Saya menginap di dua hotel kali ini, saya paling suka yang ini, perkhidmatannya sangat baik, saya akan membantu membawa bagasi saya ke tingkat atas apabila saya masuk ke pintu. Perkhidmatan pelanggan wanita muda yang menerima kami dan dia di WeChat juga sangat mudah [Pemandangan laut yang menawan] Bilik 180 pemandangan laut moden yang saya diami, pemandangan bilik itu tidak disangka-sangka cantik, tingkapnya lebih besar daripada gambar, dan pemandangan laut tidak terhalang Terdapat banyak jenis restoran sarapan pagi. The second night I have upgraded to catwalk suites with a very good offer price. The suite is super big and really worth the value.

My friend and I really love staying at this hotel. We had a great experience. The staff is friendly, kind and professional. Whenever we had any concerns as foreigners, they assisted us. My friend and I always looked to forward to their breakfast🤤. The breakfast is delicious, warm with plenty options. And the time for breakfast lasted up to 1pm🫡. The location is close by to the beach but I think I had love staying at the hotel and swimming in pool. Because we loved staying at the hotel, our only suggestion is that the hotel can perhaps consider western food for their dinner menu. Nevertheless, I highly recommended this hotel to anyone considering on staying in Sanya

Amazing! I would like to admit that Iris who was working at the reception was the best helper, very professional, kind and friendly person. The room was clean, quite new and very comfortable! Cozy room, nice swimming pool and beautiful view!

Front desk is helpful. Room is big and bed is comfortable. View from 3rd floor infinity pool is definitely stunning!

Everything was absolutely blissful. It takes roughly 40 minutes from Sanya International Airport by taxi, the check-in process was simple and smooth. Breakfast hours are quite extensive (from 06.30 - 11.00am), the selection varies slightly everyday and is huge in total. The amenities are well maintained, different swimming pools to choose from, the gym is clean showcases different machines. My room got upgraded, which was very much appreciated! Since I visited during off-season, it was fairly quiet and only a few people were lounging around the pool during the day. The hotel location also allows for a quick stroll along the beachside into the main tourist center. Overall I would definitely recommend the hotel and are genuinely thankful for the hospitality shown to me!

The hotel location is very convenient. The stuff were wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. However, the room wasn’t cleaned properly, especially the floors ( I doubt they were washed even once in our 7 day stay) and mirrors. The phone in a room didn’t work. AC is in a room kept malfunctioning, it was uncomfortable.

Good breakfast, location is great, lovely staff, worth every penny. Massively thanks to Daisy, really friendly and helpful. I highly recommend and will definitely come back.

Excellent hotel where we already stayed in 2020. It is still excellent. Great roof swimming pool. Fantastic view facing the sea with different colors from morning to night that can be enjoyed on the terrasse. Food quality is good. Service in the cafeteria could be faster. Room service is good. The TV channels could be more diversified as well as the number of films which are proposed for free viewing.

Large spacious rooms, with great views of the pool and sea. The rooms are angled such that you dont get 180 degree views and there’s a long wall on one side. There are many pools and steps away from the beach. The beach is rocky and unsuitable to enter barefooted. Feels more exclusive and luxurious than the JW Marriot next door. 95% of morning breakfast buffet items are repeated daily, hope the variety can change more often.
