Todo muy limpio trato muy agradable buen desayuno dejarnos usar los vestuario, la piscina, el aparcamiento del coche después de la prueba ciclista sin duda volveremos

Hotel tristinho! Hesitei entre Melia, Vila Galé, Pousada m, porque queria hotel de montanha. Já tinha ficado no Luna ( muito melhor do que este). Este foi mais caro do que os outros. 0 Abrigo está no Sabugueiro, à beira da estrada. Vista do quarto para a estrada - aldeia que também não tem graça. E acabei por reservar diretamente no hotel porque, se reservasse através de plataformas, poderia não ficar no edifício principal e sem acesso a piscina. A piscina interior é simpática ( com controlo do número de utilizadores) o que foi muito agradável ao fim do dia. O jantar foi bom, funcionário simpático e eficiente. Pequeno almoço razoável. Salas com lareiras apagadas, sem encanto. Quartos funcionais, cama boa, mas… decididamente não corresponde ao que eu desejaria encontrar para passar um fim de tarde e noite na montanha. Tencionava ficar dois dias, fiquei um.

The best thing about this hotel: its location in the Serra da Estrela. It is relatively close to the Torre where the only ski resort in Portugal is located; and to Lagoa Comprida from where it is a 2.5 hour walk (each way) to covão dos conchos (the famous hole in the Serra da Estrela). Second best: the breakfast: fresh orange juice, and plenty of choices. Reservations must be made for breakfast and dinner. There is a restaurant in the hotel called Restaurante Medieval. €25 per person for a generous buffet. The parking lot is ample. The internet is ast. They rent ATVs for tours of the Serra. The downside: We asked for a room for three people. We were assigned a suite with a double bed, but the other bed was temporary, the mattress was very uncomfortable and very small. So, if you go more than two people, we recommend you to book two rooms.

This is a new hotel and it shows. Impeccably clean, excellent options for breakfast and buffet meals at the restaurant. Friendly and attentive staff. We travelled as a family, with 2 children aged 3/5 and it was an unforgettable experience for them. Swimming pool for children plus playground next to terrace tables, so grown-ups can enjoy a drink while keeping the children close and happy. I recommend it especially for families with children. Surroundings are, of course, also stunning. For one full weekend, no adult thought about work. We returned home fully relaxed and hoping to return.

What an elegant hotel! The a**osphere takes you back in time as an aristocrat lounging by the fireplace after a nice meal and before retiring into a comfortable room. The staff is friendly with kudos to the bartender/waiter Antonio who couldn’t hold back his smirks while our small tour group had so much fun. The hotel is in the countryside, so no walking tours or local restaurants to visit: you don’t need nor want to venture away. Relax in style!

Fue una estancia muy agradable aunque el tiempo no nos acompañó. El personal del hotel nos trató con una amabilidad y profesionalidad impecable. La comida deliciosa, preparada con mucho gusto, y el masaje en el balneario de lo más agradable posible. Enhorabuena a todos los trabajadores del hotel y del balneario por hacernos sentir como en casa!
