It is a newly opened hotel, so there are not many comments, and it is still awkward before going. But I added WhatsApp to the hotel butler Pablo in the early stage, and a bunch of problems were sent to the butler, and they could help us solve them in time. The car rental and day tour guides on the island are all arranged by the hotel.

Great hotel. We originally booked an airbnb on the island, but because the hygiene was not very good, we temporarily changed to this hotel. It felt like heaven. The hotel is right by the sea, and it's nice to watch the stars at sunset or at night. In addition, the restaurant is delicious. It is recommended to dine in the hotel one night.

The hotel owner is very good and helps a lot. Since the hotel price is not expensive, it is a big problem to not install air conditioning, and the room is very hot during the day. There is 30 degrees in the room. I have already got dumplings. The island does not need air conditioning after 9 pm. The reception service of the hotel is available, but the tour guide and car rental company introduced by the front desk clerk are twice the normal price. The tour guide actually costs 3,500 yuan a day, equivalent to $500, which is outrageous, and then I found a tour guide to spend $160. Among them, the rebates among the front desk staff are obvious, so beware of being fooled. The same is true for car rental. The front desk staff contacted the car rental company for 90,000 pesos, and the hotel owner rented a car to me for 45,000 pesos. So shocked. For your reference. Don't go to the front desk

The landlord contacted me many times through booking and wanted to confirm the flight we arrived. Because we booked on Trip , we couldn't receive the message. I tried to make a hotel call and no one listened to it. The landlord later told me that it was her home phone, and she was not at home many times. Caused us to be helpless after arriving at the airport, everyone else picked up the plane and we couldn't get a taxi!
The room we booked was on the second floor, the view was good, and there were a lot of fruits in the yard. We made two seafood dinners in the room and it felt good.
The landlord was very enthusiastic and wanted to introduce us to the tour guide, but we found a handsome guy at the airport. Although the English is not very good, our purpose is to take pictures, so it is not bad.
The landlord rented her car to us, which was a little cheaper than the market, and sent us to the airport on the last day.
I overcharged my tax when I charged, and later returned it to me through Trip .

MMarceloCabañas Anaka are great, surrounded by a nice garden and close to an amazing look out to the ocean as you exit the road on your left,Its located about 2 kilometres from the center about 25 minute walk, Its a simple accomodation style units with a mini bar to keep things cold if you wish. Staff is super friendly and have lots of great tips about tours and things to do, They pick you up at the airport an can arrange a lift to the airport after check in. We had an amazing time. Depending on your tech, the internet can be slow, but is due to the location of the island.A simple breakfast is offered,I found it sufficient to start the day. Our host was amazing and tried to organise our breakfast earlier when we had early tour.

MMarceloThis hotel is located in a popular eating district, it can be noisy during the day, but as a traveller that don't stay indoors all day it didn't bother me just that the noise starts somewhat early in the morning. At the time I stayed there was road works that made noise more a problem. The staff are friendly and they provide a simple breakfast for guests, that is ok to start the morning with.Its close to the metro if you want to ex[plore Valparaiso and a short walk to the Casino that leads to a nice walk next to the beach ( about 10 mins to the casino) The Bus terminal from Santiago is also close by and its not far to walk, about 1 k (about a 10 minute walk)

XXiaoxuan3490The cruise to Antarctica is super convenient. You can take a direct bus from the capital Santiago to the hotel. It takes less than 15 minutes to walk from the hotel to the cruise terminal. The breakfast in the hotel is good. All rooms have sea views. The sunset from the room is super beautiful. Floor Next is a large supermarket, please note that it closes at 8:30. The hotel restaurant is good. Although the price is not cheap, the portion is large. You can order one portion for two people.
