We had such an amazing experience at this Disney hotel, and I truly feel like this property deserves every bit of praise. My husband, our 6 kids, and I traveled all the way from Orlando, Florida in America, and after such a big trip, staying somewhere this welcoming, clean, and well-run meant so much to us. From the moment we arrived, the staff made such a strong impression on me. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. It did not feel fake or forced at all, it felt like they truly cared about making sure our stay was comfortable and special. One thing I really want to mention is that even with us traveling from America, the language barrier was honestly not hard at all when dealing with the staff. That was something I truly appreciated. Everyone was so kind, so patient, and so willing to help that communication never felt stressful. They made everything feel easy and comfortable, and that meant a lot, especially traveling with a big family and small children. No matter what we needed, they did their best to help us understand and made sure we felt taken care of. That level of effort, patience, and kindness goes a very long way, and they really made us feel welcome. The staff went above and beyond in so many little ways, and those things really added up. Any time I had a question, needed help, or wasn’t sure about something, someone was there with a smile, ready to help without hesitation. That kind of service stands out, especially when you are traveling with family, and it made such a huge difference for us. They were not just “nice” .They were the kind of staff that makes you stop and think, wow, these people really care. You can feel when people are just doing a job, and you can also feel when people are truly making an effort to give guests a great experience. This staff absolutely did that. Now let me talk about the cleanliness, because honestly this is one of the cleanest hotel properties and rooms I have ever seen in my life. I do not say that lightly. The moment we walked in, everything looked absolutely spotless. Not just tidy, not just “good enough,” but truly immaculate. The room looked fresh, polished, and cared for in a way that is hard to explain unless you see it for yourself. Every surface looked pristine. The floors were clean, the bathroom was shining, the bedding felt fresh and perfectly maintained, and the entire room gave that rare feeling of being deeply, properly cleaned. There was not that uneasy hotel feeling some places have where you start wondering what has or has not really been cleaned. This place felt the complete opposite. It felt sanitized, refreshed, and cared for to the highest standard. The room was so clean that it immediately made us feel comfortable enough to fully relax. When you are staying with children, cleanliness matters even more, and this hotel absolutely exceeded expectations. I noticed the details, and the details matter. The bathroom was spotless, the beds looked crisp and fresh, the furniture was clean, the floors looked amazing, and the whole room felt like it had been cleaned with real care and pride. Even beyond the room itself, the entire property was unbelievably clean. That is what impressed me so much. Usually a hotel might have a nice room, but the hallways, common areas, elevators, or grounds do not always match that same level of care. Here, the cleanliness was consistent everywhere. The entire property was beautifully maintained, and you could clearly tell that cleanliness is taken seriously at every level. Everything looked so well-kept, so polished, and so intentionally maintained that it honestly made the whole stay feel even more luxurious and relaxing. It is such a good feeling to be able to fully settle in and enjoy your stay without noticing dirt, neglect, or things being overlooked. This hotel gave us that peace of mind completely. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. The hosts are some of the most thoughtful and caring people I’ve ever met — they truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. One thing that really stood out was how **pet-friendly** the place is. I brought my dog with me, and he was in absolute heaven! He had the freedom to roam around the property, enjoy the open space, and relax just as much as I did. It was such a relief to find a place that treats pets like family — it made the stay even more special. The homestay itself is beautiful— every corner of the space is thoughtfully designed, cozy, and spotless. It has a peaceful charm that makes it feel like a true escape from the noise of everyday life. The surroundings are calm, quiet, and perfect for anyone looking to unwind and recharge. I spent hours just enjoying the tranquility. Another big plus was the convenience. There are shops and small stores you can order from, so I was able to order anything I needed with ease. The hosts even helped me get some medication- which is something I’ll never forget. Their care and attentiveness made me feel safe and looked after. Every interaction with the hosts was a delight — they were never intrusive, but always available if I needed help. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of professionalism and heartfelt hospitality. They truly made me feel at home. I’m already counting down the days until I can return. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with incredible hosts, pet-friendly freedom, and all the comforts you could ask for, this homestay is an absolute dream. I can't wait to come back and soak in the peace, the kindness, and the beauty all over again. Highly, highly recommended! The breakfast was also very nice- they made us this delicious toasted sandwich.

It's really the best house I've been able to stay in with my family. The service is incredible and also the facilities a luxury each object in its position. Definitely the best human warmth we feel at home. Thank you, we will be back in the future.

Really nice place with good value if you want to go to Disneyland or just want to enjoy some time out. It's quite new and modern and the hosts are very nice. The room has one of the best layouts I've ever experienced. And it has a projector, so you have a giant screen (only Chinese, no English though). :)

starting from check in it was already problematic The officer asked for a deposit of RMB 500, we gave it in cash, she should have given us a receipt straight away, but she didn't, she insisted there was no receipt for the deposit, how stupid this hotel officer is, she never got an administration lesson, she was given money but didn't want to give a receipt, maybe the manager is also stupid and never gave an administration lesson Secondly, the hotel staff is very unoriented towards customers, ignoring the customer's request for a room far from the elevator, instead she chose a room directly in front of the elevator, we had gone up and then had to go down again to ask for a change, I know that the request is based on availability, but this hotel is clearly not full at all, this is clearly the negligence of the hotel staff who lack education Thirdly, the dust in this hotel is extraordinary, from the bed to the bathroom, even the air conditioning vents are spewing out dust. This apartment is in a very ideal location for visiting Yu Garden. The view from the balcony is amazing. There is a lot of construction right outside of the building though, which blocked off a lot of roads, so calling a DiDi was a little tricky - we had to walk to a road a few blocks out to get one. It’s very close to the subway so that’s another plus.

限りなく安く泊まるなら一番の宿です。最安値のプランは、廊下に敷いてあるベッドの上で寝る方式でした。ある程度の快適性を求めるならば、個室かドミトリーを選択するのが良いです。しかし、室内は夜静かだったので、ぐっすり寝れました。冬場で寒かったですが、布団が温かいです。近くにスーパーやレストランがあります。郊外に立地しているので、上海市中心部よりも安い値段であると思います。
