"Travelled with a group of 3 adults and found it hard to find a room with reasonable price. I emailed in and realise they are open for 3 guest as long as u pay additional fare (5,500/night) for a sofa bed which was reasonable.
I enjoyed the stay throughly especially the onsen facility. I will definitely come back again!"

The room is even more magnificent and exquisitely beautiful. The feeling of soaking in the hot spring is really extremely comfortable and pleasant. However, the chair that is directly facing the window really makes people feel extremely uncomfortable. It is really stiff, and the back of the chair is pitifully short, and it simply cannot give the due support to the head and neck.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is short distance away from the major sightseeing spots at jozankei, but still walkable distance. That allows a tranquil and relaxing environment which you can truly enjoy the stay and immerse yourself into the nature. The resort is beautiful and room is super spacious. The buffet is wonderful. All the food are very fresh which make you feel very healthy. The onsen are nice. However, I found the temperature of outdoor bath too high. I feel recharged after the stay, both physically and mentally.

The public bath is great.
We got a room on the cross floor, that comes with living room, meal counter and separate bath and toilet.
That also gives us access to the lounge with very remarkable drinks and light bites.

SSol the PineThere are private room options available, with your own wardrobe space, desk, and chair. I chose the top bunk — it takes a bit of effort to climb up, but it’s more budget-friendly.
There are only a few private shower rooms on the third floor. However, the public bath on the 8th floor is very spacious and includes hot and cold plunge pools, as well as a sauna.
The hotel provides indoor wear for guests, but complimentary drinking water is not available.

KKathy WPNThe location of this hotel is just next to the Shin Sapporo JR and Subway station, about 3-4 minutes walk from the station. It is considered a very good and convenient place for us. You can almost different shops in the station building including supermarkets. The hotel room is spacious, comfortable and clean, providing all necessary amenities and services. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful.

Check in and check out very smooth.
When we went the onsen was being refurbished, unfortunately, as we were looking forward to it, but it was communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

Namun, memandangkan Taman Nakajima, tempat yang bagus untuk mengambil gambar, berada di hadapan, saya tidak fikir ia adalah satu kelemahan. Ia adalah pengalaman yang sangat memuaskan, dan saya sangat mengesyorkan hotel ini.

PPengguna TetamuIncredible value for money stay in the heart of Sapporo. I have never stayed in a capsule hotel before which made me hesitant to book this hotel, however I am so glad that I chose it. The location is unbeatable, in the very heart of Sapporo, in Susukino district. There is an endless amount of izakaya and restaurants on the doorstep of the hotel. The onsen and sauna was the best I have visited in Japan so far. I have heard the sauna is famous across Japan, and I can see why. It is kept impeccably clean and the entire facility is well maintained. The amenities such as unlimited towels, toothbrushes, razors and hair products are a great touch too. The capsule hotel itself was great, like the rest of the property, spotless clean and well kept. Despite being a capsule hotel, I heard no snoring for disturbance during the night. The breakfast was delicious and excellent value. Upon checkout, I requested to book again due to my great experience.

PPengguna Tetamuチェックインの時にシャトレーゼのバームクーヘンを頂きました。ホテルと言う感じのもてなしをして頂き、優雅な気分になりました。スパも広く、雪の中の露天風呂はサイコーでした。
朝食バイキングは種類も多く、デザート、アイスはシャトレーゼの店頭で売っているのと同じもので食べ過ぎてしまう程、美味しかったです
次は夏の屋外プールの季節に訪問したいと思います。
