AAgnesYThe service at this hotel was excellent. The staff were very warm and helpful, and there were always plenty of employees in the lobby ready to assist guests.
Parking was a bit expensive, but the location of the parking area was very convenient, which made it easy to come and go.
The only downside was the bathroom in the room. Perhaps because the hotel has been open for many years and the rooms are on very high floors, there was a very strong sewage smell coming from the floor drain in the bathroom. It was extremely unpleasant. Since we were only staying for two nights, we didn’t bother asking to change rooms. Instead, we had to keep the bathroom door closed every night before going to sleep and whenever we left the room, otherwise the smell would spread throughout the entire room.
Aside from that issue, the staff and overall service were very good.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is short distance away from the major sightseeing spots at jozankei, but still walkable distance. That allows a tranquil and relaxing environment which you can truly enjoy the stay and immerse yourself into the nature. The resort is beautiful and room is super spacious. The buffet is wonderful. All the food are very fresh which make you feel very healthy. The onsen are nice. However, I found the temperature of outdoor bath too high. I feel recharged after the stay, both physically and mentally.

We recently stayed at this brand new hotel for 3 nights and was thoroughly impressed. As someone who travels frequently and appreciated good design and hospitality, this property hit all the right notes.
The ambience & Room:
The hotel features a clean and medern design.
My room was a decent size-not too small for 2 people-and perfectly maintained.
ิิิิฺ-Modern amenities including a Nespresso machine and a smart TV with Netflix made our stay very comfortable when snowing outside.
-Attentive and consistent housekeeping. The room was refreshed daily with plenty of drinking water provided.
Service:
The staff here are the true stars. They are genuinely friendly, always greeting us with a smile. They went beyond by help to pre-booking a fixed-rate taxi for our airport transfrer, which made our early morning departure stress-free.
Location and Dining:
While the hotel isn't right in the hustle and bustle of the center area, it is within easy walking distance to everything. The subway is just around the corner but we prefer walking for observation. The surrounding area is packed with great local dining options. Plus, the hotel's own restaurant is quite a great choice for a great dinner.
A Small Note for Improvement:
The only thing I missed was the ability to slightly crack open a window. As someone sensitive to room temperature during sleep (especially in winter), having a bit of fresh air would have made the stay even more perfect.
Verdict: Highly recommended for those who valure cleanliness, modern aesthetics, and top-tier service. We would definitely stay here again next time.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe hotel is a bit old, can be seen from the toilet type and overall bedroom + bathroom design. But still functioning properly. Bed is on the softer side. We can see mountains afar from the window. They receive my takkyubin well and it has been waiting inside our room when we check in (got 30 mins earlier check in). Service is friendly! Cleaning service every day is nice. Location is not really close to train station but there are a few exits within walking distance, though it’s not right nearby. We got access to the lounge as we were staying in Cross Floor, but the snacks variety are small and the same everyday. Freeflow wine and beer is cool though. We mostly just eat the nuts. Maybe better if you can provide Hokkaido milk instead of these sugary drinks. Thanks!

KKathy WPNThe location of this hotel is just next to the Shin Sapporo JR and Subway station, about 3-4 minutes walk from the station. It is considered a very good and convenient place for us. You can almost different shops in the station building including supermarkets. The hotel room is spacious, comfortable and clean, providing all necessary amenities and services. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful.

CCabbageXiaoBaiCaiHotel is in an awesome location right smack in the middle of li xiao lu no. 6. covered walkway and 5minutes walk to Poletown underground. Onsen is convenient, massage is good. Washing machine is free and right outside the onsen, just need to pay for the dryer. Microwave oven is available at level 2 and 6. There is complementary icecream and yoghurt depends on timing, can eat after onsen. Beside got seicomart and family mart. In winter, be careful if you are walking outside at pavement as it is slippery.
