PPengguna Tetamu생각했던 것보다 조금 작았습니다 위치도 골목에 있어 밤이 되면 무서웠어요 하지만 내부가 깔끔하고 에어컨도 두개나 있어 시원했습니다 그리고 무엇보다 주인 분이 너무 친절하세요😭 체크인 시간보다 빨리 왔는데 체크인 하게 해주시고 체크아웃도 1시간 늦춰주셨습니다
새벽에 과일 배송을 시켰는데 잘못 배송간 걸 연락해주시고 제대로 배송올 수 있게 대신 말씀해주셨어요
그 과정에서 저희가 외국인이라 말이 통하지 않는데 10분 이상을 참을성 있게 안내해주셨어요 덕분에 맛있는 과일을 먹었습니다🥰🥰🥰
숙소 앞에 고양이도 있어요

CChristine JoyceWe had a great stay at Mocoki. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. The staff were exceptionally kind—they lent us tables when we needed them, asked about our preferred breakfast, let us use the kitchen, provided wine glasses, and even allowed 10 of us to stay in a room meant for 8 without any extra charge. These thoughtful gestures made us feel very welcome.
The only thing that surprised me was the pool—it was shallower than I expected and not really suitable for adults. The area was a bit dirty as well because of the construction going on nearby. Aside from that, everything else was excellent, and I would still recommend this hotel for its wonderful service and hospitality.

Initially I wasn’t too sure as this is a new hotel with not too many reviews, but I am glad I gave it a chance.
I stayed here for five nights as I was in town visiting some friends. It was easy to get to from Pudong Airport - around a 40 minute taxi/didi. The area is great: lots of restaurants and malls within walking distance yet still quiet. There’s a Luckin Coffee and Family Mart convenience store just a few min walk away. Subway is also nearby, maybe a 10 minute walk to closest station.
The room itself is great: new, clean, comfortable. As it is a service apartment style, you have a big fridge and a kitchen area with a sink and an induction stove. There was also a couch, table, desk, and TV. Very comfortable for a solo traveler like me.
The amenities are plentiful. I didn’t get to try the gym and breakfast but both looked good. Super convenient to ask for additional items like water through WeChat and they send it up via a robot. I also ordered a ton of stuff off Taobao, and it’s very convenient to have a package locker and rack right next to the hotel. Remember to include your room number if you are ordering anything — it will make finding packages much easier.
All the staff were very friendly. I even had them help with me a Taobao return. The security personnel greet you by the door, which is a nice touch.
1000% would stay here again the next time I am in Shanghai. Thank you for your hospitality!

SSnoopyChuaWe booked a room with 2 Queen size bed and the owner wss kind enough to upgrade us to a bigger apartment. Cleanliness was not satisfying. There was moulds at the air conditioning and ventilating system both inside the room and at the living room. There were several strands of long hair on both beds. Floor was cleaned but obviously it was not rinsed another cycle of water, the floor felt sticky when we were stepping on it. We were given the room at the corner, there was a 2 square feet patch of the carpet right outside our door showing signs of burnt or someone had previously put something hot on top of it coupled with entrance ouside our apartment looked shady. The small storage place for the washing machine was not clean. We are ok for furnitures or appliances to be old however cleanliness of this place was below average. I will not be back in this apartment nor will recommend it to anyone visiting with their family. This apartment comes with a kitchen however there were no kitchen utensiles provided. What is the point of advertising it to have kitchen properties but not having utensiles available?
Location wise its ok with a lobby below for easy access for taxi drivers to drop off or pick up.The manager incharge was helpful and tried to answer all our questions.

JJudith SelongoanaThis is a good place to get away from the city, quite rural and calm. So if you’re looking for a nest in the bushes, this is it. Side note though, the hotel exterior looks nothing like what is on their trip site pictures. Breakfast was not available as mentioned on trip.com. The staff is friendly, the walls are super thin but the room was decent enough. Loved the bathtub🥰

自分はトランジットでの休息で利用したのですが、通路で簡易ベッドでの宿泊になるようです。通行人は当然繁茂に往来します。
受付の従業員は親切でした。

NnikitdashaI am not satisfied with my stay at this hotel.
Pros: The location is great, right by the Old Town. The view from the window is beautiful. The girls at the reception were nice. The room had a lot of natural light, which I love.
Cons: In the non-smoking room, there was a strong smell of old cigarette smoke!!! The corridor smelled fresh, but as soon as you entered the room, it was suffocating, like being in an old smoky bar. They couldn’t give me another room because all others were occupied. I felt very uncomfortable in the room. With the balcony open to air out the room, it was cold in December. A hotel staff member sprayed the room, but it didn’t help.
It was also difficult to connect to the Wi-Fi — it is only available for Chinese phone numbers, and other numbers do not receive the code.
The entire night I could hear vibration from the neighbor’s air conditioner (they were heating their room). At night, the cigarette smell was joined by a sewage smell — the glass door in the room didn’t close properly.
There were no bottled drinking water.
I have stayed in cheaper hotels and even in hostels, and they were better than this.

TTrn-Phn- Thảo NguyênI stayed at this homestay during my family trip to Shanghai, and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment was very spacious, making it perfect for a family stay. There was plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable, and the layout was practical and well-designed. One of the things I appreciated most was the natural lighting. The class ceiling allowed the room to be filled with sunshine during the day, creating a bright and cheerful atmosphere. The apartment was also fully equipped with everything we needed — from kitchen utensils and dining essentials to clean linens and toiletries. This made our stay very convenient. The host was attentive and helpful, providing us with clear instructions and useful local recommendations. Communication was smooth, and we felt very well taken care of. The location was excellent — close to transportation, shops, and restaurants, which made it easy for us to explore Shanghai. Despite being in the city, the apartment was quiet at night, ensuring a good rest for the whole family. Overall, this homestay was spacious, bright, and well-equipped, offering great value for a family trip. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.
