PPengguna Tetamu생각했던 것보다 조금 작았습니다 위치도 골목에 있어 밤이 되면 무서웠어요 하지만 내부가 깔끔하고 에어컨도 두개나 있어 시원했습니다 그리고 무엇보다 주인 분이 너무 친절하세요😭 체크인 시간보다 빨리 왔는데 체크인 하게 해주시고 체크아웃도 1시간 늦춰주셨습니다
새벽에 과일 배송을 시켰는데 잘못 배송간 걸 연락해주시고 제대로 배송올 수 있게 대신 말씀해주셨어요
그 과정에서 저희가 외국인이라 말이 통하지 않는데 10분 이상을 참을성 있게 안내해주셨어요 덕분에 맛있는 과일을 먹었습니다🥰🥰🥰

KK/CStaff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The best affordable hotel to stay at when visiting Disney. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was Chinese, but fresh and tasty. Our daughter loved the rabbits in the garden. They offer a shuttle service to and from Disney and you can hire a big stroller from the hotel. I would definitely recommend to stay here!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my recent stay at this homestay! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. The hosts are some of the most thoughtful and caring people I’ve ever met — they truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.
One thing that really stood out was how **pet-friendly** the place is. I brought my dog with me, and he was in absolute heaven! He had the freedom to roam around the property, enjoy the open space, and relax just as much as I did. It was such a relief to find a place that treats pets like family — it made the stay even more special.
The homestay itself is beautiful— every corner of the space is thoughtfully designed, cozy, and spotless. It has a peaceful charm that makes it feel like a true escape from the noise of everyday life. The surroundings are calm, quiet, and perfect for anyone looking to unwind and recharge. I spent hours just enjoying the tranquility.
Another big plus was the convenience. There are shops and small stores you can order from, so I was able to order anything I needed with ease. The hosts even helped me get some medication- which is something I’ll never forget. Their care and attentiveness made me feel safe and looked after.
Every interaction with the hosts was a delight — they were never intrusive, but always available if I needed help. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of professionalism and heartfelt hospitality. They truly made me feel at home.
I’m already counting down the days until I can return. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with incredible hosts, pet-friendly freedom, and all the comforts you could ask for, this homestay is an absolute dream. I can't wait to come back and soak in the peace, the kindness, and the beauty all over again. Highly, highly recommended! The breakfast was also very nice- they made us this delicious toasted sandwich.

Initially I wasn’t too sure as this is a new hotel with not too many reviews, but I am glad I gave it a chance.
I stayed here for five nights as I was in town visiting some friends. It was easy to get to from Pudong Airport - around a 40 minute taxi/didi. The area is great: lots of restaurants and malls within walking distance yet still quiet. There’s a Luckin Coffee and Family Mart convenience store just a few min walk away. Subway is also nearby, maybe a 10 minute walk to closest station.
The room itself is great: new, clean, comfortable. As it is a service apartment style, you have a big fridge and a kitchen area with a sink and an induction stove. There was also a couch, table, desk, and TV. Very comfortable for a solo traveler like me.
The amenities are plentiful. I didn’t get to try the gym and breakfast but both looked good. Super convenient to ask for additional items like water through WeChat and they send it up via a robot. I also ordered a ton of stuff off Taobao, and it’s very convenient to have a package locker and rack right next to the hotel. Remember to include your room number if you are ordering anything — it will make finding packages much easier.
All the staff were very friendly. I even had them help with me a Taobao return. The security personnel greet you by the door, which is a nice touch.
1000% would stay here again the next time I am in Shanghai. Thank you for your hospitality!

JJudith SelongoanaThis is a good place to get away from the city, quite rural and calm. So if you’re looking for a nest in the bushes, this is it. Side note though, the hotel exterior looks nothing like what is on their trip site pictures. Breakfast was not available as mentioned on trip.com. The staff is friendly, the walls are super thin but the room was decent enough. Loved the bathtub🥰

Hhironakata限りなく安く泊まるなら一番の宿です。最安値のプランは、廊下に敷いてあるベッドの上で寝る方式でした。ある程度の快適性を求めるならば、個室かドミトリーを選択するのが良いです。しかし、室内は夜静かだったので、ぐっすり寝れました。冬場で寒かったですが、布団が温かいです。近くにスーパーやレストランがあります。郊外に立地しているので、上海市中心部よりも安い値段であると思います。

PPengguna Tetamuテラス付き2階部屋を予約したはずなのに、チェックインしたら207号室（部屋番号は2階っぽいが階段を上がった屋根裏部屋）にダウングレードされました。
他の方の投稿でも207号室は今ひとつと書かれていましたが、その通り。トイレ・シャワールームからドブのような悪臭が漂ってきます。オーバーブッキングで、この部屋しか無いって事で泣く泣く宿泊。

PPengguna TetamuWe have mixed feelings about our stay because the expectation based on the info online did not meet reality. Yes it is a cheap budget stay on a good spot in the city BUT First off, the address does not match the one they give you on the day of check-in because the homestay is in fact a group of multiple airbnb type apartments across the french concession. So no reception whatsoever. Luckily we are a young couple so we adapt quickly but other internationals (especially elders) would have struggled with this deviation. In the end the location was definitely good to explore the city. However, the room was located in a very worn-down apartment where apparently other locals are still living but definitely not maintaining their common areas. Expect smells, a very basic shower with bad temperature regulation and electrical hazards, a small bed, no elevator for a fourth floor room, and a not so efficient air conditioning system… to end on a positive note: we did sleep well and the area is quiet so if you are a backpacker who just needs basic amenities - this might be your thing.
