Honest review travelling as a family of 7 adults 1 teen and an 18 month old . Great hotel location quite end of the ***** but lovely evening walks along very accessible. Hotel rooms were clean and very spacious we had rooms 115 116 and 117 the extra balcony space was fantastic with a toddler all inclusive was fine does get repetitive as most all inclusives but always found something to eat only found 2 rude members of bar staff everyone eles was super friendly and pleasant. Just a few negative points firstly the tile work round the pool area is broken and loose could do with renewal and mabe made non slip secondly there is no safe areas for a toddler to play maybe a small fenced off area with some soft play toys would be useful and lastly and the biggest one for me while being all inclusive I have never stayed somewhere where you can not get snacks from the pool bar at selected times and have to come away from the pool and go to the restaurant the whole point of a snack bar in my opinion is to be able to stay at the pool and grab a bite to eat also no icecream or lolly ices where available at anytime from the bar on all inclusive even if you offered the choice of 1 or 2 ice-creams on the all inclusive. But these are just my opinion and besides this we had a fantastic holiday and would recommend and return to this hotel thanks for a great holiday your team works very hard

The best thing about going away from home is not having to worry about where you are staying and I was not dissapointed at all. The hotel is just as it is in the photos. Clean, plush and welcoming. We arrived late at night (20/10/23) after waiting 2 hours for our transfer then the travel from Barcelona to the hotel we were tired but welcomed by the wonderful night staff member I think his name was Thorko. He offered us something to eat and explained the hotel facilities. The pool is cold but once you get in its ok and it was fun seeing the look on peoples faces as they got in lol it was a conversation starter. The hotel is located on the beach and near the train station I actually think its the best part of the ***** 5 minutes from Aloha that does the best cocktails and night vibes. All the staff were friendly and the breakfast well I'm missing the breakfast 😀 cava with your freshly made omlette or pancakes, the fruit shots were delicious and how do they make mushrooms taste so good. Best bit was there were no kids!! I would definitely stay here again.

Séjour tarot du 24 au 30 juin Très déçue par l'hôtel. Chambres au 6e étage pas finis, soi-disantI refaites, pas de table, ni de chaise; pas de séparation entre la chambre et la salle de bain aucune intimité, douche à l'italienne, la porte qui se ferme pas (fuite d'eau), également la porte au WC. Quant au restaurant, menu pas varié, ”cochon” et poisson fade, en sauce ou à la plancha, tous les jours la même chose, rarement des fruits frais. Un point positif: bonne literie et les petits déjeuners variés. Ce n'est plus le temps avant le covid où il y avait José, le maître d'hôtel, un peu lunatique, mais efficace et Isabelle, formidable, que je n'ai pas eu le plaisir de la revoir.
