Demi Hotel

This hotel is the biggest scam of the year!!!! Looks nothing like advertised and is right now just a construction site. It is just horrible! Its an ongoing renovation at the hotel and it is noicy. Nothing is left, no bar, no sun beds, nothing! Don't book this hotel!

This hotel is one of the best hotels in the Sarande area. Sarande has been developed over the last 15 years with a great view of Corfu Island in front. Tony Blair and his wife stayed in this hotel. Although we visited the Easter Saturday, the weather was kind to us. It is hard to book the hotel in August.

We recently stayed at Demi Hotel in Saranda, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The rooms were spotless and elegantly furnished, offering breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, with special thanks to the incredible receptionist Bela could not be more helpful. The hotel’s location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and local attractions. The breakfast buffet was strong, just missing a toaster! Highly recommend Demi Hotel for anyone visiting Saranda. Five stars!

We were given a room right next to the reception desk overlooking the parking lot. Our balcony was unusable to do the fact that the door was off its hinges and falling forward, almost hitting one of our kids. When my husband brought this to the attention of staff, we were told that they were AWARE of it and gave us the room anyway. The front desk informed us that there were no other rooms available. Naturally, we avoided the door for safety. Upon checkout, we were told that the issue was fixed, but we were never told. No apologies were made. Management even tried to argue with us. Given the price, we were expecting a better quality of service.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It's impeccably clean and stylish, well situated, has great breakfast and a nice little private beach. We had a fantastic, spacious room and really enjoyed our view of the sea & sunset. The only downside is not really related to the hotel itself but to Sarande and more particularly the festival on the waterfront boulevard during our stay, blasting music until 2am every night - sleep was a little difficult. There is also significant construction going on right next to the hotel, but that seems to be everywhere along the coast and didn't really bother us. Overall, we would really recommend this hotel!

Hotel Demi Sarande offers absolute comfort. Service quality and well-organized infrastructure. The hotel is positioned in the center of the city and on the seafront creating the possibility of enjoying a wonderful view but also close to many attractions of the city. Professional and friendly staff.. The restaurant offers quality dishes with an excellent service.

Great service with very comfortable and modern rooms. The staff was very kind and was there for us in any occasion. It had an amazing view from the balcony and what was even better the bar was very near the sea and you could see the clean water and hear the sounds of the waves.

Our stay goes back in July 2022, this hotel is all you need!!! Our experience was amazing starting from the booking. We were helped by a very kind young gentelman.. cannot remember his name as it has been almost 1 year from our stay. We live in the Usa and had to do a WhatsApp coversation to book. Room and bathroom was very modern, beds very comfy. The housekeeping ladies on our floor were also very helpful and always smiling. We did not try anything from the menu but as far as the breakfast was top notch, they could do any omelette any way you would want it.. as far as petullat 😍 I still think about them.. the best I have ever had. I was shy to ask for the recipe. Whoever is complaining about the noise in front of the hotel this is the lifestyle anywhere in Albania.. It did not bother us at all even though we were with our 7 year old. Everything you need restaurants.. shops are in walking distance. Our family loved the stay and will definitely go back to Demi if we are ever in the area.
