Hotel Sapporo dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

The Onsen Hotel is quite neat in general. The hotel is more for international guests instead of local guests, so it’s not like a traditional Japanese Onsen hotel services that they provide. The food are fine but not the best we had.

Biliknya sangat besar dan bangunannya kukuh. Semasa menginap, terdapat gempa bumi di Hokkaido sekitar magnitud 5, tetapi saya hanya merasakan katil bergegar. Bar lobi menyajikan bir yang sangat baik. Dahulu, ia adalah pejabat Sapporo Beer, jadi jika anda berpeluang menginap di sini, pastikan anda mencuba bir mereka. Ia hanya 6 minit menaiki teksi dari Stesen Sapporo, dan terdapat juga perhentian bas di hadapan hotel. Outlet barangan sukan di seberang hotel juga berbaloi untuk diterokai.

The most comfortable bed I’ve ever had in a hotel. We had some of the best sleep during our stay. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of pillows and soft, high-quality linens. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and very well soundproofed, with lots of space to store luggage and personal items, plus many useful amenities. The entire hotel has a modern, clean design and is kept in excellent condition. The staff were very kind, professional, and spoke English, which made everything easy. They even provided umbrellas free of charge when it rained, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel bar also deserves a mention. The service was excellent, the drinks were very good, and the parfaits were delicious. Since parfaits are very popular locally in Sapporo, I definitely recommend trying one here. The location is convenient too: just a short walk from Susukino and the Sapporo city center, close to the station by a few metro stops, and easy to reach by taxi. Overall, this Marriott was a real gem. Because of such a pleasant experience here, I’ll definitely consider staying at other Marriott Courtyard hotels in the future.

Receptionist was unhelpful. Tried using the self check in kiosk three times but was unable to scan my own passport and asked the receptionist (who was not doing anything) to check me in. Was told to use the kiosk again as though I hadn't just tried for the past 3 times, and only then did she tell me that it does not matter even if the passport couldn't be scanned properly. Then why is that even part of the required process? Cotton pads was as thin as a 2 ply tissue, obvious that hotel skimped on quality. Experienced a mild earthquake during my stay and the hotel was swaying quite a bit. Breakfast lacks variety and is nothing memorable. Bed was comfortable however, and room was bigger than the typical Japan hotels. Blanket was linty though, and there were some stains on the carpet on the floor. Wifi is shared throughout the hotel and was quite weak. Had quite a lot of washers and dryers to do laundry efficiently with minimal wait time.

We booked two rooms—one for my husband and me, and another for our daughter. Although the rooms were compact, they were clean, comfortable, and cozy. My daughter especially enjoyed wearing the hotel-provided pajamas (see photo). We also appreciated the convenient water refill station located on the same floor, close to our rooms. The hotel’s location was excellent, with the train station within easy walking distance. Getting to and from the airport was also very convenient, as the airport bus stop was located just downstairs from the hotel.

房間超大，有室內浸浴，景觀一流，設施齊備，若住Executive Suit,可以免費享用lounge 內小食和飲品，酒也是無限飲用。自助餐食物美味，款式多。娛樂設施有驚喜，有乒乓球打，有夾公仔機，可以打機，是迷利版的Gigo。商店購物種類多，有好小朋友玩具賣。露天風呂看到雪山景，體驗到一邊浸温泉，一邊大風雪吹在面上。就算不是露天，室內的風呂也有好美的雪山景觀看。有穿梭巴士送到札幌，非常好。雖然房價不便宜，但物有所值。

Had great stay at this Hotel located across the train station. All the facilities and amenities were excellent , Breakfast at the top floor was excellent with so many options to choose . Staffs and everything was fantastic.

Loved that the hotel allows guests with tattoo to use the onsen though this wasn’t made known explicitly with written signs. Hotel was located at the end of Tanukoji so it’s a distance from the main area although still walkable. Note that the bathroom doesn’t have a space to put your dry clothes and you will have to wear it outside unless you do not mind the bottom of your pants getting wet. Not very convenient for mix gender groups even though there’s a blind you can draw but still be visible from the mirror reflection. Room was located in the annex building which has alot of stairs so not that convenient for elderlies too. Overall, decent hotel but recommended only if you have no issues walking or are driving.

Saya menempah hotel untuk malam pertama saya di Sapporo. Saya pergi ke sana semasa Festival Musim Bunga dan musim sejuk, yang merupakan musim puncak di Hokkaido Hotel adalah sangat mahal satu malam. Bilik itu agak kecil tetapi kemudahannya lengkap dan sangat bersih. Ia hanya 500 meter dari Exit 5 dari Stesen Susukino. Ia hanya dua perhentian ke Stesen Sapporo. Ia sangat mudah. ​​Terdapat Lawson dan pelbagai restoran mi dan restoran barbeku di tingkat bawah . We were there January 2026. Wonderful winter, wonderful snows that no words can describe. Overall we satisfy especially with the cleanliness of the room, bathroom is SUPER CLEAN! Congrats Rembrandt! They provide coffee/tea, kettle, slippers, and cute night gown 😊 in the room. And they tidy up the rooms everyday during our 3days stay. Theres window to view the snows. They also provide coffee making at lobby until night. TQ Rembrandt Style Sapporo
