Although the building is old, it is kept clean. Services such as laundry and vending machines are located in a practical location. It is also just adjacent to a park, where one can enjoy its features depending on the season. Food is adequately provided on complimentary breakfasts. Sufficient choices for various tastes.

The hotel was neat and satisfying. I liked the table and 2 chairs and the TV on the front.

Hotel yang baru dibuka ini terletak dengan sempurna bersebelahan stesen Susukino di Aras 7. Bas Limosin Lapangan Terbang akan menurunkan anda kira-kira 1 blok ke belakang dari hotel. Bilik-bilik agak kecil tetapi berfungsi, bilik yang lebih besar mempunyai pemandangan yang lebih kecil jadi pilih bilik yang kecil. Anda tidak akan dapat mengakses onsen/spa hotel melainkan anda menempah bilik premium tanpa akses berbayar dibenarkan. Ini kelihatan seperti pemikiran pendek yang luar biasa di hotel terutamanya jika onsen kosong. Mengapa tidak menawarkan kemasukan berbayar kepada tetamu semasa waktu sunyi? Hotel ini juga mengambil bahagian dalam pembersihan hijau yang meluas dengan komitmen palsu untuk membantu alam sekitar. Jika anda memilih pengemasan eko, mereka masih akan membuang berus gigi anda dan menggantikan berus gigi yang lain. Selain itu, mereka memberi anda kod QR untuk menebus sebotol air teh percuma (tidak pasti bagaimana ini membantu alam sekitar?) Sarapan pagi tidak mengapa tetapi pastikan anda tiba sebelum pukul 9 pagi kerana makanan tidak diisi semula atau diganti pada bufet. Overall are good, value for money. Simple hotel with good location which took about 10 -15 mins walk to main attractions like Sapporo tv tower, Tanukikoji shopping street. The only thing is not sure why the room is dusty, we keep sneezing and coughing during our stay.wven with the air purifier tune on when we stay in the room. Good that they will change nre towel daily even we not request to makeup our room Reception staff is friendly and polite but no mineral water provided during check-in or daily during our stay.2nd floor has vending machine, laundry and ice machine provided. There is family mart within 5 mins walks.

Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang baik, tidak jauh dari mana-mana, Menara Sapporo lebih daripada 100 meter jauhnya, Taman Odori sangat dekat, Tanukikoji di sebelah kiri, Pasar Nijo sangat dekat, kereta bawah tanah sangat dekat, satu perhentian kereta api bawah tanah dari JR, sarapan pagi sedap, makanan laut dan sashimi disediakan , para pelayan bersemangat, mereka menyediakan tuala setiap hari, biliknya OK, Saya tinggal di bilik dengan dua katil, yang agak luas dan terang, tetapi tingkap tidak boleh dibuka , jadi saya hanya boleh menghidupkan kipas pengudaraan. While the hotel was fairly clean, it wasn't spotless. I'd give the cleanliness a rating of about 8 out of 10. The service was okay, with many self-service options available, which might suit some guests more than others. Overall, the Grand Mercury is a good choice if you're looking for a convenient location, spacious rooms, and free parking in Sapporo.

I recently stayed at the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo for three nights in a Standard Family Room on the 7th floor and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The room comfortably accommodated our group of four, and we were pleasantly surprised to find two separate bathrooms with bathtubs, which added a significant level of convenience for our family. While the room did not offer any particular views, the value for money was undeniable. The hotel's buffet spread was another highlight of our stay. With a wide variety of options, it catered well to different tastes and preferences, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. A couple of logistical aspects made our stay even more seamless. We were able to return our rental car directly at the hotel, having rented from Toyota Rent-a-Car. This saved us a lot of time and hassle. Additionally, we utilized the Airport Bus service from the hotel, purchasing tickets easily at the front desk on the day of our departure. This convenience allowed us to relax and enjoy our last moments in Sapporo without any stress. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was the excellent service. We had purchased quite a bit of chocolate from the Royce Chocolate Factory, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by accepting and storing our delivery until we arrived a day or two later. This level of service truly enhanced our experience. The hotel's location is another significant advantage. It is about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, making it very accessible. For those interested in exploring local shopping areas, Tanuki Koji is a manageable 30-minute walk away. Overall, the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo offers excellent value for money with its well-appointed rooms, great amenities, convenient location, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo.

The location is unbeatable - only a couple minutes walking distance from Sapporo Station and it’s the pickup point of many one day tour so we even saved the time of walking to the pickup point. The hotel is rather old but well-maintained. The room is a bit small for 2 persons, but acceptable considering that this is common in most of the hotels in Japan. There are a few convenient stores around which is a big advantage, and the famous crab restaurant is just round the corner. Close to metro station and it’s not far away from the main shopping and restaurant area.

Good hotel overall. Even though it’s slightly far from Sapporo and Odori station, there is a connecting subway entrance within the building to give you access to the subway (Exit 15). Also free open baths available to all customers and that’s really great!
