I recently stayed at the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo for three nights in a Standard Family Room on the 7th floor and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The room comfortably accommodated our group of four, and we were pleasantly surprised to find two separate bathrooms with bathtubs, which added a significant level of convenience for our family. While the room did not offer any particular views, the value for money was undeniable. The hotel's buffet spread was another highlight of our stay. With a wide variety of options, it catered well to different tastes and preferences, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. A couple of logistical aspects made our stay even more seamless. We were able to return our rental car directly at the hotel, having rented from Toyota Rent-a-Car. This saved us a lot of time and hassle. Additionally, we utilized the Airport Bus service from the hotel, purchasing tickets easily at the front desk on the day of our departure. This convenience allowed us to relax and enjoy our last moments in Sapporo without any stress. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was the excellent service. We had purchased quite a bit of chocolate from the Royce Chocolate Factory, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by accepting and storing our delivery until we arrived a day or two later. This level of service truly enhanced our experience. The hotel's location is another significant advantage. It is about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, making it very accessible. For those interested in exploring local shopping areas, Tanuki Koji is a manageable 30-minute walk away. Overall, the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo offers excellent value for money with its well-appointed rooms, great amenities, convenient location, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo.

The hotel rated 5 star in trip, I will review as above standard. The hotel is a big building, grand looking, When I first entered the hotel, reception staff, received me very politely, invited me to seat down, and she arranged my turn for check-in. Check in staff also very professional, good smile, efficient. After I settled down in the room, I wanted to go gym and swimming pool, I noticed there is a fee 3,300 yen per use. This is the first disappointed unreasonable charges. I went down to the lobby, wanted to have a drink. I go into the only lounge in the lobby, the second disappointment came, the lounge staff told me the lounge only open to higher level customers, not for normally room guest like me. I am totally unsatisfied with what I paid and what I got. Other unsatisfactory issue like room size very small, bed park toward the wall, don’t have wardrobe, bathroom very small, small tv 32”, parking fee 2000 yen. Anywhere the breakfast was good. You can choose a better hotel nearby.

We love this hotel. The room was cozy, the breakfast Buffett was good and had a good spread of local dishes. The teppanyaki was also good with the chef showing us his skills and a great view of the night sky. The hotel is also near to the Sapporo Station

Outstanding I am super thankful for this hotel. I made a mistake with my reservation (double book) and I asked trip to help me to cancel it with the hotel and first they said it can’t be cancelled and I understand. After we checked out, trip called and said the hotel (Keio) agree to refund my other reservation. Thank you so much trip.com and Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo for your understanding, it made my day. Their service also the best, we across the traffic light near the hotel and when we haven’t even reached the lobby door, their staff already come to us and helped us with our luggage, so a nice welcome. The check in process also quick and easy. The hotel room for Japan standard consider big enough. And also we can have airport limousine bus right in front of the hotel.

The room is clean and comfortable. But the hotel is a bit far away from the Sapporo station.

Location was good , about 11 mins walk from JR sapporo Overall room was not too narrow

The location is fairly convenient with convenience stores opposites and a good amount of eateries nearby. It’s a 5-10mins walk to the metro. The breakfast and room size is alright as well.

It was an amazing experience. The staff was kind and courteous, the room was spotless and well stocked. We were very sorry to say that the toilet in our room was clogged during the night and we anxiously asked for help. The hotel quickly sent someone to fix it, and the staff quickly fixed it, thanks a lot! We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Sapporo.

old style hotel service, very good manner and procedures. 5min walk to JR if you know to take the shortcut.

Amazing Service from this hotel! Live up to its brand name! Hotel is very clean. A little disappointing is it’s onsen requires payment even for staying guests. About 8mins walk from the station .

Very clean and modern hotel with many amenities. Very near Sapporo station and also the car rentals.

Full serviced hotel and staff were more than glad to be of service to us. Started with the check in process where we were helped with getting our luggage out of the car before we were parked. Our room was still not ready so we checked-in first and left our luggage with the hotel before leaving to explore the city. We will definitely be back here again in the future even though it was located about 10 minutes walk away from the nearest subway station.

Even the smallest room is already quite spacious for japanese standards. Great spacious lobby too with helpful staff
