I was likely given a very poor room because I arrived quite late. Although the room had a window, there was almost no natural light, and it fell far short of the ”city view” described. The overall experience was disappointing, especially compared to what was advertised. I hope the hotel can improve room allocation and ensure that all guests receive a stay that matches the description, regardless of their arrival time.

le petit déjeuner est toujours excellent et incontournable toutefois le réseau wifi ne passe pas dans tout l'hôtel et est très instable. Obligé d'aller au Lobby pour connecter son portable ou ordi portable. J'avais déjà eu ce problème au mois de Mars et le problème n'est toujours pas résolu. Attention la Cop 30 arrive avec beaucoup de voyageurs d'affaire. Faudra résoudre ca rapidement et dans tout l'hôtel. Sinon c'est un hotel que je recommande particulièrement

O hotel possui instalações muito antigas pelo menos nos quartos terreos, ar condicionado pessimo de regular e nao fornecem edredom. O atendimento dos funcionários é bom.

Das Radisson Hotel Maiorana Belém (by Atlântica) liegt im „besseren“ Viertel von Belém im Stadtteil Nazaré.
Von dort aus ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss oder mit einem Uber bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Zimmer im Hotel sind sehr gross, so der schöne Dachterrassen-Swimmingpool. Das Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Es ist nur schade, dass das Hotel nicht besser instand gehalten/gepflegt wird.

Hotel bom, o quarto é bom. Os quartos apesar de serem bons, não seguem o mesmo padrão, por exemplo outro dia fiquei num quarto que tinha smart tv com opções de streamings como Netflix e etc, dessa vez fiquei em um quarto que a tv não era smart. Demora no chek in e check out, deveria ser mais rápido o atendimento na recepção.

GGuest UserThis was our first time in an Andrade hotel. We were there only for two nights, arriving early, leaving with a late-checkout. For the location, I would say the the hotel is not on walking distance of most of the tourist attractions. I can be mistaken, but the only site of interest nearby is the botanical garden Bosquear Rodrgues Alves. As for the clealiness, the room was clean, however the bathroom was not, although they cleaned twice during our short stay. The tap and the sink were still dirty. We enjoyed the breakfast. There are enough items available to put together a healthy breakfast. If their availability allows it, the hotel offers the possibility of a late checkout at 16u pm instead of 12u for 100 reais. This is absolutely great! As far as I know in most other hotels you are obliged to stay another night.

GGermano Brasileiro PinheiroStaff were great and so was the service they provided 🤓 overall we had a decent stay but the hotel clearly needs a revamp. WiFi signal can be a struggle depending on the floor you’re on. I’d recommend it as the location is unbeatable, service (like I said) is great and overall I had a good stay.

GGuest UserThe room was tidy and very clean. We had cutlery, glasses and plates at our disposal, which although basic, many hotels do not provide. The service was good and fast. There is a restaurant, which for me is convenient and convenient. The location was excellent for my needs.

GGuest UserSecond time I go to Atrium and really is excellent, quality service and very beautiful and quiet place, the night place is sensational!
The only thing that doesn't worth the price is food, which was the time I wanted to give a second chance for a restaurant (we were disappointed for the first time) but the fish was out of the point again. Moreover, it seems that green smell is considered as vegetables and not as temperament ... The smell was well made, but, full of green smell, changed the taste of food. But it was all right!
