Wonderful service, great staff, cozy rooms, warm atmosphere with the festivities from the holiday season. Thanks always for such welcoming staff that immediately brings smile and joy as soon as you walk into the hotel and at the check in desk. The hotel is under construction so there will be noise from 8:30 am until 4 - 4:30pm. Best breakfast buffet in Seoul. Great happy hour. Amazing view from the lounge. Spacious and clean rooms.

My first time at Le Méridien Seoul , new hotel , 6 months old , super clean , great rooms facilities , good buffet breakfast , maybe a bit under staffed during rush hours but staff were very nice . Superb lounge at the 15 floor with very friendly and helpful staff special thanks to Mrs Sharon Kim and Mrs Rachael Kim for there valued help for restaurants and tips for side seen and shopping , Will go back for sure next time I will in Seoul !

Saya tidak mempunyai jin ... Saya fikir ia akan kecil, tetapi saiz biliknya tidak seburuk yang saya sangka. Dan ketika saya membuat tempahan, saya meminta tingkat yang lebih tinggi. Tingkat 6 ... ... ... Pemandangannya tidak bagus, jadi saya sengaja menginginkannya di tingkat yang lebih tinggi ... Saya kecewa Sarapan pagi dibahagikan kepada tiga bahagian, dan ini adalah hujung minggu, jadi tidak mengapa, tetapi walaupun saya tepat waktu, saya tetap menunggu dan makan selama kira-kira 30 minit. Tetapi untuk hotel dengan kolam renang yang sangat bersih, harganya bagus. Sekiranya anda ingin pergi ke kolam renang, saya cadangkan pada hari kerja.

Stayed at the Lotte Executive Tower just after the holidays, in a Premier Double Room. Pros: - The entrance of the Executive Tower is absolutely beautiful. Same with the Main Tower. Elegant, refined, beautiful art work. The executive tower check-in desks are on the 15th floor. - Easy access by escalator directly into the Lotte Department Store (from where the escalator takes you to, hang a right to get to the famous food hall!) - Location can’t be beat. Directly across from Eujiro Station (1) and around the corner from Myeong-Dong Walking Street / Night Market and several 7-11s (which are almost as good as the 7-11s in Japan). - Our room was beautiful, spacious, thoughtfully designed and decorated. Very modern touches and upscale finishes. A chandelier in the bathroom?? - Immaculate housekeeping. - Excellent temperature and very strong water pressure in the shower! - Appreciate the 2 complimentary bottles of Evian every day. - Fast wifi speeds. Cons: - Love the Diptyque toiletries but wish they weren’t the communal / shared bottles. There were bits of dried lotion crusted on the pump from the previous occupant. - Weird that neither lobby had a single chair to sit on. What’s up with that? Comes off a bit inhospitable. This isn’t the type of place to attract non-guests / loiterers. A bench wouldn’t kill anyone! - For a 5* hotel and the price we’re paying, it’s disappointing that there is a surcharge should you need a toothbrush, toothpaste or use of the sauna (!!). They claim the charge for toothbrush and paste is to prevent wastage but surely you could just have these small items available upon request at the front desk? - The doormen’s manners range from formal and friendly (some) to indifferent (most) to downright hostile (many), especially if you are not a Korean speaker, as many don’t speak English. I’m not arrogant enough to think they should speak English in a non-English speaking country, but a smile is universal, you know? Would likely stay here again at the right price and given the location.

The hotel was clean and organized. The front desk was helpful and their were ladies that helped us to deliver our suitcases. I am not sure what their titles were but I just found that it was rather odd since most hotels in North America hired young men to do this. Kudos to the hotel for not type casting roles. The location was very good. The downstairs food court and restaurant was very tasty and clean. I would definitely go back to this hotel if I am ever in Korea again.

The location of the hotel is its main selling point. It is right where the action is. The employees are friendly, polite and very helpful. Service is premium. With the above, I would definitely recommend this place! My drawback is the breakfast offered. The choice and spread is very limited. It is better to go out and eat.

