The hotel staff are incredibly friendly, polite and helpful, they really make you feel like home at the hotel. The housekeeping attendant is meticulous, with high attention to details in her work and keep the room clean to the highest standard, never seen this in any of the other top rated hotels. Important to mention that both current and past Chinese leaders stayed in this establishment during their various visits to Korea. The services in this hotel are just top of the class.

Wonderful service, great staff, cozy rooms, warm atmosphere with the festivities from the holiday season. Thanks always for such welcoming staff that immediately brings smile and joy as soon as you walk into the hotel and at the check in desk. The hotel is under construction so there will be noise from 8:30 am until 4 - 4:30pm. Best breakfast buffet in Seoul. Great happy hour. Amazing view from the lounge. Spacious and clean rooms.

Saya pergi bercuti dengan kawan saya. Saya melawat tahun lepas dan kembali kerana saya suka kolam renang. Agak menyusahkan untuk memasuki kolam renang tanpa had bilangan orang walaupun situasi Corona. Terlalu ramai orang, jadi saya pusing beberapa pusingan untuk mencari tempat duduk untuk senior. Ia adalah hari yang teruk dan suhu air sejuk, jadi sayangnya saya tidak dapat tinggal lama. Selepas keluar, saya kembali ke bilik saya untuk mencuci, dan tiba-tiba saya melihat bahagian atas tab mandi. Saya melihat celah kecil di siling, jadi saya menghubungi meja depan untuk meminta pengesahan. Tiada maklum balas selama lebih sepuluh minit selepas panggilan pertama, dan seorang kakitangan tiba lebih daripada dua puluh minit selepas permintaan kedua dan ketiga. Apabila saya periksa, saya dimaklumkan bahawa bahagian seperti penutup lubang di siling tidak sejajar dan terdapat celah, tetapi saya tidak dapat mengetahui sama ada ia disentuh semasa pembersihan. Hotel ini dibina 3 tahun yang lalu? Ia adalah tempat yang baik, jadi bersih. berbuat baik Tetapi mungkin ini adalah hujung minggu, jadi terdapat terlalu banyak orang di kolam renang luaran atau dalaman, jadi lebih seperti rumah mandi daripada kolam renang Saya mempunyai bilik queen standard, tetapi adakah kerana bilik paling kecil? Saya tidak mempunyai jin ... Saya fikir ia akan kecil, tetapi saiz biliknya tidak seburuk yang saya sangka. Dan ketika saya membuat tempahan, saya meminta tingkat yang lebih tinggi. Tingkat 6 ... ... ... Pemandangannya tidak bagus, jadi saya sengaja menginginkannya di tingkat yang lebih tinggi ... Saya kecewa Sarapan pagi dibahagikan kepada tiga bahagian, dan ini adalah hujung minggu, jadi tidak mengapa, tetapi walaupun saya tepat waktu, saya tetap menunggu dan makan selama kira-kira 30 minit. Tetapi untuk hotel dengan kolam renang yang sangat bersih, harganya bagus. Sekiranya anda ingin pergi ke kolam renang, saya cadangkan pada hari kerja.

My first time at Le Méridien Seoul , new hotel , 6 months old , super clean , great rooms facilities , good buffet breakfast , maybe a bit under staffed during rush hours but staff were very nice . Superb lounge at the 15 floor with very friendly and helpful staff special thanks to Mrs Sharon Kim and Mrs Rachael Kim for there valued help for restaurants and tips for side seen and shopping , Will go back for sure next time I will in Seoul !

Service was inconsistent - sometimes the staff were really nice and friendly and other times they were plain rude and disrespectful to you. When I first entered my room the smell took me aback. It smelled like a mix of sweat and wet socks. The sheets were crumpled and weren’t super clean either. The bathtub had yellow stains which threw me off as I was looking forward to a midnight soak. Basic amenities were given, which was great. The housekeeping ladies were really sweet as well. It’s a 5 minute walking distance to the train station so location was not so bad. Sadly I don’t think I’d book again as it was not that worth for the price.

The hotel location is perfect and it is right infront of the lift exit 4 from DDP train station. It has airport bus stop right in front of the hotel to Incheon Airport. It may take 2 hours traveling time to airport because the bus will drop by many places around Seoul before heading to airport. The room is spacious and clean.

