It was good feeling when the first check-in and get the room for 9 nights, some staff was nice. The second day when I woke up and I saw the ceiling was a Hugh Crack so I sent the message to the staff came over to check it out. Because I already went out exploring Seoul, one of the staff was well organise and said if I want can change the other room to me so I feel good after the explanation.
I went back early to the hotel so I can change the room early, but one staff was mention and so mean..said the ceiling don't have problem is just the wallpaper fall down. But I don't feel safe to sleep and it close the bed, I don't even know how you pit the heavy light there in the ceiling, I was thinking the safety issue only.
And that staff mention they sell the room which is really cheap(wtf??)...I only response general but I'm feel not respect to the Customers. I did try different type of accommodation of my Few times Korea travel, 3 years ago the hotel nearby is much nicer.
I don't want come back here to stay even go everywhere is so easy
