La habitación era muy cómoda, con sábanas limpias aunque algo pequeña pero incluye tv y aire acondicionado para esos días de verano en los que nos hospedamos. La piscina estuvo limpia y buen mantenida, el desayuno incluido estuvo bastante bien y el personal muy cordial, nos ayudaron con resguardo de equipaje al llegar y salir (porque llegamos temprano y salimos al check out de las 12h00 pero recogimos las cosas algo tarde) Además cruzando la calle había un líder y estaba bastante cerca de estaciones de metro y Patronato por si quieren hacer compras. En general fue muy buena experiencia y lo recomiendo totalmente. Veo que en sus páginas tienen fotos bastante antiguas, pero en la actualidad lo encuentro bastante bien tanto instalaciones como servicio para los precios (los cuales fueron bastante economicos en relacion a otros de la zona)

My wife and I had a great week’s vacation at the Altiplanico. Magdalena at the front desk was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful - we deeply appreciate her. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast each day was an assortment of meats, cheeses, fruit and pastries … great coffee and juice. Location is superb for those who want to be in the heart of the city. Highly recommended!!

Recomiendo a las personas que quieran viajar por razones de trabajos y otras ir a este Apart Hotel Amistar muy bien ubicado en pleno centro de Santiago, en su casco histórico, al lado del Cerro Huelen o Santa Lucia. Excelente atención, muy buena limpieza e Higiene en estos tiempos de Covid-19. Con buen personal de trabajo y excelentes coordinaciones de llegada y salida de Santiago de Chile, de Calidad y tiotalmenet recomendable Hotel.

A great little hotel right next to Santa Lucia hill. The staff are very friendly, Raul at reception was extremely helpful with recommendations and general information. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom while small, was well appointed and had a great shower. The continental breakfast was good. The rooftop bar at the hotel is a highlight and Lastarria restaurants and bars are only a short 5 minute walk away. Museums, the theatre and shops are not too far away. Sundays and Mondays are very quiet in Santiago with not much open, including many restaurants and all of the museums. Happy to recommend this hotel.
