洗衣晾衣很方便，在陽台抬頭就能看見亞龍灣森林公園，還能看見山上的鳥巢。去森林公園，海邊都很近。去蜈支洲島有公交。連住幾天。亞龍灣我個人感覺是三亞最好的海灘，比蜈支洲島好

我來三亞第一站住機場酒店，衞生環境都很一般。跟馨雅這個小民宿比起來差了很多，第二站住的海棠灣君悦，五星級酒店確實沒得説，不過帶孩子出去玩的話就不划算了，所以住了幾天後選擇這裏，民宿我也是選了又選，馨雅我看了，有幾條差評，住了以後發現根本不會有床上説的蟲子，老闆態度不好。第一，我通過評論得知老闆退伍軍人。房間的衞生做的真不錯。我家以前也開過大大小小的旅店，賓館。他真的做的很乾凈，浴巾疊的整整齊齊。百十來塊的酒店，就這床單被罩洗的真的很乾凈。房卡出去玩的時候丟了，老闆回來二話不説給拿新的。爽快。索性住了三天。💗❤️真心推薦這家民宿，別的不説，老闆人品，房間衞生，絕對沒得説。所以我建議大家，不想出去玩就住好的親子酒店，一整天在酒店裡，孩子玩的真好，如果選擇出去玩，住在這裏，馨雅之家民訴真的不錯。性價比很高。去哪也很方便，亞龍灣滴滴打車9塊左右，大東海20左右，海棠灣40左右，去南山西島都有公交車，30路最為方便快捷。去後海打車也沒多少錢。而且很接地氣的一家民宿。

一個人的旅行，來三亞這幾天正好趕上台風，但好的住宿環境讓人忘掉了這糟糕天氣，強烈推薦這家新開業的民宿，整個民宿環境位置優越，距離亞龍灣熱帶雨林公園，博後村夜市超級近‼️離海灘也就一公里多距離，新開業的民宿衞生有保障，個人感覺新開業的比五星級酒店衞生更加乾淨☺️，女孩子和帶小孩子的家庭真的強推，感謝店長小哥哥的熱心服務有求必應，店裡工作人員都很好👍有什麼問題都及時都處理一點不拖拉，照片因天氣原因看起來霧濛濛的，實物很好看都是白色基調房間也都超乾淨，大泳池，桌球桌和電動🎮還有桌遊，晚上還有帥哥們的唱歌🎤活動，走出去幾百米就有美食街，推薦給大家，希望來三亞旅遊的朋友們旅途愉快✨……

A great cozy hotel, with a large beautiful territory. It is equally suitable for a family holiday and for a romantic one. Concerts are organized for fans of parties, and if you want silence, there is also a place to retire. In addition to the standard set, there are beach slippers and a beach bag (you can not take extra pounds with you). There is even a petting zoo on the 1st floor. There is a separate organized space for children. There are many places for walking within walking distance. Of the 2 restaurants for breakfast, I liked Pin Ju Hainan Restaurant the most. The beach bar makes excellent kebabs. The sea is clean and calm. Yalong Bay beach is clean, the waves are rare and not big. We were from May 11, 2024 to May 24, there were no jellyfish or plankton, we swam for days, no one bit)). The service is 5+, the staff knows their business. I would like to express special thanks to Dorothy's manager. A super tactful professional. She helped us a lot in solving various issues, warned us, advised us, and promptly resolved all issues that arose. We have not met such managers for as long as we travel. I would give Dorothy the award: ”best manager of the year.” Special thanks to Dorothy for your attention. In general, by all criteria (beach holidays, medicine, shopping, entertainment), I liked Hainan more than Phuket, the Philippines and Turkey. The climate is very comfortable, at a temperature of +33-35, we did not die from the heat, apparently due to optimal humidity. We will definitely come back)))

Stayed here for three days - really enjoyed the experience. Right on the beach and the pool etc was excellent. Didn't feel that the service was particularly personalised, however.

Beautiful territory , amazing Mangrove trees , they even have a little farm. We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful property. Thank you to Bella , a lovely lady on the reception who helped us with the room arrangement. I will be happy to come back and recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Excellent value and very good service. We had moved from a lousy hotel in Sanya Bay and wished we could have stayed here longer. The pool is big and clean and great for kids. Room service was fast in giving us more towels. There is a nice beach just minutes away. The area has many restaurants. I. wished we had booked here earlier. 物超所值，服务非常好。我们从三亚湾的一家糟糕的酒店搬来，希望我们能在这里呆更长时间。游泳池又大又干净，非常适合孩子们。客房服务很快给了我们更多的毛巾。几分钟外就有一个漂亮的海滩。这个地区有很多餐馆。我真希望我们早点预订这里。很满意!

The location and the grounds are beautiful! Right on the beach! You can swim at the beach between the ropes. The swimming pools are heated and clean! It was lovely to swim until 10pm. We were first upgraded to a bigger room but unfortunately the toilet was broken so we were moved to our original bedroom which had everything you need for a comfortable stay. When we had a problem with the AC and the response to fix it was very quick. There was a variety of foods for breakfast, both Chinese and western. Overall it was a lovely stay to relax and enjoy the beach.

We loved staying at Ritz and it made our trip very memorable. Here are some of the highlights and areas of improvement after my experience. Pros: 1. Stunning environment and facilities , infinity pools, private beach,buildings are all remarkable! 2. Delicious breakfast with many options to choose from 3. Friendly staff service- staffs greet with smiles, check on us frequently to meet our needs. We even got the hand written card in my native home language which was very heart warming. Cons: 1. Check in process at the register was very slow for foreign guests. 2. The bathtub in the room had water-leak and couldn’t collect the water . We are told to use plastic bath cover for the use 3. Apparently there was shuttle bus between the hotel and the cdf mall. However I wasn’t informed of the shuttle hours information. Only after i arranged personal trip to the cdf mall, i realized such service was available at the hotel. I wish i was informed of the service information in advance. Over all, i would recommend Ritz and love to be back again.
