Topas Ecolodge is situated 18 km outside of Sapa town, (a 45-minute drive). The road meanders through valleys, local villages, and mountains and can be expected to be in poor condition at times. You may have to stop once in awhile to let a buffalo cross the street! Our bungalows were surrounded by pure nature with rustic but comfy interior design, hoping to help you completely escape from everyday life and immerse yourself into pure nature. You can spend the whole day on your private balcony mesmerized by the mountains, in our two saltwater infinity pools, or the Rice spa. Rooms - Big, clean and spacious with gorgeous view. Feels like I am living among the clouds. Restaurant - The staffs are really attentive and friendly. - Breakfast has a good spread. Reception and Concierge - Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Spa - Had the hot stone and foot reflexology and love the techniques used by the Sapa masseur. - Staffs and masseurs are friendly. Room for improvement. - It is great that the hotel offers free transfer to Sapa Center/Station. Overall - Had a surprisingly fabulous stay and if I am back to Sapa, I will definitely stay again with Pao's Sapa Leisure Hotel.

From the check in to check out time, it was magical. Staff noticed that we both were very tired from the trip and they gave us room early. They are very kind and helpful with our trip planning.

We had a great experience at the Bamboo Sapa Hotel. It's a peaceful and luxurious place to stay in Sapa. The staff, especially the manager Phuk, was very helpful. The hotel has beautiful views, comfortable rooms, and great facilities. I highly recommend it and plan to return in the future. ❤️

The view is spectacular, you have a full view of the Muong Hoa valley. The rooms are very cozy and nicely designed. Came with firewood and potatoes for us to do baked potatoes and a bottle of free wine for us to have a family gathering at the fire place. The dinner was very really delicious, the chef did a good job at cooking such delightful food. The hotel is a nice place to stay, feels more like a hidden gem that has not been discovered yet. It is further away from the city, it is very relaxing and a good get away from the noise.

Silk Path is located a distance away from Sapa Town but the hourly shuttle service made going to the town convenient. The advantage of the location is Silk Path is therefore quieter. The grounds are beautiful. I love the room and the view. Breakfast comes with a wide variety of food, and the gym and pool offer options to burn the calories off. What makes Silk Path stand out in the exceptional service. I totally enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to my friends, and stay there for my future visits.

Very good hotel, I stayed with 2 teenagers and they had their own room and I had my own. It was Family suite. Amazing breakfast! Very clean and service was pleasant. Location near by the city. Everywhere walking distance. Only issue we faced there were a construction going on next to the hotel and the noise started at 8am. So just check in the construction update and you may have more pleasant mornings

Location - The view is overrated as all the roads and constructions are in plain sight with tons of vehicle noise. Room - Terrible, we came back to our room full of ants and ant eggs that seemed to fall from the roof. To make it worse the room had been made up by the housekeeping. We got a swap of a new room but it was full of flies in the room itself and we had to use the mosquito swatter to eradicate the pests before we were able to fall asleep. Service - We need to call for the buggy service each time we need to leave our room for meals or to go for the site seeing as the room is an extended part of the resort. Each time we called for the service, we were told to wait outside the room (full of flies around), at times we waited for close to an hour. Crew - Best Crew award goes to the mosquito swatter, without it, we wouldn't be able to sleep in peace. The rest of the crew are basically just VERY concerned about whether we purchased the tickets for the attractions or have booked the transport to the city. Generally only recommend this place as a bed and breakfast instead of enjoying it like a resort.

Bên chúng tôi đã chốt với nhân viên sale là chỉ đặt dịch vụ ngâm chân, không có thêm bất kỳ dịch vụ nào. Trước khi đặt dịch vụ thì đã có nhân viên của khách sạn gọi điện cho tôi tư vấn rồi chứ không phải là mù mờ thông tin. Không hiểu do sale làm việc với bộ phận spa như nào mà lại bổ sung cả dịch vụ massage vào cho khách. Đến khi thanh toán thì khách ngớ người ra là tại sao lại phát sinh cho cả nhóm là 1.980k. Rồi sau đó, nhân viên spa lại còn bảo là khách ok, đồng ý với phát sinh đó. Tôi nói thật với các ông các bà chứ, khách mà không đồng ý thì các ông các bà có cho khách của tôi đi về nhà không. Họ đồng ý mà về nhà họ lại phàn nàn với chúng tôi là tại sao lại phải thanh toán tiền phát sinh kia à. Tôi đã làm việc trực tiếp với sale thì sale lại đổ lỗi cho bên spa, rồi làm việc với bên spa thì lại đổ lỗi cho sale, nhất định không hoàn tiền cho khách. Sale làm sai mà không nhận, nhắn tin thì không thèm trả lời. Một câu xin lỗi cũng không có. Các ông các bà làm ăn chộp giật như thế thì hỏi uy tín của các ông bà ở đâu.
