The first impression amazed us when we got in right after the Rinjani hike. The room is spacious despite the furniture is a little old. The bed is superb, environment is beautiful and staff were very friendly for small talk. It's a recommended place especially for recuperating but it's not too convenient to travel out for food & sightseeing. However the hotel offers a good variety of food & drink at an affordable price

The staffs are friendly and helpfully, however over all building is running old, need some renovation. The AC is not work properly. Very limited variaty of breakfast menu.

I had high expectations for my stay at Kebun Villas & Resort Lombok, given its potential and picturesque setting. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfying, marking a clear departure from the resort's former glory days. The first thing that struck me was the overall lack of maintenance. It's evident that the property has seen better days, with clear signs of wear and tear. The grounds, which could have been immaculate, were poorly kept, diminishing the natural beauty of the location. A major letdown was the swimming pool. Despite the tropical allure, the pool was in a dire state - the water was murky, and it felt uninviting. Even after I pointed this out, and the staff seemingly cleaned it, the improvement was minimal. The water remained cloudy, making it less appealing for a refreshing dip. The room itself was just okay. The air conditioning worked well, which was a relief, but this was overshadowed by the state of the bathroom. It was disappointingly dirty, with massive stains and a shower glass covered in limescale. It seemed as if it had only been rinsed with water, without any proper cleaning agents. Adding to the discomfort was the sight of several out-of-use rooms. Through their windows, one could see disarray - bare mattresses, safes left haphazardly on them. It was a sad sight and spoke volumes about the current state of the resort. Overall, Kebun Villas & Resort Lombok falls short of its potential. It's a shame to see a place with so much promise deteriorate like this. The management needs to take immediate action to restore and maintain the property to its former standards. Until then, I find it hard to recommend this resort for a pleasant stay.

Room is clean and comfortable. Every morning I have good breakfast. The staff also friendly. I like the decos an the environment.

Really enjoyed my visit back. The staff is very kind and will get you anything you need. Loved the pool. Very quiet. Easy to get into town. Happy with the breakfast choices.

Dari awal kedatangan pelayanannya ramah, hotelnya tenang, ACnya dikamar berisik banget, yang paling the best kolamnya sih anak" Happy, sarapannya 1-10 kukasi 6, pas checkout pelayannya g ramah banget (mba" Rambut pendek berkacamata) cuma keluar satu kata "SUDAH" wkwkwkwkwk

Villas agak lama. Pilih villa ni sebab ada private kolam renang dengan harga yang berpatutan. Cuma agak kurang maintenance. Makanan ok,dia serve ala carte untuk breakfast sebab tak ramai guest.

好多小動物呀。有壁虎，還有很多螞蟻！真的是每天感覺很無語！

超預期的酒店，外圍環境寧靜，綠植豐富，入住感覺很放鬆，房間超大有廳有房，性價比很高。 唯一不足是不帶私有海灘的房型，位於在海灘的對面，屬於整體很棒的花園酒店。

ホテルは、通りから少し離れた静かな場所にありまりた。 大きなプールがあり、周囲は自然に囲まれていて、とてもリラックスして過ごすことができました。 朝食は量は多くありませんが、数種類のメニューから選ぶことができて、最後にフルーツの盛り合わせも出てきます。 フロントのスタッフはとても親切で、笑顔も素敵でした。 おかげで、友人たちと良い時間を過ごすことができました。

在喜來登對面，不臨海，房間極其簡陋，設施少得可憐，感覺無人打理，床是壞的，早餐不是自助的，挺差的
