MMomo GWe had such an amazing experience at this Disney hotel, and I truly feel like this property deserves every bit of praise. My husband, our 6 kids, and I traveled all the way from Orlando, Florida in America, and after such a big trip, staying somewhere this welcoming, clean, and well-run meant so much to us. From the moment we arrived, the staff made such a strong impression on me. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. It did not feel fake or forced at all, it felt like they truly cared about making sure our stay was comfortable and special.
One thing I really want to mention is that even with us traveling from America, the language barrier was honestly not hard at all when dealing with the staff. That was something I truly appreciated. Everyone was so kind, so patient, and so willing to help that communication never felt stressful. They made everything feel easy and comfortable, and that meant a lot, especially traveling with a big family and small children. No matter what we needed, they did their best to help us understand and made sure we felt taken care of. That level of effort, patience, and kindness goes a very long way, and they really made us feel welcome.
The staff went above and beyond in so many little ways, and those things really added up. Any time I had a question, needed help, or wasn’t sure about something, someone was there with a smile, ready to help without hesitation. That kind of service stands out, especially when you are traveling with family, and it made such a huge difference for us. They were not just “nice” .They were the kind of staff that makes you stop and think, wow, these people really care. You can feel when people are just doing a job, and you can also feel when people are truly making an effort to give guests a great experience. This staff absolutely did that.
Now let me talk about the cleanliness, because honestly this is one of the cleanest hotel properties and rooms I have ever seen in my life. I do not say that lightly. The moment we walked in, everything looked absolutely spotless. Not just tidy, not just “good enough,” but truly immaculate. The room looked fresh, polished, and cared for in a way that is hard to explain unless you see it for yourself. Every surface looked pristine. The floors were clean, the bathroom was shining, the bedding felt fresh and perfectly maintained, and the entire room gave that rare feeling of being deeply, properly cleaned.
There was not that uneasy hotel feeling some places have where you start wondering what has or has not really been cleaned. This place felt the complete opposite. It felt sanitized, refreshed, and cared for to the highest standard. The room was so clean that it immediately made us feel comfortable enough to fully relax. When you are staying with children, cleanliness matters even more, and this hotel absolutely exceeded expectations. I noticed the details, and the details matter. The bathroom was spotless, the beds looked crisp and fresh, the furniture was clean, the floors looked amazing, and the whole room felt like it had been cleaned with real care and pride.
Even beyond the room itself, the entire property was unbelievably clean. That is what impressed me so much. Usually a hotel might have a nice room, but the hallways, common areas, elevators, or grounds do not always match that same level of care. Here, the cleanliness was consistent everywhere. The entire property was beautifully maintained, and you could clearly tell that cleanliness is taken seriously at every level. Everything looked so well-kept, so polished, and so intentionally maintained that it honestly made the whole stay feel even more luxurious and relaxing.
It is such a good feeling to be able to fully settle in and enjoy your stay without noticing dirt, neglect, or things being overlooked. This hotel gave us that peace of mind completely. You can tell there is real effort behind the scenes to keep ever

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my recent stay at this homestay! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. The hosts are some of the most thoughtful and caring people I’ve ever met — they truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.
One thing that really stood out was how **pet-friendly** the place is. I brought my dog with me, and he was in absolute heaven! He had the freedom to roam around the property, enjoy the open space, and relax just as much as I did. It was such a relief to find a place that treats pets like family — it made the stay even more special.
The homestay itself is beautiful— every corner of the space is thoughtfully designed, cozy, and spotless. It has a peaceful charm that makes it feel like a true escape from the noise of everyday life. The surroundings are calm, quiet, and perfect for anyone looking to unwind and recharge. I spent hours just enjoying the tranquility.
Another big plus was the convenience. There are shops and small stores you can order from, so I was able to order anything I needed with ease. The hosts even helped me get some medication- which is something I’ll never forget. Their care and attentiveness made me feel safe and looked after.
Every interaction with the hosts was a delight — they were never intrusive, but always available if I needed help. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of professionalism and heartfelt hospitality. They truly made me feel at home.
I’m already counting down the days until I can return. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with incredible hosts, pet-friendly freedom, and all the comforts you could ask for, this homestay is an absolute dream. I can't wait to come back and soak in the peace, the kindness, and the beauty all over again. Highly, highly recommended! The breakfast was also very nice- they made us this delicious toasted sandwich.

