It was a very nice place, the room was clean and everything was ready when we arrived. The breakfast was very tasty. I'd really recommend it.

I had a wonderful experience in this hotel, starting with the staff from the reception, to the breakfast room and the room cleaners who were more than clean, all very kind and attentive to our requests. Very close to Assisi and the train and bus station...I highly recommend it and we will return on our next visit to Assisi.

Very nice facility, well looked after with very kind and friendly staff. Super exceptional breakfast!!! Excellent location very close to the station, strategic for visiting Assisi and the other beautiful Umbrian towns. Very positive experience to be repeated as soon as possible.

Avoid at all cost! Small austere rooms, no functional AC, tight bathroom, towels as thin as baby diapers, very thin walls -- you can hear EVERYTHING on your next door neighbor, VERY RUDE restaurant staff -- they were too stingy on water (oh please! first time I've heard of hotel restaurants taking water pitcher away so you can't drink their water!). Staff never smile - they act like they really hate their job and hate hotel customers. Lights in the walkway, surrounding area, and outside stairs turned off at night. They must be saving on electricity but they're really safety hazard. This was a hotel selected by our Tour group, so they will hear from me. Some positives - bar tender was really nice and friendly, close to Assisi shrines. Will never return to this hostile place again.

We have just returned from 5 nights at this hotel. It is clean, quiet & comfortable. The staff are efficient & friendly. Breakfast was good, but avoid peak times especially with the coach parties that often use this hotel. The bar area is small & could easily be improved, however there are some excellent restaurants & bars within walking distance. Great value for money.

The most basic of basic hotels we stayed at on our bus tour, would i stay again? No. As mentioned in other reviews better suited to school tours. I was expecting John Cleese from Faulty Towers to walk around the corner at any minute.

We stayed here as part of an organised Bus tour, easily the worst hotel so far. The service was like they weren’t expecting a bus of 40+ to arrive. We had issues with wi fi, power adaptors that wouldn’t work and a rubbish bin in the room that had not been emptied and air conditioning that had the dials removed. Every request seemed to be too hard for the staff to deal with. The rooms were of a similar standard to the others on the tour but the service was below standard. Would not recommend and we have already made a complaint with our Tour Director.

This is barely a hotel! It’s definitely designed for school groups visiting Assisi. Lacks any creature comforts, any warmth. Totally uninviting. Rude staff. Power outlets don’t work with international adapters. Lacks basics such as toilet paper in many rooms. No blankets on the beds. Towels paper thin. Pay extra and go next door!

Whistle stop on our way south. Great place for a relaxing evening after an extremely long drive. I needed some last minute directions, as my satnav was experiencing heat stroke, and the lady at the reception was more than happy to put up with me over the phone, until I saw her waving at me from the glass doors... Great venue, fantastic room, clean and airy, well ventilated. ST. Francis of Assisi Basilica on top of the hill was in view of our bedroom window. Dinner, in the main House was extremely good, using local produce. Service very efficient and unobtrusive at the same time that left clients with time to relax without being pressurised. Breakfast buffet very good, although the plain omelette cooked on order was not really to my satisfaction. The freshly carved local ham was delicious as were the salami and bread.

We stayed in this hotel for the first time even if only for one night, for what we stayed I must say that the impact was super positive, a quiet, clean hotel with an excellent and varied breakfast. Very kind staff. If we were to stop in Assisi again, we will undoubtedly return to Casa Leonori.

Ottimo il servizio in camera e molto buona e completa la prima colazione. Straordinaria la disponibilità del personale. Resort situato in una posizione eccellente per un soggiorno di riposo e molto vicino ai parcheggi per visitare comodamente la città.

Struttura ottima con camere molto ampie, pulite ,moderne , frigo bar , aria condizionata, cassaforte ecc unica pecca TV piccola e una sola sedia x una camera doppia, personale super gentile e colazione da urlo, ti fanno le uova al momento, il crudo tagliato al momento al coltello, dolci e brioches di qualità , spremuta di arancia ecc lo consiglio vivamente . Assisi e a 2 km e il pullman ferma difronte all hotel
