Great location! Amazing breakfast! Free karting on the lake and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They helped to arrange the free bus to the CDF mall and even gave us a parting gift.

We recently stayed at a villa in Sanya through Trip.com and also experienced the wonderful hospitality of The Palace Resort Yalong Bay Sanya. From the moment we arrived, Bill, a staff member at the resort, added us on WeChat and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. He was incredibly helpful and made everything so easy for us. While January was a bit chilly, we only used the Villa pool on the first day. However, the resort has a hot jacuzzi by the pool in Villa, which was perfect for the cooler weather. We simply messaged Bill on WeChat, and he promptly ensured we had access to it, which was a great touch. The resort’s location is excellent, with Yalong Bay beach just a short distance away, making it very convenient. If you’re traveling with kids under 10 years old, the free indoor play center within the resort is a fantastic feature. Our children had an amazing time there, and it added so much value to our stay. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our experience and highly recommend this resort. The combination of beautiful surroundings, family-friendly amenities, and exceptional service from staff like Bill made our trip truly memorable. We can’t wait to visit again! The biggest advantage is the location, very close to Yalong Bay, you can walk to the beach in 3 minutes. The swimming pool is for children, which is also an advantage. There are many shops, fast food, local restaurants, beer stalls, street foods corners. There are also small children's playgrounds. The disadvantage is that the room we got could hear the sound of local people singing karaoke every night. Also, the hotel staff was annoying us the night before we left, asking if we wanted to buy souvenirs.

Jason was the most helpful host, tried to help us with all the things we asked. Overall experience from staying at the hot was great, we even booked one more night.

Families will appreciate the thoughtful touches like bunk beds in some rooms and the colorful indoor play areas for kids. The outdoor pool was a highlight for me, with its warm water and distinct sections for adults and children. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, featuring a wide array of local and Western options. I especially enjoyed the freshly cooked noodles and the tropical fruit selection. What made my stay truly memorable was the exceptional service from the staff, especially Jason at the front desk. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for me, offering great recommendations and always greeting me with a warm smile. His professionalism and friendliness really stood out. Overall, Palace Resort Yalong Bay is a gem. It offers comfort, convenience, and outstanding service at a great value. Whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with family, it’s a fantastic choice for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway in Sanya.

We have come here for the Christmas vacation several times. The location is great and the villas are nice and cozy with private pool and jacuzzi. The Christmas evening buffet was a tasty and quite western style buffet
