Hotel dengan Pengambilan dari hotel di Sao Paulo

Gosto bastante do E-suits Congonhas, mas apenas alguns pontos poderiam ser melhorados, na minha opinião. - O chuveiro demora bastante para esquentar, e estava bem frio na sexta-feira (dia 04/10/2024) à noite. Acho que deveria ter uma plaquinha com um recado no banheiro dizendo que demora mesmo devido ao aquecimento central, acredito, e que devemos aguardar tantos minutos aproximadamente até esquentar. - A cadeira do quarto 910 estava imunda, senti uma certa repulsa em sentar nela com roupa clara. - O cartão estava dando erros nos elevadores.

2nd time at this hotel and for good reason! Aside from the amazing staff service and clean room, the one thing I always look for is a decent gym. This place has a full gym with equipment ranging from bench press to even a smith machine. Would definently go again!

Had a lovely and chill stay in a great location of São Paulo nearby everything you need! I wish there were more services available and they were pet-friendly as well but nonetheless I would absolutely stay there again!

I have stayed four times in this hotel and I always will come back. The last stay I had some small problems and they were solved the same day with so much care. I felt treated like a king and really liked the personal care. The amazing things about this hotel to me is firstly the staff. They are very nice. It goes from people working at the reception desk, the congierge, the people working at the breakfast, the boulangerie next (and part of) the hotel (which by the way is a must go, delcious pastries) , securtiy and other staff. Several times when they noticed that I speak a little Portuguese, they try to make small talk and make me feel very welcome. They also appreciate me trying in Portuguese. Of course the staff at the reception and breakfast also communicates in English. Second, the location, next to Ibirapuera park (walking distance), just 10 min away by Uber (which is cheap also) from Paulista av., popular neighbourhoods as Moema, Itaim Bibi and Pinheiros makes it the perfect location for my stay. Within several minutes I am in almost all the good spots of the city (even though the city is huge). Depending on the room, you will have a good view of the city or park also. For the rest the service is great, the breakfast is amazing, I could just critcize the cakes that could be more fresh, for the rest the sweet pastries (changing daily) are perfect. There is a lot of choice in fruits, salty food, healthy food and also you can order fresly made tapioca, waffles, omelettes with the toppings you like. Also several natural juices. I am very picky with breakfast, but for this value, the breakfast is great. The hotel itself is very elegant and classy. It is stylish with French/European elegant style. When you like very modern and new, it might be not your place. The rooms are great. The bedding (sheets, pillows) are of high quality, the shower flow is strong and hot (when preffered), you can notice the small details that make it really a 5 star stay. There is a good gym (with staff), tennis fields, spa, swimmingpool, so there are lots of options. Even though for me it is the perfect place (quality, price, location, service, etc) and I would always prefer to stay at this hotel in Sao Paulo, the internet over all could be a little faster (standard is 25MB), but when I asked, the staff at the hotel helped with a better connection. The airconditioning for me personally could be a little colder/stronger (I like cold in the night), but for most it will be sufficient. Overall for me the hotel is 9,9 out of 10, highly recommend!

I was a little nervous at first because we decided to stay here for our last two days in Brazil before heading back to Europe but this hotel was great! They had super friendly staff that all spoke English at reception. They had more than just the basic amenities available in the room, there was complimentary bottles of water, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and lotion, along with mouth wash, cotton, etc and instead of slippers, they had flip flops! The pool is a bit small but it's long enough to do laps and they went above and beyond to accommodate our family and make sure we were comfortable. They left chocolate in the room at bedtime which my boys loved and even a little fruit. The hotel is also in a great location, a safe area with lots of good restaurants nearby. Excellent, excellent, excellent!

If I came to Sao Paulo, I would stay in this hotel. It’s in the heart of busniess distric in the city. The hotel is luxuries but simple. The staffs greet me politely and willing to help. Great food at the restaurant

A great experience all around. Being able to get a two-room apartment was a great benefit. The property is beautifully maintained with an exceptional and friendly staff. It's located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with nice restaurants and a short walk to the beautiful Parque Ibirapuera. I've stayed in Marriott properties all around the world but what made this Marriott special was Mr. Sergio in charge of ”guest experience”. Aside from his proactive message asking what he can do to make the experience better, he made sure to schedule transportation from the airport, upgraded our room and made sure our experience was exceptional... and it was. Special thanks to Sergio.
