Landing Jeju Shinhwa World Hotels & Resorts

The staff are friendly and professional when we need assistance. The room is very clean and bright, comfortable bed and pillows! Convenient locate to restaurants 、shops, waterpark(was good but towels not provided, bring your own or purchase at entry) and theme park (quite small). Free parking and Wi-Fi provided. BUT when the China and Taiwan tours arrived the vibe changed to feeling like we were immersed in a tour hotel in China. Housekeeping found it a challenge to replenish our amenities after the influx of the groups it seems they must have been overworked or understaffed - forgetting to replace old towels and remove our garbage and 3 consecutive days it happened during what was a 8 night booking we checked out early and went elsewhere the last 2 nights. The tours groups seemed to be most interested in the ****** in the Marriott. Of the 3 properties, this was the most peaceful - Shinhwa Hotel is STRICTLY for families with young kids in my opinion, Marriott not worth the extra (they include the pool $ in the price but if you don't swim or weather not good you have paid for it OR unless you want Marriott Points or interested in the ****** right below you and a lot of adult guests roaming around at late hours. We had the connecting room deal (KLOOK or Hotel direct booking only deal) - very good value.

This hotel is near to the shinhwa theme park. Even if not visiting the theme park, its location is also near other kids attractions such as pororo theme park. Place is very new and clean. Highly recommended

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Free baby cot. Large hotel with many restaurants, shops and theme and water parks (perfect if the weather is too hot to travel far). Like others have said - there is a significant price for using the hotel pool. We never saw anyone in it - not sure why they don’t just drop the price to get more people in?

Hotel room is very clean, towels & bedsheets smell fresh and clean. Bed is very comfy, but blanket a bit thick. The resort has eateries, theme park, water park, shopping Center, CU all nearby, but it a bit far away from other attractions on the island.

This places is designed for families with younger children. If thats you, you’ll have fun. There are tons of amenities, water parks etc. My wife and I are older. All of our children are adults, so we were traveling alone. We left the hotel a day early, simply because we couldn’t sleep on the bed any longer. Beds in Asia are generally much firmer than what westerners are used to, but that was the hardest before we’ve experienced in our travels.

Loved it. The hotel was lovely and very clean. There were lots of restaurants to choose from and things for kids to do. We’ll stay here again if we come back.

Luxurious resort complex but it's in the middle of no where. Best if you have kids and family there. Very close to the tea museum and innifree shop.

Awesome environment for family Breakfast and dinner is very good, but price is too high

Went during early November autumn. No cold ac available. Only hot air from ac. Open window for wind but not much wind. Room facing sunrise making it worse. Never have I sweat staying in a hotel before especially on a such expensive hotel. Other cheaper hotels that I have stayed during my trip all have cold ac or fan and better ventilation. Lucky afternoon go out for a tour. If not sure hot die in room if want to just relax. Other than that, there is restaurants in hotel area. They gave free three ride for the theme park. Parking free available. Very near to ossuloc tea museum. Not much view as expected. There is ****** too.
