I can’t say enough about how beautiful this hotel is! I stayed there this past September with 29 of my family and friends for my daughter wedding! The hotel staff was incredible. Polite, kind respectful. The hotel is beautiful from the lobby to the court yard impeccable. The hotel rooms are divine. Everyone of my guest raves about the staff, the grounds the rooms. The food and drinks are incredible. Every morning breakfast is stupendous. Most of the rooms have private gardens and plunge pool, which give you your own private outdoor space. But the main pool is beautiful overlooks Santorini, poolside bar and pub food amazing. The hotel is located steps away from all the shops and restaurants. The hotel provided my guest and myself and the bride with a private transfer to the wedding at a minimal cost. So helpful! We spent the second week of our vacation on a different island and had to boat back to Santorini to fly home. We stopped into the Katikies just to thank them for their hospitality. Fantastic hotel. Very unusual hotel room. The only problem is that it is so nice that yiu may not want to go out and stay in the room all the time. Just stay in, use the spa and watch the sea. Great breakfast on the balcony served in the morning. Nice restaurants right outside.. Finally, Kostas at the front desk is very friendly. We had a very memorable 2 nights at this place.

We stayed at Villa Bordeaux for 4 nights in June celebrating our 20th Anniversary. The staff was super helpful and that started way before we even arrived. They made reservations for us and answered lots of questions we had. This place is as gorgeous as all the pictures make it out to be. It is so clean and the staff was always hard at work and so friendly. We loved the infinity pool and almost always felt like we had the place to ourselves. We stayed in the Terra Suite which has a private entrance, private hot tube and a balcony. We spent hours out there enjoying the view.At night the city comes alive and although we are not party people we loved seeing and listening to all the city sounds with a glass of wine or some take out. We dined at their La Colline one of our evenings. The Volcano (their signature dessert) was so fun to watch and tasted outstanding. The view was amazing and the food was our favorite dinner we had in Santorini. We loved the central location in Fira. The only negative for us was we had booked two early excursions and were told that breakfast couldn't be served till after 8:30 (we left at 8) and they didn't have a continental breakfast of any kind. Michael was kind enough to bring some fruit up but for the price you pay to stay here I definitely think they could improve in that one area.

From start to finish we had an amazing stay. Our room was fantastic and spacious. The service was exceptional. A big shout out to Andreas….whether it was for taking amazing sunset photos of us, grabbing extra towels by the pool or giving us advise about restaurants. His service was truly appreciated. Breakfast was fresh and so tasty. And with views of the water it was a great way to start the day. Drinks in the bar were excellent and was room service. Location was just right…..within walking distance to Fira but far enough to be on the quieter side. We loved our time here!

We recently returned from our mini honeymoon stay at Caldera Cliff illusion which exceeded our expectations and more. We stayed in a junior cave suite which was clean, comfortable and elegant in style. The main selling point is the terrace which overlooks the caldera and comes with a hot tub, and sunbathing area. Pictures do not do the views justice - it is incredible!! The staff are also amazing. There’s a small team that work at the hotel who are all super friendly, incredibly attentive and helpful. Everyday breakfast would be delivered to our private terrace at our specified time. It was a large banquet - probably enough for 4-6 people and was always delicious. I cannot praise our stay at caldera cliff illusion enough. Highly recommend!!!

Hotel is basic but decent for the price. The bedroom was a decent size with a fridge but the bathroom is tiny, with literally not enough space to swing a cat. Location is good, very central and in walking distance of bars, restaurants and the front. The pool is small and freezing but refreshing is the heat. There are a few sun beds around the pool and more on the terrace upstairs. Its a good budget option.

So amazing, we arranged pick up through the hotel from the airport which was very convenient, we were met from the car with help to the hotel with our cases, everything was perfect from the start! Breakfast is amazing, the rooms are gorgeous and the beds are very comfortable! The jacuzzi on the balcony with a fabulous view of the caldera is the best!! The view is incredible from the room. Hotel host is very accommodating and so friendly which makes experience 10/10!! Thank you, would deffo book again! 😃

It was our first time in Santorini and I did quite a bit a research before our stay. I have to say my husband and I could not have picked a better hotel. It's right in the middle of all the action in Fira but once you close the doors and enter it is a private paradise. We were able to walk everywhere from this location. The service is impeccable to possibly the best we have had at any resort we stayed. I left my phone in a random cab during our stay. Anastasia and George were our saviors! George ran down the street and stopped any white van he came across until he found it. Unbelievable! We were so appreciative! Joy was literally a joy bringing our breakfast every morning or serving cocktails by the pool. The pool had the most beautiful views. Our room was spacious with no amenities missed. During our stay we frequently walked to Imerovigli and even hiked to Oia. I saw some of the other hotels we considered and by far were much happier with the location and privacy of the Cosmopolitan. I'm sure we missed some names of the amazing staff there. There were just so many with a smile and willing to assist. Stay here if your looking for an unforgettable, beautiful stay.
