All of them are very nice to us, we were their guidance for the entire tour, from the beginning to the end, we traveled everywhere in their car and they were very helpful, giving us suggestions on everything, what to do, where to go, everything we did was theirs suggestion.we are Satisfied.

everything was great! the guest house is run by family and they really make you feel at home. their rooftop garden is a beautiful place to enjoy their delicious breakfast. they helped us with everything we asked, even if we didn’t book through them. I highly recommend staying here!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pavilions Himalayas the farm, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It was also wonderful to learn that pavilions supports a child care right for children, which added another layer of positivity to my stay. The on-site restaurant was a real highlight. The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and creative dishes. Every meal was a treat! There was only one thing that left me a little puzzled. The spa offered massages, which is great, but for some reason, the same staff member who performed the massages was also responsible for making cocktails at the bar. While the service was friendly throughout, having the same person switch between kneading muscles and mixing drinks felt a bit unconventional, and frankly, not very hygienic. Despite this small quirk, I would definitely recommend [Hotel Name] to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent service, delicious food, and a commitment to a good cause. Just be prepared for a potentially multi-talented bartender at the spa!

La experiencia ha sido fantastica,el propietario y el personal muy cuidadosos y tiernos ,me he sentido como en casa ,las camas muy confortables y con unas vistas al Lago fascinantes.Hice el Trekking ABC de siete dias con la agencia que me recomendaron y ha sido una de las experiencias mas maravillosas que he tenido ,el guia Sunil es muy profesional y atento , me aconpaño y cuido durante los siete dias ,sin el no se si hubiera terminado,estoy muy agradecida a todos.

Yeti Guest House is not only a guest house, it's like a family that will take care of your every need. Nanu and her family that own and run the guest house will organise an experience of a lifetime for you. From other resort bookings, transfers, Royal Enfield motorcycle rental, plane tickets, safari rides, 4x4 off road trips up in the Himalayan mountains and so much more. It's my 5th time in Nepal so I'm no stranger to this country. I have usually discovered this country by renting a motorbike and travelling on my own. I have done many hours on the highways and met some incredible people along the way. Nanu and the family from Yeti became one of my most trusted friendships along the way. I decided to take my parents to Nepal in December 2022 to show them all the glory, lovely people and culture this country has to offer. My first thought for someone to help me organise this trip was Nanu from Yeti. They went above and beyond to tailor all aspects of this journey so I could just sit back and enjoy safely with my family. We are so so grateful for all they have done and couldn't recommend more. If you are planning a trip to Nepal at least just ask Yeti for a price for some activities, adventure you would like to do in Nepal. You will be surprised what a good value and most importantly stress free and safe vacation you will enjoy. Once again: Thank you Nanu & family from Yeti. We hope to see you soon again. We traveled from Canada to visit friends in Nepal. In total we had a group of ten and booked 5 rooms with Hotel Karuna and stayed for almost a week and used the hotel as our base between taking local tours, a hiking trek and and an adventure tour. We did our bookings in advance, directly with Kelly and her staff at the hotel through email and phone. The hotel facilities are lovely. The rooms were nicely laid out and clean. The main lobby contained a great space to hang out or meet before/after activities and also doubled as the site for morning breakfasts. On the subject of breakfast - it was included with our stay and let's just say, it was tremendous! All of the staff at Hotel Karuna were warm, friendly, caring and attentive to the needs of their guests. Optional laundry service was a bonus for us, as we had packed light. Beautiful Hotel - check! Wonderful, clean rooms - check! Great staff and location - check! Value for the Money - definitely! We would highly recommend Hotel Karuna to anyone traveling to Pokhera. A special shout-out to Kelly who went out of her way to assist us with some last minute travel plan changes etc. We really appreciated your hospitality! Namaste - Jim, Jeannie & friends