MMimyoTravelsEasily one of my favourite hotel I've ever stayed in Shanghai, or even, China!!! Firstly, the staff here are so friendly. It's almost like coming back to a relative's home everyday. Secondly, the cats here are so cute! They're called Meimei and Didi, and are really friendly around humans 😊 There are guests with their pets around, but generally all the cats and dogs are well behaved, and we don't really hear much barking or meowing in the morning/night. Thirdly, at first I was worried that the place might be dirty or have a stench as its a pet friendly hotel, i am super surprised at how clean EVERYTHING is. I think because they know they're pet friendly, they take extra care to clean everything deeply. I noticed from a timesheet that they clean the lift 4 times a day! And also, they clean and make up our room, even when we didn't tell them to! Fourth,, they do provide breakfast and supper, though its the same item all the time haha! Its ok, not the fanciest, but definitely homely 😊 Lastly, the location is really good! Around 10-15mins walk to Yu Garden, 10mins walk to a nearby shopping mall which has Haidilao, or a 10mins drive to nanjing lu and Bund! Super accessible too as it is close to the main road - so you can just call for your didi from the comfort of your hotel room first, and just get out when its reaching, all within a minute or so!
I miss this place already and I would love to come back! I will explore the other room options too, as the interior were nicely designed :)
Any points of improvement: I wish the TV have more access to free programs! Most of the programs are for subscribed app members (which is common in some other hotels in China). If we could cast from phone that will be great haha!

There were 3.5 bathrooms stocked with complimentary toiletries, including house shoes, toothbrushes, toothpaste, towels, rugs, soap, shampoo, and hand wash. The fully functioning fridge, complete with a refrigerator, semi-freezer, and freezer, was ready for use.

Overall Experience
Our overall experience was very positive. The kids loved the villa, particularly the fourth-floor basement, which was equipped with a karaoke machine, arcade games, a Mahjong table, playing cards, and various board games.

Initially I wasn’t too sure as this is a new hotel with not too many reviews, but I am glad I gave it a chance.
I stayed here for five nights as I was in town visiting some friends. It was easy to get to from Pudong Airport - around a 40 minute taxi/didi. The area is great: lots of restaurants and malls within walking distance yet still quiet. There’s a Luckin Coffee and Family Mart convenience store just a few min walk away. Subway is also nearby, maybe a 10 minute walk to closest station.
The room itself is great: new, clean, comfortable. As it is a service apartment style, you have a big fridge and a kitchen area with a sink and an induction stove. There was also a couch, table, desk, and TV. Very comfortable for a solo traveler like me.
The amenities are plentiful. I didn’t get to try the gym and breakfast but both looked good. Super convenient to ask for additional items like water through WeChat and they send it up via a robot. I also ordered a ton of stuff off Taobao, and it’s very convenient to have a package locker and rack right next to the hotel. Remember to include your room number if you are ordering anything — it will make finding packages much easier.
All the staff were very friendly. I even had them help with me a Taobao return. The security personnel greet you by the door, which is a nice touch.
1000% would stay here again the next time I am in Shanghai. Thank you for your hospitality!

그 과정에서 저희가 외국인이라 말이 통하지 않는데 10분 이상을 참을성 있게 안내해주셨어요 덕분에 맛있는 과일을 먹었습니다🥰🥰🥰

SSnoopyChuaWe booked a room with 2 Queen size bed and the owner wss kind enough to upgrade us to a bigger apartment. Cleanliness was not satisfying. There was moulds at the air conditioning and ventilating system both inside the room and at the living room. There were several strands of long hair on both beds. Floor was cleaned but obviously it was not rinsed another cycle of water, the floor felt sticky when we were stepping on it. We were given the room at the corner, there was a 2 square feet patch of the carpet right outside our door showing signs of burnt or someone had previously put something hot on top of it coupled with entrance ouside our apartment looked shady. The small storage place for the washing machine was not clean. We are ok for furnitures or appliances to be old however cleanliness of this place was below average. I will not be back in this apartment nor will recommend it to anyone visiting with their family. This apartment comes with a kitchen however there were no kitchen utensiles provided. What is the point of advertising it to have kitchen properties but not having utensiles available?
Location wise its ok with a lobby below for easy access for taxi drivers to drop off or pick up.The manager incharge was helpful and tried to answer all our questions.
