Staff - So welcoming w, attentive ,speaking English very well,Always smiling,try to do their best according to your needs. Hotel - Smells good always,clean always,provide all the basic things such as tooth brush,shaver,cap,comb,hair dryer,shampoo,body wash,hair conditioner,body lotion,eye mask,tea and coffee bags. Location -was very good in the middle.Most of the attraction places very nearby such as sapporo tv tower,sapporo clock tower,odor park, near to JR Sapporo station too. Breakfast - not many choices but still can eat.I think they must have some variety of food and menu. Tours - If you book a tour from klook.com they will come and fetch you from the main lobby of hotel.It makes us felt convenient. JR Sapporo station nearby around 450m - walking distance.You can reach to this hotel from new chitose airport taking a subway around 45min.Its also cheaper around 1150 Yen per person.Once you reach JR Sapporo station ,you can walk using your Google map or you may use Go Taxi app to book a taxi if you felt you have a lot of luggage it will cost 770 Yen. We enjoy and love our stay at Ana crown plaza hotel.Will stay here next time when we come back to Sapporo.Recomended.Thank you so much for your wonderfull service.🥰

Recently we were allowed to travel outside Aomori prefecture. We booked plane tickets and hotel 3 days in advance. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by professional and friendly staff. Our temperatures were taken and all Covid precautions were maintained. Our room was spacious with a view of the mountains and a river. Bathroom was large with separate shower and bathtub. Robes and slippers were provided. Our stay included breakfast and it was delicious. Especially the made to order omelettes. Fresh fruit, vegetables, sweet breads and meats plus several Japanese traditional breakfast items were offered. Plastic gloves are given to use for the self serve items. Every morning we received a warm greeting and coffee from the manager. Everyone in the dining room and hotel made us feel welcomed. The hotel has a bus that shuttles every hour to the main Sapporo train station and shopping center. This was a great benefit of the hotel. We will go back and stay for the winter festival! We were on the 9th floor.

The hotel is located at a central location just minutes walk from Sapporo Station. Staffs are especially friendly and helpful. A great thanks to both Honoka Oda and Kaho Sawada for their much appreciated assistance. Couldn't thank them enough. Our room windows actually face the old government building and it was gorgeous with autumn leaves and snow on the next day covering the entire compound... every where. It was especially memorable. Room is nice and clean and the onsen was surprisingly good... didn't really expect much when booking the property. Another great thing about the hotel is it's breakfast spread... We've had seafood breakfast buffet from other Japanese hotel before, but this one came with raw scallop, firm juicy red salmon, sweet prawn and of course salmon roe... Absolutely unforgettable experience. And to top up all that, a very nice view of the snowing landscape that morning, that will be forever etched in our mind. This is the BEST hotel in Sapporo for long term stay. The staff was very kind, thoughtful and friendly. I used the GYM almost everyday because it was so spacious. Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom as well. They have afforaable coin Laundry as well! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a long stay, telework (internet is high speed and theres a working desk), affordable and cozy transportation around Sapporo. It is also close to many popular delicious food around Sapporo. 5 STARS! SHOUT OUT to the front desk team, especially Matsu****a-san, Dendra and Liu Chih for making my stay so comfortable - they're always so ready to help especially with me moving in and out of the hotel so much to travel around Sapporo! THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY STAY LOVELY!

The location of the hotel is great and the atmosphere is good. Then, I would like to highlight that the staff is super friendly and helpful. However, when I clarify on the shuttle bus to airport in the early morning, the staff have not offered early breakfast which can be requested a day before. This is a minus point. Just wonder, why gym room have no yoga mat. Overall, the hotel is good.

Bahagian dalam bilik adalah luas dan selesa seperti yang ditunjukkan dalam foto, dan saya sangat berpuas hati dengan perkhidmatan bilik dan perkhidmatan hotel (spa, kemudahan senaman, restoran, dll.). Lobi hotel sangat cantik dengan suasana hotel yang asli, dan kakitangannya ramah secara keseluruhan. Oleh kerana lokasinya, ia berbaloi untuk berjalan ke Stesen Susukino atau Stesen Sapporo, tetapi pemandangan luar tidak begitu cantik. Namun, memandangkan Taman Nakajima, tempat yang bagus untuk mengambil gambar, berada di hadapan, saya tidak fikir ia adalah satu kelemahan. Ia adalah pengalaman yang sangat memuaskan, dan saya sangat mengesyorkan hotel ini.

Location is good within susukino area, less than 3 mins walk to the susukino station. Plenty of entertainment, shopping and food options within walking distance. As an IHG Diamond member, i chose the free breakfast option upon check in. Unlike my previous IHG stays (Crowne Plaza Athens in Nov 2022 and Holiday Inn London Bloomsbury in Dec 2022) where the counter staff thanked me for being a Diamond member, this did not happen here. Perhaps it is not in their culture to do so, though overall the Japanese are polite. The breakfast has a decent spread of choices and the quality is fairly good. There is a live egg station where you have choices on the type of eggs. Room size is fairly small (normal by japanese standards) but clean and well equipped. We were given room 802 on the 8th floor which has a decent sized window overlooking the streets and carpark below.

Hotel location within walking distance to Sapporo train station. Seicomart is just opposite hotel. The room was clean daily. Onsen on Level 2 was an added bonus after a long, cold day outside. Reception staff helpful even with their limited English

5年ぶりに訪れました、プールがあるのでこちらを選びました。 外のプールが営業してなかったので、日帰りの方も多数いて中のプールは満員でした。 21時まで泳げたので夜は空いていました。 プールから温泉に行くのもちょっと面倒な建物の構造でした。 コロナで夕食がバイキングしか選べなかったのが残念でした。3回ともメニューが毎日同じでした。 ローストビーフが毎日固さが違いました。 もう少し北海道野菜(蒸したコーンや野菜)などを取り入れたメニューの改善をお願いします。 刺し身もカツオと甘エビ、うーん残念。 蟹は美味しかったです。 ビジネスホテルでもイクラが出たことがあるので、4000円のディナーだと割高に感じ残念でした。ランチバイキングの値段が妥当だと思います。 バイキングコーナーではシェフが取り分けてくれるのですが、並び方がわからず困りました。 床に緑のテープが貼ってあるのですが、それに沿って並んでおらず、横入りされたりすることが時々ありました。 並んでいても、誤解されたり、嫌な気持ちになりました。 子供のバイキングメニューは別コーナーにしたほうがよいと思います。 わざわざシェフからポテト、チャーハンをお皿に入れてもらわないと食べられないのが面倒でした。

We had a wonderful stay at Chalet Ivy Jozankei . The location was perfect after a few days skiing in Niseko and spending a day at the Sapporo Ice Festival . The idyllic location takes advantage of its hillside setting overlooking a river. There is a soothing calm to the staff, architecture and decor. We were welcomed by attentive staff that provided delicious complimentary Japanese snacks and drinks in the lobby. The rooms are spacious, modern, and include an in room onsen. We did not try the Spa. We did indulge in a delicious Omakaze dinner in a private room that included kinki fish, turtle soup, Waygu beef and fantastic wines. What a refreshing treat at the end of journey to Hokkaido.
