Cari Hotel Kolam Air Panas di Sapporo

A very new hotel. Amenities are clean and brand new. Service is good and location is convenient in downtown sapporo. Rooms are bit by Japan standards. Recommenced!

Hotel yang baru dibuka ini terletak dengan sempurna bersebelahan stesen Susukino di Aras 7. Bas Limosin Lapangan Terbang akan menurunkan anda kira-kira 1 blok ke belakang dari hotel. Bilik-bilik agak kecil tetapi berfungsi, bilik yang lebih besar mempunyai pemandangan yang lebih kecil jadi pilih bilik yang kecil. Anda tidak akan dapat mengakses onsen/spa hotel melainkan anda menempah bilik premium tanpa akses berbayar dibenarkan. Ini kelihatan seperti pemikiran pendek yang luar biasa di hotel terutamanya jika onsen kosong. Mengapa tidak menawarkan kemasukan berbayar kepada tetamu semasa waktu sunyi? Hotel ini juga mengambil bahagian dalam pembersihan hijau yang meluas dengan komitmen palsu untuk membantu alam sekitar. Jika anda memilih pengemasan eko, mereka masih akan membuang berus gigi anda dan menggantikan berus gigi yang lain. Selain itu, mereka memberi anda kod QR untuk menebus sebotol air teh percuma (tidak pasti bagaimana ini membantu alam sekitar?) Sarapan pagi tidak mengapa tetapi pastikan anda tiba sebelum pukul 9 pagi kerana makanan tidak diisi semula atau diganti pada bufet. Terdapat banyak kakitangan perkhidmatan berdiri dan berlari-lari tetapi tidak banyak produktiviti membersihkan meja, mengeluarkan pinggan dll. Kawasan tempatan mempunyai bahagian hadapan kedai ”maklumat perempuan” yang luas jadi saya mungkin tidak akan mengesyorkan kawasan itu untuk keluarga walaupun ia berasa selamat.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. Location is second to none, just grab your bags and head straight to airport from the train station just right next to it. However, one draw back is that my room is facing the train tracks and expect excruciating noises until midnight. The bathroom could have been more cleaner as I found some body hair in the bath tub just right after I get into the room.  A bonus from this hotel: a small fee allowing you to access in door onsen, and then there is a stand serving milk and popsicles until 10:30pm. Coming out hot from the onsen with cold full cream milk, divine relaxation! Tips future traveler : request a room that is away from the tracks

The hotel was exceptionally clean & tidy. Location was close to transportation and not too far from Sususkino neighborhood, which is where you want to be! Room was super spacious and the beds were a great size and were quite comfortable. Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful!! There was a staff member, Williams was her name I believe- she helped us with local phone calls & made our trip to Yoichi a memorable one by helping us secure a reservation for the Nikka Distillery tour. We missed the booking window and she kindly called the reception at the Distillery and pulled some strings to get us in. If you stay and opt for breakfast, be sure to get the chef's special crepe of the day. Only negative was how long it took to do laundry- the dryer didn't quite dry our 4 day load and we had to run the dry cycle 3 additional times- which made it a very late night. 😁😍 Hontoni arigatou gozaimasu!!!

The hotel is located at a central location just minutes walk from Sapporo Station. Staffs are especially friendly and helpful. A great thanks to both Honoka Oda and Kaho Sawada for their much appreciated assistance. Couldn't thank them enough. Our room windows actually face the old government building and it was gorgeous with autumn leaves and snow on the next day covering the entire compound... every where. It was especially memorable. Room is nice and clean and the onsen was surprisingly good... didn't really expect much when booking the property. Another great thing about the hotel is it's breakfast spread... We've had seafood breakfast buffet from other Japanese hotel before, but this one came with raw scallop, firm juicy red salmon, sweet prawn and of course salmon roe... Absolutely unforgettable experience. And to top up all that, a very nice view of the snowing landscape that morning, that will be forever etched in our mind. We stayed in nine hotels during our six week Winter visit to Japan; this hotel was the third most stylish but the second most uncomfortable. The corner double room has the right look with a little tea room next to a floor to ceiling window. We had a partial view of the Botanical Gardens which was pretty. The room was uncomfortable for the following reasons: 1. No storage. The room fit out is super minimal but if you have luggage there's nowhere to put it and no hanging space. 2. The designer was going for a zen low lighting experience but the room was so dark we couldn't see anything. There is one dim lamp next to the bed and another low light overhead light. It was so dark we had to borrow desk lamps to be able to see into our suitcases. Maybe the designer was trying to create a moody atmosphere but we found it dreary and depressing. 3. The thermostat has no fine controls - the room was either way too hot or very cold. We chose to turn the heat off and borrow extra blankets and wear extra layers. We chose the corner double room which despite being one of the larger rooms, felt too cramped for a four day stay. The onsen was stylish and cool. The outdoor onsen was set in cute snowscape. Having an onsen with snow around you felt very luxe. Unfortunately this hotel attracts a certain young, nouveau riche clientele who take selfies endlessly in this Instagram ready hotel. There were men taking photos of themselves in the onsen on two occasions; I felt like my privacy had been violated as I was in the same bath. It upset me they didn't respect me enough to abstain from taking video footage. Did they do that just because my partner and I were clearly not Japanese? We enjoyed the authentic breakfast, although I feel like having it once probably would have been enough. The location of the hotel was a bit of a dead zone, unless you love walking there are probably more central locations. If you can't speak Japanese the staff are just OK. I was overcharged and managed to get a refund even despite the language barrier. I would not stay at this hotel again but I did enjoy certain aspects of my stay.

We stayed in the connect room, it’s very convenient for family with kids . Although the room is not very big, but the hotel has a lounge at level 2 with free drinks and ice cream within 2pm to 10pm, there is also microwave available so you could heat up stuff from the supermarket or convenient store. Location is perfect, back street access take you straight to main shopping street.

元々高評価の口コミもあり2泊させていただきました。 スタッフの対応、設備の充実、清潔感、朝食バイキングと口コミどおり素晴らしいものでした。倍の料金だったとしても驚かないクオリティだとおもいます。 あえて1点だけ気になったことがあるとすれば、サラリーマンや運動系部活の学生らしい団体客がいたのですが、風呂場やサウナで大声で話したり、サウナ後に掛け水もせずに水風呂にはいる、廊下で騒ぐなど、非常識な人も複数目にしました。 これはホテルの問題ではなく、客の問題だとは思いますが、そのような非常識な人もいる前提で、チェックインの際は特に団体客への注意喚起をしていただいたり、風呂場にわかりやすい注意書きをしていただければと思います。 また札幌に行く際は利用させていただこうと思います。 ありがとうございました。

Location is not bad, not as near to Susukino as other similar hotels but, they have their own parking garage, which cost only 1500 yen for the day plus you can move the car in and out without restrictions. Just need to bring the card to front desk to validate it each time when you go out. We walk to Susukino and the shopping arcade by foot, it takes 20-30min walk, we can actually see the shopping arcade No.7’s section from our window. All in all I like this hotel a lot, breakfast selection is great, but the room size is quite small, well I think this is normal here in Japan in the city. I would come back and stay at this hotel again if I shall return to Sapporo.

Keihan Hotel Sapporo is always my first choice whenever I visit Hokkaido. It’s a smooth and seamless experience from the moment you checked in and the last day of checking out by just dropping off the key at the service counter. There’s a a lot of amenities that you can rent for free and the highlight of the stay is their in house public bath onsen which is wonderful especially after returning from the cold weather outside. Also, it’s within walking distance to Sapporo train stations and other attractions.
