This hotel is very close to Sapporo station which is very convenient. The best part is that this hotel has an indoor hot spring and sauna which is free to use. Club lounge is awesome, you can enjoy breakfast while enjoying city view.

Our recent stay at the Sapporo Stream Hotel was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend it, especially for families with young children. The hotel’s location is truly unbeatable—it’s conveniently situated near major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to explore Sapporo without any hassle. The hotel's accessibility was a game-changer for families like ours travelling with a stroller. It's directly accessible to the Cocono Susukino Mall and then directly down to the station area. It’s rare to find a hotel this considerate towards families, and we really appreciated the thoughtful design. The housekeeping service was another highlight of our stay. The hotel efficiently ensuring our room was well-stocked with their “menu” of housekeeping options! As expected in a Japanese hotel, the room was compact but thoughtfully designed. While opening two suitcases at the same time was a challenge, this is typical for hotels in Japan. The space was well-utilized, and we found it cosy and sufficient for our needs. Overall, Sapporo Stream Hotel exceeded our expectations with its prime location, family-friendly accessibility, and excellent housekeeping. While the room size might be a slight adjustment for some, it’s a small trade-off for the convenience and quality of service provided. We’d gladly stay here again on our next visit to Sapporo!

Their service is superb! We left something in the hotel and they travelled all the way from hotel to New Chitose airport to return the item to us. Excellent customer service!

The hotel locates close to the sapporo station, which is very convenient. Most mitsui garden hotel bas got a public bath but this one is much smaller than one of them in tokyo.. thus it gets busy and packed quickly… the staff are very friendly and helpful.. there are several convenient store next to it

My son was down with influenza and it is through them we manage to pay a 2nd visit to children hospital that take in foreigners. The first one wasn’t that effective as it is an A&E with no children doc to prescribe controlled ***** for a 4 year old as i was told. My special thanks to the hotel staff and really appreciate their help and support. In all my years of travelling for business and leisure, this is top notch customer service that makes a huge difference to receiving customer and guests. Parking - 2000 yen for 2 days but note extra charges if you exceed 12pm. We pay 800 yen for 2 more hours of parking.

The hotel is located at a central location just minutes walk from Sapporo Station. Staffs are especially friendly and helpful. A great thanks to both Honoka Oda and Kaho Sawada for their much appreciated assistance. Couldn't thank them enough. Our room windows actually face the old government building and it was gorgeous with autumn leaves and snow on the next day covering the entire compound... every where. It was especially memorable. Room is nice and clean and the onsen was surprisingly good... didn't really expect much when booking the property. Another great thing about the hotel is it's breakfast spread... We've had seafood breakfast buffet from other Japanese hotel before, but this one came with raw scallop, firm juicy red salmon, sweet prawn and of course salmon roe... Absolutely unforgettable experience. And to top up all that, a very nice view of the snowing landscape that morning, that will be forever etched in our mind. Karaksa Hotel Sapporo is right smack in the middle of Tanujiko shopping and dining belt. The Ramen Alley is also nearby. It is close to the entrance of Pole Town, which links all the way to Sapporo JR Station. Walk past Odori metro station in the direction towards Sapporo JR station, you can also easily access Aurora Town on your right, another underground shopping stretch that leads to Aurora Plaza. The hotel provides free ice-cream and drinks at level 2F. The onsen is also conveniently located at level 2F. A coin laundry service is also found near the onsen area but the dryers don't seem very effective. I had to put enough 100 yen coins to use the dryer for 6 whole hours before they were completely dry! Room size is just nice for 2 pax, however it would be a tight squeeze for 3 adults. There isn't much hanging space for clothes in the room so I had to improvise by getting S hooks from Diaso.

元々高評価の口コミもあり2泊させていただきました。 スタッフの対応、設備の充実、清潔感、朝食バイキングと口コミどおり素晴らしいものでした。倍の料金だったとしても驚かないクオリティだとおもいます。 あえて1点だけ気になったことがあるとすれば、サラリーマンや運動系部活の学生らしい団体客がいたのですが、風呂場やサウナで大声で話したり、サウナ後に掛け水もせずに水風呂にはいる、廊下で騒ぐなど、非常識な人も複数目にしました。 これはホテルの問題ではなく、客の問題だとは思いますが、そのような非常識な人もいる前提で、チェックインの際は特に団体客への注意喚起をしていただいたり、風呂場にわかりやすい注意書きをしていただければと思います。 また札幌に行く際は利用させていただこうと思います。 ありがとうございました。

We stayed in nine hotels during our six week Winter visit to Japan; this hotel was the third most stylish but the second most uncomfortable. The corner double room has the right look with a little tea room next to a floor to ceiling window. We had a partial view of the Botanical Gardens which was pretty. The room was uncomfortable for the following reasons: 1. No storage. The room fit out is super minimal but if you have luggage there's nowhere to put it and no hanging space. 2. The designer was going for a zen low lighting experience but the room was so dark we couldn't see anything. There is one dim lamp next to the bed and another low light overhead light. It was so dark we had to borrow desk lamps to be able to see into our suitcases. Maybe the designer was trying to create a moody atmosphere but we found it dreary and depressing. 3. The thermostat has no fine controls - the room was either way too hot or very cold. We chose to turn the heat off and borrow extra blankets and wear extra layers. We chose the corner double room which despite being one of the larger rooms, felt too cramped for a four day stay. The onsen was stylish and cool. The outdoor onsen was set in cute snowscape. Having an onsen with snow around you felt very luxe. Unfortunately this hotel attracts a certain young, nouveau riche clientele who take selfies endlessly in this Instagram ready hotel. There were men taking photos of themselves in the onsen on two occasions; I felt like my privacy had been violated as I was in the same bath. It upset me they didn't respect me enough to abstain from taking video footage. Did they do that just because my partner and I were clearly not Japanese? We enjoyed the authentic breakfast, although I feel like having it once probably would have been enough. The location of the hotel was a bit of a dead zone, unless you love walking there are probably more central locations. If you can't speak Japanese the staff are just OK. I was overcharged and managed to get a refund even despite the language barrier. I would not stay at this hotel again but I did enjoy certain aspects of my stay.