It's a good hotel on a budget. Has a very homely breakfast and water dispenser to fill up your bottles with ice and water. Also has robes to use as pyjamas. Very no frills. Don't expect service from the staff. We expected to be able to check in earlier when we reached if the room was available. We reached only about 15mins to our check in time but were told to wait at the lobby till 1600. I am not sure what the fixation is about for the check in time. If the room is available, then let the guest have it. First time we have experienced this in any country.

The hotel is very well located in Dongdaemun with the building connected to Hyundai outlet malls and doota. Everything is within walking distance for night shopping and also DDP which is the new culture park. Right out of the doorstep there is a food street and many restaurants. Room is clean with a functioning AC. The size of the room is relatively good for this class of hotel, providing ample space for 2 large suitcases. There is everything you need in the room. The TV channels are international as well covering all languages. I would bring own slippers as they only provide reusable rubber ones and you would need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste as they do not provide it. There is a 24hr CU mart inside the hotel which is like a local 7-11. There is also a GoKart experience in the hotel on the 14/f which is kinda fun for a group of friends. Transportation routes are easy and all the taxi drivers seem to know of this hotel. I would recommend staying here for those that are roaming the Dongdaemun and it’s surrounding areas.

Saya tidak akan pergi ke hotel ini lagi pada masa akan datang, kerana hotel karantina meletupkan saya pada pukul 7:00. Apabila saya tiba di hotel ini sekitar jam 7:20, saya akan dikenakan harga bilik sehari lebih. Daftar masuk awal. Setelah lama bercakap, saya menerima bayaran bilik setengah hari. I loved the fact that the location is perfect for a quite night as well as it’s so closed to Namsan tower for a beautiful walk in morning, Myeongdong for shopping and sightseeing in evening time and many places I can get to in less than 15 mins The guest house is perfectly clean , they have a healthy breakfast as well as a projector where I played my favorite movies at night before heading to sleep. The family are so nice and always there to help me with everything I needed ^_^ I recommend this place for long term and short term stays~~

I have been to Seoul for 5 times and this is the best hotel that I have stay. Just a stone throw away from Chungmu-ro station exit 6. If have many luggage can go to exit 5 also just a stone throw away from the hotel. Super convenient and GS25 is just right below the hotel. Will definitely come back

Right where all the action of Myeong-dong street market is! Staff were helpful. Able to store luggage at the lobby before check-in and after check out. Toilets are equipped with smart bidet (yay! with seat warmer!!!! so nice in cold weather). Room is clean, though looked a lil rundown, but still acceptable, given that we were mostly out. Halal food available at the street market too (The halal lamb skewer was the best I've had)! The strawberries, grapes that tasted like sweet jellly, (its a no wonder SG markets sells them soo expensive!) On weekdays, street market starts at 5pm, on weekend, it starts by afternoon. Apart from street markets, Lotte store is within walking distance for those who wishes to spend on the higher end products. Not to forget, Olive Young is all the rage there, especially during their sale for that Korean glass skincare! Managed to snag some Kpop items for kids back home. The light sticks were way cheaper than in Singapore, and there were so many merch and photocards available. Even the lomo cards are nice! The airport transfer bus is within walking distance from the hotel. The bus will stop at a few hotels within the area to pick up passengers heading along the way or towards airport. We took the airport transfer bus on a weekend to Incheon Airport Terminal 1. It cost 17000 won/per pax. Journey took nearly 2hrs, considering the weekend traffic at noon. Can't wait to visit again!

- I really dont recommend those who have packed and tight schedule to stay in this hotel. It is located far, pretty much from anywhere. The closest bus stop is by 5min walk. But there are stairs you have to climb and this bus stop doesn’t have many routes options. So we had to transfer from one bus to another. Another bus stop and also the closest train station are 10min by walk or around 700m from the hotel. Going back to hotel would be an issue since you will have to climb up. - it is technically a self check in hotel. There will be no receptionist at lobby. So if you need something, you need to call them thru the provided phone at the lobby. I know they tried their best to help, but sadly the staffs are not very fluent in English The room’s size is decent. It is also clean and modern. At the end of the day, having is a good sleep is very important. And they provide it with soft bed and pillows.
