A very stylish hotel, which completely met our expectations from its description on this site. Spacious and tastefully decorated rooms with the view on the hills of the city, there is a separate terrace below for those wishing to relax. Very welcoming and efficient reception guys arranged a very smooth check-in for is. There is also a private parking ground nearby (which is an important feature for the hotels located on the hills in this town), but the entry gate perhaps would now allow for the larger vehicles - please check it beforehand. The hotel is generally located upside down (because of the geography of the city) in a way that you are entering the high floor and then descending to the lower floors and there is a staircase leading down the main road (so in case of heavy luggage please ask for the help at the reception).

The cabana is simply amazing! The 4 nights stay at Cabanas Te Maori is the best choice I made for the trip. Great location, everything you need (market, restaurants, seaside...) is just a few minutes walk. The cabana is well equipped, everything is so clean, the interior design is good (extra points for the lighting), bed is comfortable, extra towels are prepared for changing. There is a chain of small lights at the balcony, very romantic! Most importantly, WIFI is good! The owner, Patricia and her husband, are very nice and friendly. Patricia is very caring and helpful, she made sure I am well taken care of. She gave me good advice and helped to book ticket for night show (which I got the best seat at the show!), and they gave me a necklace as souvenir before sending me off to the airport, how sweet! If I have to point out something for improvement, I would say install a small shelf inside the shower, but there is a shelf right next to the shower already, so really doesn't matter. I highly recommend this place and will definitely book again!

I recently stayed and as a former Platinum member my expectations were not met. My biggest concerns revolve around breakfast inconsistencies. Despite assurances, I was charged for breakfast upon checkout, leading to frustration. The front desk manager's response was far from satisfactory. Furthermore, a privacy breach occurred during our stay. My cousin's name was recorded without our consent, which felt invasive and unnecessary when we mentioned she worked there and we never had such a service. I hope Marriott can address these issues promptly, improve service, and respect guest privacy in the future. This experience has left me disappointed and questioning my loyalty to the brand.

Tolle Lage inmitten des bunten Stadtviertels Cerro Alegre. Trotzdem kommt man gut in zu Fuss an die Hauptstrasse und kann dort Busse etc nutzen. Das Zimmer war modern und geräumig und hatte eine grossartige Aussicht über den Hafen und die Küste. Das Bett war angenehm und die Bettwäsche und Handtücher frisch und sauber. Das Bad war hygienisch und der Service gut. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und auch hier ist ein toller Blick auf der Terasse zu geniessen. Das Restaurant bietet ebenfalls leckere Gerichte an.

This is not a hotel. It’s your friend’s house who invited you over to spend some time in the most remote part of the world. That’s how welcome and pleasant I felt here. Marcelo and his family run this establishment. He’s a one stop shop for everything Rapa Nui. Marcelo welcomed me at the airport with a gorgeous lea. The hotel is off main street in a private alleyway. It’s simple, but offers and authentic experience. Marcelo’s family lives up front and the back has a nice patio, kitchen area and several rooms. I was solo, but my room had three beds. So I had plenty of space. I was welcomed with a yummy smoothy, and after that Marcelo just took care of everything for me, from giving me different tours, arranging a glass-bottom boat ride, booking a 4-wheeler for me to do some adventure exploration, arranging a show reservation, and taking me to the National park areas as a credentialed guide. Did I mention, he’s also the volunteer firefighter. I really enjoyed my stay here. The room is clean and comfortable. There were plenty of fans available if I needed them, but the heavenly cross breeze made those unnecessary. I loved that instead of serving breakfast separately, they encourage guests to sit around a bigger table. I met several interesting people this way. Felt great. The location is great. Walking distance from the town main street and less than 10 minutes from the town beach with several Moai’s. In terms of service, on the day I was leaving I asked Marcelo I’d like to buy a specific t-shirt and he drove me around to various shops till I got it. Then he made sure that I have my flight all the way to the security check point at the airport. Now that’s just awesome. I loved, loved my time at Kaimana Inn. It’s a whole experience, made special by the host and his family. I cannot recommend this place enough.

We had booked a king room for 3 nights. On the morning after our 1st night a weird thing happened, I got locked in the bathroom and could not get out ! The promptly sent their maintenance guy over and he was able to dismantle the doorknob from the outside and got me out in about 20 mins. The folks that helped Katherine & then Guillermo put us into a bigger suite and comped part of our cost, so we only paid for 2 nights ! We saw them at least daily and they were always so kind to ask how everything was, that sort of thing. Overall, the place is pretty close to a 5 ***** in review stars anyways, but Guillermo and Katherine put the place well above 5 ***** as far as we are concerned. You just don't see customer service like this much any more. The beds are comfy, the shower/water pressure is great and the breakfast yummy. T Y for making our stay in Vina Del Mar very, very lovely !

En cuanto al hotel, está casi nuevo. Sobre el personal de servicio en recepción, es amable y servicial En el restorant del hotel, la atención de una chica con mala voluntad se negó a facilitar una cubeta con hielo para llevar a la habitación. Su argumento fue por protocolos COVID!

酒店風景很好，可以看大海，房間比較大，內部設施比較簡陋，沒有拖鞋以及電熱水壺，酒店做菜很鹹，食材倒是新鮮，島上用信用卡不方便，我們當時從巴黎過去，衹帶了歐元，就很不方便，島上打車和付導遊費都衹能現金，一般不接受歐元，接受智利比索或者美元

Good location right on port and metro station. Walking distance to the El Peral funicular, boat trips, Plaza Sotomayor, Right next to a supermarket and restaurants nearby. Hotel is very basic - one bath towel and one bath mat provided per person, no glasses, no frig, one bottle of all-in-one shampoo/soap dispenser at sink and in shower. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was OK (ask for espresso at the desk since the urn coffee was not good). But the hotel is super noisy. Rooms facing the harbor have nice views of the water and ships coming and going. But it's a working harbor and when ships arrive, the loading/unloading goes all day and all night. The windows provide some soundproofing but not enough. Plus, I don't know what was happening upstairs from my room but starting at 6 am every day, there would be this tremendous thumping and crashing all day long. Like someone was dropping giant barbells constantly (but I didn't see a gym I think). Hotel was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for!
