Hotel dengan WiFi di Sarajevo

I thought the breakfast was the best part of my stay. It was very tasty. Checkin and checkout were easy and service was good. The location was convenient and not far from the bus terminal. While these are all positives, the hotel itself needs some updating with more modern designs and better amenities in the room. Heat did not work very well. Nor the hot water and this is important during winter time.

Excellent hotel at a near perfect location. Staff is perfect, all of them speak good English and are very helpful. Breakfast is varied enough for a good start of the day. Very quiet at night (we slept on the backside). The centre is 5-10 minutes away, walking to Baščaršija took us 15 minutes at a relaxed pace. Free parking is available, but pretty cramped and hard to get in (or out) because of the car parked in the small alleys around the back entrance. All in all a great experience and we will certainly be back on our next trip to Sarajevo.

As a very experienced traveler with about a 100 hotel nights/year I usually let my destination hotels know my room preferences - not cadging for an upgrade but simply making my wishes for room location, floor and view direction clear. I always do that initially during the reservation process and to be on the safer side I send 1 or 2 emails to them ahead (front desk and/or reservations). When arriving at the hotel after a long journey you are, of course, at the mercy of the hotel. And here it promptly came: the rooms on my preferred floor and with my preferred direction were ”all occupied”. The explanation that despite my reservation request and more 2 reminders by email they had not acceded to my preferences was that they had a different ”policy” (so to say a sequence) in allocation of rooms regardless of the guests' advance requests... Strange. Being at the front desk at their mercy teeth grindingly I had to take another room not really serving my clear preferences. But after that uselessly disappointing arrival experience I must concede that - except for this ridiculous room allocation ”policy” - the room was perfectly appointed, the staff exceedingly helpful, attentive, pleasant plus speaking numerous languages, the breakfast was well assorted and apart from that strange ”policy” the stay was altogether very pleasant. So if you have strong room preferences (and again: no upgrades cadging meant) you will most like flounder on their ”policy”, which they sadly only reveal to you upon your arrival, but if you don't mind they are a very good choice.

Very pleasant hotel! Nice staff, nice rooms, good breakfast. Very welcoming and friendly and professional. Really I have no bad things at all to say about the hotel. I've stayed at several hotels in Sarajevo and this was the top. Thanks very much!

We were placed here overnight by the airline due to a cancelled flight, so I don't have any comment about prices. It was a very pleasant short stay. Very large and clean room and bathroom. We had complimentary dinner in the rooftop restaurant that rotates and served a set menu, but it was good. The service was quite slow, not sure if that's usual or because there were a number of people off the plane that were there. Breakfast also complimentary in the rooftop restaurant and buffet style. They have a shuttle to and from the airport and I'm not sure if it's free or not, the airline also would have covered that. There's a small spa facility with excellent prices - 60 minute massage for €26

Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise in der Stadt und haben in Altstadtnähe ein Hotel von zu Haus gebucht. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und nur wenige Meter von der Altstadt entfernt, also top Lage. Genau vor dem Hotel geht die alte Straßenbahn, die man schon bei geöffneten Fenster ab 5Uhr morgens etwas rumpeln hört. Der Parkplatz ist trickig auf einem Nebenhof und nur mit Einweiser zu nutzen, da in der engen Einbahnstraße vor dem Hotel recht viel Verkehr ist. Das Personal ist aber sehr hilfsbereit auch wenn die Kommunikation nicht immer ganz einfach ist. Das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet, was man von außen nicht unbedingt vermutet. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, das Frühstück war gut. Der Fernseher hatte leider nicht funktioniert für Wetter und Nachrichten und der Lüfter im Bad war auch sehr laut und hat nicht wirklich Gerüche entfernt. Ein gutes modernes Stadthotel mit kleinen Mängeln.

I had an absolute brilliant stay at the Grad Hotel. Certainly one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been. Room was cleaned every day thoroughly well. Even the toilet was sanitized every day, and including new towels every single day !! Beds were also of a very high standard. Staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. When it was raining they offered me an umbrella, great !! Breakfast included.

A wonderful hotel located close to the airport and transportation. The staff were very friendly, the hotel was clean and our room was large. Breakfast was superb but a bit on the cold side. Looking forward to visiting Sarajevo again and staying at Ibis Styles.

The hotel is generally clean, safe and very suitable for a comfortable holiday. The breakfast menu is quite good. Eating at the hotel restaurant is not expensive. All these are the positive aspects of the hotel. However, they keep your passport hostage at the reception and do not want to give it to you until you leave the hotel. I have no idea how they can cover any damage to the passport. and actually a great irresponsibility for the hotel. But they don't even care. Finally, it is very absurd that they ask for a fee at check-out for the water in the room.