Service was inconsistent - sometimes the staff were really nice and friendly and other times they were plain rude and disrespectful to you. When I first entered my room the smell took me aback. It smelled like a mix of sweat and wet socks. The sheets were crumpled and weren’t super clean either. The bathtub had yellow stains which threw me off as I was looking forward to a midnight soak. Basic amenities were given, which was great. The housekeeping ladies were really sweet as well. It’s a 5 minute walking distance to the train station so location was not so bad. Sadly I don’t think I’d book again as it was not that worth for the price.

The hotel location is perfect and it is right infront of the lift exit 4 from DDP train station. It has airport bus stop right in front of the hotel to Incheon Airport. It may take 2 hours traveling time to airport because the bus will drop by many places around Seoul before heading to airport. The room is spacious and clean.

It's a good hotel on a budget. Has a very homely breakfast and water dispenser to fill up your bottles with ice and water. Also has robes to use as pyjamas. Very no frills. Don't expect service from the staff. We expected to be able to check in earlier when we reached if the room was available. We reached only about 15mins to our check in time but were told to wait at the lobby till 1600. I am not sure what the fixation is about for the check in time. If the room is available, then let the guest have it. First time we have experienced this in any country.

The hotel is very well located in Dongdaemun with the building connected to Hyundai outlet malls and doota. Everything is within walking distance for night shopping and also DDP which is the new culture park. Right out of the doorstep there is a food street and many restaurants. Room is clean with a functioning AC. The size of the room is relatively good for this class of hotel, providing ample space for 2 large suitcases. There is everything you need in the room. The TV channels are international as well covering all languages. I would bring own slippers as they only provide reusable rubber ones and you would need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste as they do not provide it. There is a 24hr CU mart inside the hotel which is like a local 7-11. There is also a GoKart experience in the hotel on the 14/f which is kinda fun for a group of friends. Transportation routes are easy and all the taxi drivers seem to know of this hotel. I would recommend staying here for those that are roaming the Dongdaemun and it’s surrounding areas.

This is the view I had when I arrived and when I woke up. Right at the foot of the bed. The location is great. I was able to walk to amd from the market a few times in the day. I did walk all the way to Seoul Tower seen in the pics. I didnt time the walk because I was randomly walking in that direction, exploring. The busy map was day 2, the chill map was day 1. I didnt use an app for directions I just used landmarks. Its easy 😅. The hotel desk ordered a taxi for me to get to Seoul Station. My room had a bath. Loved it. The wall is high so hang your towel, bathe, wrap up in towel, sit on tub wall and get out. Its safer. They have a corner store in the lobby for food, wine and beer.

