Hotel ini tidak mempunyai apa-apa untuk dikatakan dari segi cahaya, tingkap menghadap pemandangan laut (bilik pemandangan laut dinaik taraf secara percuma di kaunter penerimaan tetamu, perkhidmatannya sangat prihatin) Hotel di luar filem! Kolam di tingkat bawah sangat bersih dan telah lama direndam. Terdapat juga kerusi pantai percuma. Terdapat beberapa orang di pantai. Ia sangat bersih. Bilik-bilik hotel lima bintang itu sangat bersih. Perkhidmatan yang teliti terasa seperti di rumah, dan ia adalah nilai terbaik untuk wang. Saya akan memilih di sini lain kali.

It’s a great hotel. I booked here because of the rainbow bridges direct access to the beach - the booking is non refundable. Perfect location. Porters and kitchen staff and chef are polite and delightful. I booked a hotel package . Which included a yacht trip . Also upon checking the website it said languages spoken Chinese and English. Upon check in it was lovely that they allowed us into the hotel room earlier than 3pm . The welcome was a bit cold. No smiles just nervous dealing with English speakers . It was not told to us upon arrival about the construction and no access to the rainbow Bridge from the hotel which leads to the beach . In the room there was a note of apology in Chinese . Seeing that the main reason for us booking here was direct access to the beach it not already dampened our reservation/ which is no fault of the hotel if it’s government regulations. However prior to check in I believe an email should have been sent stating that . As the Bridge is the main attraction. So if you’re booking there now bear in mind construction and no easy access. Beach rules no entering the water after 6 pm even though sun is still up : The hotel doesn’t provide tea cups for the tea they provide in the room . We needed to use glass cups which is used to drink cold liquids . Foreigners make tea using g boiling water so we need a cup with ceramic handles at least . When I asked for one from the kitchen I didn’t receive a reply from The reception desk and I was told by house keeping there was none . The dilemma with the inclusive day yacht trip was only resolved due to Trip.com help . They treated us well after the complaint of them not being able to compensate or include us. The trip was pleasant . The breakfast buffet and staff are pleasant . The dinner buffet was great and the kitchen staff very accommodating and welcoming. The beach umbrellas were no in use . No beach towels provided . No bedroom slippers except the rubber ones for shower/ beach .

From my client: I stayed in the modern part of the hotel on the 13th floor. The view was stunning, the room was huge, and there were many amenities inside. The strangest thing was that the room lacked a refrigerator and kitchen utensils. In December (during my stay), the pool was completely closed, and there was no information about it. In fact, you find out about it not at the reception, but at the pool itself. As an experienced traveler who always moves around on my own, the hotel's location was quite advantageous. There are many small cafes nearby, a long beach, a beautiful wooden promenade, and several public transport stops, which are a 5-15 minute walk away. The hotel has private parking, which is convenient if you have rented a car. What can I say about breakfast? The reception and breakfast restaurant are located in the old part of the hotel. There is little lighting, the decor is old, and there is little aesthetic appeal. The cuisine is Chinese with elements of European food. Tourists who bought package tours and stayed in this part of the hotel had much worse rooms (the rooms were not renovated at all, the carpets were old, the wall paint was not great) than I did, who booked accommodation through this app. I would like to separately mention the work of the staff. The employees only speak Chinese, and they have no desire to assist you if you are a foreigner because they seem shocked and totally confused by you. Upon check-in, they did not provide any additional gifts that were provided by Trip.com when purchasing accommodation. As they say, the law there is one: if you need something, you have to insist on it using a Chinese translator and supporting documents. By the way, upon check-in, you have to leave a deposit, and most importantly, keep the deposit receipt so that you can get it back later.

Hotel ini terletak tepat di atas Pusat Beli Belah Nanas Besar. ”Buzaike” di pusat membeli-belah itu enak, harganya berpatutan, pemandangan laut 270 darjah, dan kakitangan perkhidmatan juga sangat bersemangat. 15 minit berjalan kaki adalah ”Baroque” yang menyegarkan dan menyegarkan, lazat! Bas percuma ke Kedai Bebas Cukai Teluk Haitang berada di pintu utara hotel, 5 minit berjalan kaki dari lobi hotel, yang sangat mudah. Pretty good service, my flight got in late, after midnight and I forgot to tell the front desk but it was sorted when I arrived. The location is perfect, close to the beach, restaurants. The price for the room tends to be higher during Chinese New Year. Booking during low season is a better bet.

It is always my go to hotel . It’s affordable for longer stays . The location is good close proximity to the beach and food outlets . My only complaint would be that I requested a late check out ( which I would pay for the extra hours) but was refused . So I decided to book an extra night ( so I could have a late check out ) paid the full price and the same room was given . We just wanted to check out at 4 pm as we were heading directly to the airport and I was willing to pay for that 4 hours . Other than that they always clean our room and everything was fine

The location fit my needs but I asked for a non smoking room and there were ash trays faint odor of cigarettes more cigarettes odor once you turn the air conditioner on. That smell bothers my allergies so I ended up checking out early. In China I find it almost impossible to get a non smoker room why is that? Such a nasty habit and everyone know it’s causes cancer and strokes not to mention bad breath
