limited mostly fish ala carte menu & each expensive item priced separately. A rather strange breakfast can be eaten.... Cold fried eggs with green beans (not baked beans), or broccoli every morning, (no sausages) as an example amongst other strange food on offer. Both my wife & i settled for toast & marmalade each morning, (a first for us both). The drinks both in the restaurant & at the bar are the most expensive that we have ever paid in a hotel in the many years of holidaying abroad ! Needless to say we ate & drank out each evening as did many others ! It's such a shame that this lovely hotel has for a number of years now changed from a lovely half board hotel with a varied menu to what it's become. After reading about how the food & drink had changed we decided to see for our self if it was so & regretted it. The staff with the exception of the Maitre d who at times was rude & surly were at all times polite & helpful. Needless to say we won't be returning unless the hotel changes back to to it's former format. Such a shame as the location is perfect.

the walls are paper thin! Bring ear plugs. The sound from adjoining rooms - especially in the bathrooms - is like people are in the room with you. We were kept awake by snoring, singing, and talking. If you’re a light sleeper like me, I would choose a different hotel. We will not be returning for this reason.

I would rate this hotel a 3* at a push was so glad we stayed just b&b and not half board the hot buffet breakfast was cold they had broccoli as a choice one morning then another time green beans mixed with mushrooms must of been left overs from the previous evening it would have been nice to have had omelettes and pancakes, the pool area was small and overlooked the pool bar was expensive, music that was being played was typical 1980s Ibiza trance music, there were no had rails to get in and out of the pool, the lounge was empty every evening drinks there were expensive cheaper to go to a restaurant in the marina, the doors at the entrance to the hotel had doormats which were tatty and curled up at the sides a hazard, the whole hotel had no atmosphere probably needs a good management team especially in the kitchen, the resort was very nice shops marina and plenty of places to eat

Very nice hotel on the edge of main town overlooking the marina. Staff were very friendly especially Jessica who greeted us with a nice smile every day even when some guests were moody. Cleaning staff were very efficient cleaning every day of our 10 night stay. Only criticism was that the breakfast was always served Luke warm. Will be back though.

Returned to Tres Torres twice now in October - clearly lots of other people do the same. Clean hotel, friendly welcoming staff, smells lovely ! The location is ideal at end of marina but quiet enough away from the noise. Pool area excellent and bed reservation is effective - You can’t reserve beds and if you attempt to and then leave them your belongings will be removed. This system works and as a result there were always beds available. Breakfast large if not sometimes peculiar selections but something for everyone (but no beans !!) Only slight issue is drainage and plumbing. Last few stays same where sink won’t drain and you can hear other rooms plumbing gurgling. Overall a pleasant stay and would return.