時間を言って来てるのに受付に人は居ないし連絡つかない。３０分後探しに行くと本人はスマホ握ってるのに無視して５階で他の客と会話。この時点でモラハラを感じて嫌な気にになる。会うと突然日本人か当てようとする失礼さ。 部屋は高めなのに狭いし、食事は５階でしかできない。モラハラ親父がスマホでモニター見て監視しており、きっと現れるので行きたくない。 もっぱら買い食い。 何かにこじつけ用もないのに上から目線で客の容姿ジャッジしつつ結婚歴まで聞いてくるキモさ、もう話したくなくて黙ってるのに話さないと注意を探して話そうとするができないのでやめる事を繰り返す。境界線なくてかなり最初から不愉快。構って欲しがってる人だけにしてよ！ 終わってるのに洗濯を手伝うと言いながら、何度も断ってるのにニヤニヤして手を突っ込もうとする。すると、一回目は無料と言ってたのに読めないんだろだから助けてるんだよ。見たか？洗濯には金がいると言い出す。面倒だから五千ウォン払いました。 その時他の人いたので、一回目は無料だから金は良いといい始める。けど結局金は受け取った。もうめちゃくちゃで嘘ばかりで適当に言って絡みまくる時に言ってること覚えてないんだと思う。 支配欲すごい自己愛性パーソナリティ障害人格障害のようで、拒絶を示すと罵って人のせいにして嘘までつく。 こちらはセクハラもやめろと言ってるだけ。貴方はただのスタッフだし私は客だからプライバシーを話したくないと言って怒っても理解出来ず支配を諦めない 日本人女性だと思ってセクハラできると思ってしてるの！？と言ったらさっきのフランス女性は洗濯物を見せてくれたと開き直り、全員にセクハラしてることにニヤつくキモさ。 他のサイトの広告ステマ酷かった。 宿泊客に支配欲丸出しで好意に見せかけ支配する。宿としては安全性皆無なのでランク外。評価すらつけたくない。金返せって気持ち。 突然部屋をノックして、酒飲もうと誘ってくる2日連続も。好意的に会話することも一度すらなかった。我慢して返事をしたことが数回。 高額で部屋のレベルは平均的に低く、シャワーに入ると便器は水浸しドア閉まらず、排水口は匂い留守にすると充満する。エレベーターなくて移動がキツイ。 セクハラ拒否の翌日からゴミと使用済みのタオルを片付けなくなったので、ハラスメントを抗議、その後片付けはしたが、最後の日の前日、部屋に来て一緒に朝部屋を確認すると言ってきた。拒絶したら喚き立てる。 最初に聞いてたのは、鍵を返すだけで、何かあればあとからカードに請求するとの話だった。 言ってることが違うし、おかしいしキモいから拒絶したら、突然カードからお金を引き出そうと試すといい始め、勝手にお金を引き出そうとした。警察も呼ぶと言い始める。汚してもいないのに。 オーナーは大人しそうなイスラム女性を呼び出して、この子にもこれをしてるだろと訴え説明させる。 客なのに客のプライバシーを私用することにためらいない。スタッフのくせに個人的に自分のトラブルに客呼び出したくせに本人は謝罪なく私だけにその後謝罪させに連れて行かれる。その子を巻き込んだのは悪いので誤ったけどなんであんたが謝らないわけ？ チェックアウトのとき一緒に居ることは妥協したものの、そしたら態度豹変し、今度は飛行場までついてくると言い出す。キモい！ 時間あれば女性皆についていってると言ったけど私はこんなキモいおっさんと宿出てまで話したくなくて何度も断ったけどしつこくやめない。客に拒否権は無いことになってるらしい。 こっちこそ警察呼んで欲しかった。自分でよべと言い始めたので来なかったけど。 支配出来なきゃ不安になるような人格障害者を静める為だけに会話のボランティアなんて嫌なので、つき合う義務ないと思うしどうせ立会なんて嘘だろうから部屋の証拠写真だけ撮影して逃げます。そうすると後でいちゃもんつけて嘘ついても理由つけて通報されるんだろうな。 会話と立会拒絶罪？ 面倒たけどカード番号とめます。完全に病気。自己愛性人格障害ぽいので相手を所有物とみなしていて、拒絶され逃げられると、俺の金を奪われたかのように嘘をついても発狂しつきまとい支配する人格 The day after he refused to sexually harass me, he stopped cleaning up the garbage and used towels, so I protested the harassment and cleaned up after that, but the day before the last day, he came to my room and said that he would check the room with me in the morning. The first thing I heard was that they would just return the key and charge the card later if anything happened. I refused it .After he said to call the police. But He was a call to like seems easily dominant girl and has ask to explain that she is doing is ok. He was taken away to make me apologize after that without his own apology. I apologized because it was a bad accident for her. But Its just his problem. He never apologized to her. Very creepy but I finally give up will checking room when I check out with him. So, he changed smile and said he want to follow the airport or Soul . Dominate again... He told every girls to do it, but I don't want it and too much the act. Right where all the action of Myeong-dong street market is! Staff were helpful. Able to store luggage at the lobby before check-in and after check out. Toilets are equipped with smart bidet (yay! with seat warmer!!!! so nice in cold weather). Room is clean, though looked a lil rundown, but still acceptable, given that we were mostly out. Halal food available at the street market too (The halal lamb skewer was the best I've had)! The strawberries, grapes that tasted like sweet jellly, (its a no wonder SG markets sells them soo expensive!) On weekdays, street market starts at 5pm, on weekend, it starts by afternoon. Apart from street markets, Lotte store is within walking distance for those who wishes to spend on the higher end products. Not to forget, Olive Young is all the rage there, especially during their sale for that Korean glass skincare! Managed to snag some Kpop items for kids back home. The light sticks were way cheaper than in Singapore, and there were so many merch and photocards available. Even the lomo cards are nice! The airport transfer bus is within walking distance from the hotel. The bus will stop at a few hotels within the area to pick up passengers heading along the way or towards airport. We took the airport transfer bus on a weekend to Incheon Airport Terminal 1. It cost 17000 won/per pax. Journey took nearly 2hrs, considering the weekend traffic at noon. Can't wait to visit again!

