Location is very convenient closed to restaurants, convenient stores, parks and distant metro stations.

Good breakfast, the room picture is not matching in real situation. Small room. Need to be careful and cautious due to its location. Outside street is not safe. Hotel staffs do not speak English, so get ready with basic Portuguese words and translation app. But the price to stay here is reasonable if you are looking for an affordable convenient hotel.

This hotel was not as good as I expected...the area was not secured...the room was very small...the bathroom door was transparent anyone can open from.outside... Bed was comfortable

Accommodation on 01/17/2026 Terrible 👎🏽👎🏽 I've stayed at this hotel twice before, but it seems to be falling short... People open doors out of nowhere with you inside, when the normal thing would be to at least check at reception or knock on the door to see if the room is free or occupied, right?? Breakfast has a prize-winning employee who starts removing things from the breakfast buffet without even asking if we want anything else, and finally... They turn off the circuit breakers in the rooms "with the excuse that something malfunctioned" without even worrying if someone is inside watching TV or anything... Very difficult like this... They deserve to suffer and lose more and more customers like they've already lost me... Until they close their doors...

Positive points: the room we stayed in - 607 - was good; good bed, good shower, working air conditioning, pleasant smell and everything was clean. The service from the reception staff was sensational, polite, helpful and efficient. Negative points: some areas of the hotel, such as corridors and balconies, are abandoned, almost like in a horror movie... the breakfast room and the breakfast itself are not very pleasant, but the staff are excellent and attentive. The surroundings of the hotel do not feel safe, on the contrary, there are many drug users and homeless people, which creates tension when arriving and leaving.

Good, pleasant hotel, quality breakfast. I don't recommend the location, I was shocked by the number of homeless people.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in my life, filthy environment, it doesn't even feel like you're in a hotel, horrible breakfast, a horrible smell when entering the hotel and everywhere, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! ZERO RATING!!!!!!!

The hotel is simple but met our needs. The staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel is surrounded by users who are a bit scary, making security vulnerable. I highly recommend it to anyone who is going to settle in and rest, as was my case.

Good location, clean room and top breakfast
