Ulasan Medewi Bay Retreat

Would have loved to of spent more time here. One night was not enough.

Although it's on the main road, this place was hard to find. The staff were amicable and helpful on arrival, however, informed us no internet was available in the rooms as advertised and it was essential for me to continue my work while on this small breakaway from my usual day in Kuta Bali, also there was only local TV??? strange for a 4-star hotel. The staff were nice about it and upgrade me to a bigger and better room, which did have a better tv service ..internet was only available from foyer, just not good enough.

Tempatnya bersih, bagus, kompliy sekali Ada kulkas, toaster, pemanas air, piring, gelas, dll... Harga sangat murah tapi kualitas bagus Dan lengkap

Ternyata jauh dari pantai dan bangunan beberapa udah rusak

good , although is quite a long distance to the center of Bali, but i also have amazing resort experience and convenient to buy daily life goods.

Beautiful spot, get a driver and they will get you where you want and help find your best vacation experience. Hotel will arrange a driver if asked. Private pools and great food. Staff very pleasant and easy to work with

After the craziness of Legian the Medewi Bay Retreat was the perfect place to relax, eat, swim and receive massages. Our family loved exploring the surroundings streets and trying out the various warungs and restaurants around the area. The retreat restaurant was wonderful with a great selection of local and western food. The staff were so helpful, suggesting trips and arranging a private yoga lesson. The beautiful gardens, pool and amazing staff were the standout highlight for us.

The staff goes out of the way to make you feel special. The pool is nice to enjoy the day. The place is too isolated and nowhere near to anything that you would like to visit in Bali. We of course were unable to enjoy the full amenities of the resort as the restaurant and lounge were closed for maintenance

It is the staff at Medewi Bay Retreat that make this place so special. Staff who know you by name and treat you like family. They are locals who love to share their traditions and their home that is Bali.

We have been staying at Medewi Bay Retreat regularly for many years. We love the "village" feel of the place. It reminds us of Bali 35 years ago when we began visiting this island paradise.It is not perfect, but it is very welcoming and all the staff are super friendly. It is a place to truly relax, enjoy the lovely gardens, chat with other guests, take a stroll to the nearby black sands beach or hire a bike and explore the local village....so many options are available. During our recent stay the staff from the Palms restaurant went out of their way to cater for my dietary requirements sometimes going into the local village to buy supplies they had run out of in order to prepare my meal. I was very appreciative of this extra effort. The wonderful staff and the tranquillity make this hotel special and unique. We will continue to relax here every time we come to Bali.

This is the highlight of my traveling journey ever. I found the place nice and comfy. The food was good. But the impression the staff gave me very unforgettable. We have no privacy at all. I was very disappointing. If you want a place where everybody could talk about you in a very exaggerated way. I would recommend this place.