Неплохой хостел в удобной локации, совсем рядом метро, магизины типа 7/11, ресторанчики. До района Мендон пешком по прямой минут 10. Внутри чисто, есть общая кухня с микроволновкой и чаем, стиральная и сушильная машина, хороший вайфай. Единственное, нам попался не очень удачный номер, была только половинка неоткрывающегося окна, но я видела, что есть номера с нормальным окном.

Отличное местоположение! Рядом с метро и с автобусной остановкой (около 3 минут медленной ходьбы до метро и до остановки). До Мендона 1 остановка. Внизу есть кафе, рядом магазины. Через дорогу парк. Вид из окна отличный! В номере есть все нужное для комфортного проживания. Очень тепло, одеяла слишком теплые. Мы снимали и спали под пододеяльниками. Номер Полностью соответствует фото. Немного тесно, когда разложен диван. Не хватает уборки в номерах и смены белья или запасное белье для самостоятельной замены. Если ранее не сталкивались с сортировкой мусора, тоже возникают неудобства. Хозяин апартаментов быстро реагирует на все просьбы! Спасибо за комфортное проживание! В целом всем довольны

Booked the 2 Double suite with View initially. it is not anything close to a suite and the only view is only if u climb the ladder access to the roof. Booked the room is also booking website states 2 bathrooms. Please do not be misled - to be exact 2 showers, 1 toilet and 2 common sharing basin over a 1.5m table in this room. One of the showers is located along the slanting roof so you can hardly walk in. Ceiling is low and certainly not for the claustrophobic. We are a party of 5, room has 4 doubles which I tot will be fine but is so cramped. as the area specified on website likely includes the attic seating area and roof which is extremely cold and shabby in Mar. Ok if is a bachelor party or a quick stay for 1 night. To be fair the hotel does have its character with its decor and is situated amongst the eateries and pubs. It gotten better when I changed rooms and paid an extra room to stay more comfortably. However cleanliness must be improved. The decor (industrial / cement setting) and lighting kind of covers up this aspect but still evident to be seen. I have highlighted the issue and the staff try to make an extra effort to clean again. If lift access is a concern, please check with hotel first as not all rooms has lift access. Not recommended for young children and old folks. If not for the staff who are mostly obliging and friendly, it would be a terrible rating instead.

衹住了兩個晚上，每一晚都很離譜。 我們住在14樓，第一天在床上被蜜蜂蜇到了小腿，腫了一個星期。 第二天晚上空調壞了，7月份的炎炎夏日，沒有空調這是能入睡的嗎？酒店沒有前台，根本不方便聯繫…沒有出狀況可能還好，一有狀況根本不方便聯繫。再也不會住這裏.. 한달 지난 일이지만 그래도 얘기해야 될 것 같아서 올렸어요. 3년만에 한국에 다시 왔는데 예전에 오랫동안 살았던 충무로 근처에 호텔 예약 하고픈 맘으로 여기로 정했어요.근데 생각보다 이런저런 상황이 좀 생겼고 보통 호텔처럼 안내데스크가 없어서 새벽에 에어컨이 안 켜져도 직원분이 퇴근해서 연락할 수도 없었어요.그리고 뭐보다 14층에 침대에서 꿀벌이 있다는건 충격이에요.한국에 온 첫번째 날부터 기분이 다운되고 다행히 2박만 여기서 묵고 다른 호텔로 옮겼어요.
