Ulasan Four Points by Sheraton Hainan Sanya

Ini adalah hotel yang indah dengan kakitangan yang ramah dan membantu. Saya menikmati penginapan saya di hotel. Katilnya selesa dan biliknya bagus. Saya fikir anda perlu mempunyai beberapa tuala tambahan di dalam bilik mandi kerana ia adalah hotel tepi pantai dan saya pasti orang ramai menggunakan pancuran mandian dengan lebih kerap. Jika tidak, ia adalah lokasi yang bagus di jalur pantai yang indah dengan pemandangan yang menakjubkan.

Pengalaman menginap yang sangat baik, hotel ini sangat kos efektif, pemandangan laut tidak dapat dikalahkan, wanita di meja depan Freya Liu menerima kami, sangat bersemangat dan bersemangat, hotel ini adalah laut apabila anda keluar, dan perasaan mengadap laut pada musim bunga memang hebat. Sarapan pagi juga sangat baik, saya akan memilih di sini lagi lain kali saya datang ke Sanya

Pemandangan laut hebat, dan saya menaik taraf bilik saya secara percuma. Saya tinggal di Teluk Sanya buat kali pertama. Pengalaman itu agak baik. Kemudahan sokongan juga sangat lengkap. Ia juga berdekatan dengan bandar, yang sangat baik~

Terdapat makanan Cina dan Barat di tingkat dua dan lima. Macam-macam ragam, tapi tahap chefnya kurang memuaskan. Mungkin tahap bandar saya terlalu baik. Hotel ini mempunyai kolam renang, tetapi ia tidak dalam. Saya 165. Saya boleh berdiri di mana-mana, tingkat atas Pemandangan bar langit sangat cantik, dan anda boleh melihat pemandangan panoramik sepintas lalu. WiFi not working. Other than that, nice room and breakfast. Front desk receptionist is helpful.

The hotel is outdated and old. The fridge was broken, the shower door leaked. Great video and breakfast was very good but this hotel needs remodeling for sure.

The room was very nice and the view from the balcony was stunning. But there were multiple issues. It took them 40 minutes to check-in, at which time there were 2 power outages. The phone in my room didn’t work, and there were issues with scanning the room service QR code. There was left over food in my fridge also. There is also the issue of false advertising regarding the infinity pool which is non-existent. To top it all off, at 01:00, the fire alarm went off in my room for no reason. The staff are very nice, particularly Harry the lifeguard who went out of his way on multiple occasions to help me when I injured my finger. The issue regarding a lack of English speakers in SanYa is true.

Pros: •Good location in the main town of Sanya so it's easy to get to shopping areas and restaurants. •Close to one of the main beaches. •Dinner buffet keeps food like sashimi in contained areas for cleanliness. •Coffee at the lobby bar is nice. • Nice gym Cons: • The breakfast here is terrible. Unless you like congee, you get a very limited options of food overall and only about three western options - sausage, egg, and bacon (poor quality bacon at that) • ineffective staff at breakfast. We arrived for breakfast at 9:30am (a busy time) and were scanned through despite there being 0 tables available and very limited help from the staff just standing around. • Terrible coffee at the breakfast. • Want to relax and sit by the pool? Good luck with that as there are only 12 sunbeds next to the pool! A shockingly poor amount for a hotel with so many people. • Things like toilet paper wasn't replaced upon cleaning two times. • Swimming pool was freezing! • Everything is in Chinese. I'm glad I was with my partner because there wasn't a single thing translated into English. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel unless you are actively seeking somewhere that might be cheaper than the better options available in Sanya.

We arrived and we were greeted with Ceasear who speaks good English. Cleaners come daily and clean and refresh room. Breakfast has a variety of Western and Chinese food. The ball pit is great just for a space for our toodler to get rid of energy in between swimming, eating and sleeping. The sandpit is also fantastic, with trees giving it shade. Full of fun toys for the the children too. The swimming pool is a great temperature! Pools towels are easy to get. Life guards are friendly!!! Swimming rings available. Bubble machine. Supermarket is a close 7mins max walk. Beach is right there but you have to walk 5mins either left or right to cross the road. The noodle bar is awesome and yummy! Also a great convenience store on the 1st floor. Easy to order food in.

The hotel is worn down and not maintained. The room was full of mold and very smelly from it. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. It should be in the range of 20-30eur per night and not 100.

👍The hotel is located right next to the beach + pretty close to various restaurants/bars. 👍The sea view is gorgeous 😃. 👍The staff is helpful and super efficient 😊. 👎This hotel desperately needs renovations, I got a strong feeling that I visited my grandparents- 👎old furniture 👎aged unremovable mud on bathroom tiles 👎 we had to change the room because the bathroom and balcony doors weren’t working properly 👎 in the room we’ve moved the air conditioning wasn’t working, so we had to ask for a repairman to come and fix it…

Location is good, near to beach and a shopping mall. Room is clean and spacious.

The staff service is great. The concierge service is helpful too
