For a Super 8, this location far exceeded what you would find at this chains other locations. The room I had was reasonable priced, and was very clean and spacious. I had a great night's sleep. I don't recall hearing much hallway noise at all. The breakfast may be basic, but I was very impressed with the selection and that many items were available to take with you. So when you're rushing out to start your day there is food to go. Someone at Super 8 was doing their homework! I will definitely be back.

Pencegahan adalah lebih baik. Pujian! Adakah anda diserang selsema? Adakah anda pernah berhubung dengan orang yang terlibat dalam wabak tersebut? Sarapan pagi ditulis dan mesti tiada makan di dalam dewan. Saya melihat komen bahawa ia padat. Saya fikir saya boleh pergi ke restoran. Sebenarnya, saya terpaksa pergi ke meja depan. Bagaimanapun, ia agak rumit dan tidak terlalu faham. Ctrip menulis bahawa tempat letak kereta adalah percuma. Kemudian, saya melihat bahawa Google menulis caj. Jalan belakang hotel mestilah Queen Street, jalan utama bandar. Bunga-bunga perbandaran sedang mekar dengan indah. Malangnya, wabak ini perlahan. Hampir tiada orang di jalan raya pada hari Jumaat. Semoga wabak ini cepat berlalu! Hidupkan semula!

We stayed for three nights in a king size suite. Room was spacious and very clean. Hotel is close to a busy road but we heard very little noise at night. Gym was good and well equipped. Breakfast was also good with eggs, bacon, bagels etc. Hotel is close to Walmart Supercentre and other large stores. My only gripe was the laundry. One washing machine and dryer. Cost $1.75 each. I had to hunt around for some coins in the end Reception came to my aid but it would be good if these were free, such a small amount of money when you consider our total bill was $800+. Apart from that all good.

The location and amenities were great, but almost every facet of the trip was made frustrating by the hotel booking policies and front desk manager. I had a $250 Delta gift card that could not be used to pre-book the room to get a better rate. I called and was told I’d have to book the “member rate” (since I’m a member of Marriot Bonvoy and have their app) to use my gift card. That rate was $60 worse than prepaying on the app and $89 worse than trip.com. Considering they already have the money from the gift card you’d think they would have a way to use it while booking on their app or over the phone, not gouge you for the worst possible rate. Next, while we reserved a “water view room”, not a “partial water view” and paid extra, the photos show our lovely view of a steel plant, parking lot, mall and partial water view if you walked right up to the window and looked out at a sharp angle. I called 2 days before and requested early check in and was told 1pm. When I arrived our room was not ready. The manage (R****) was extremely rude and just acted confused, as if she didn’t understand, but seemed to understand and was just unwilling to do anything. There was a sock under the bed.

We had a great experience. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is convenient. There are several decent restaurants in the area. Check in and check out were quick and smooth. The hotel serves a good hot breakfast with a variety of foods.
