Convenient location which is located near seoul station Can walk to hotel directly underground which take approximately 10-15 mins Theres a convenience store nearby and my floor also has a oven so I can preheat my dinner

Really good location connected to Seoul Station by underground. Nice room and good views.

Location is quite ok, need to walk a bit from Seoul station. All staff are super professional and speak good English. Can store luggage at reception after check out. We are lucky to get early check in before noon. Photo taken at reception waiting area.

You can get direct access to the hotel's B2 level from Seoul Station Exit 12, with the lobby located on the 19th floor. The room was quite small; you could barely open two 24-inch suitcases. They don't provide disposable toiletries, so you'll need to bring your own. If shopping is your main purpose, this might not be the best location.

Best hotel location in Seoul, connects directly with subway line. Rooms are clean, smell nice, breakfast is great - staff are very professional, speak good English and are very polite and helpful. I’ll definitely stay here again!

I booked this hotel specifically because the description mentioned Chinese-speaking staff. However, upon arrival, there was no one available who could speak Chinese to assist guests, which felt like false advertising. On a positive note, the hotel's location is excellent. It offers direct access to the subway station and is also very close to a major station nearby, making it incredibly convenient for getting around.

We stayed here two nights. The hotel is located near Seoul station. You can locate it easily if you take Exit 12. There is a convenience store just outside basement one if you want to buy some needy items. The room is clean and spacious for two to stay. Breakfast is good with a spread of food. There is washer and dryer should you wish to do some laundry. You can easily catch an Airport bus to Incheon Airport, highly recommended. Overall, we had a nice stay in the hotel.

Highly satisfied. Excellent location with convenient transport links. The only minor issue was that the bed sheets were torn. It's a bit pricey. There are many delicious restaurants right opposite. It's quiet, and the environment is great with upscale rooms. Definitely recommend it to everyone! I had been staying at the 24 Guest House next door, which was incredibly run-down and poor. After getting drenched, I booked this place on the spur of the moment, and it was an excellent choice! 👍🏻

Location was fine, long walk from seoul station and can be quite confusing. But hotel was nice enough to sent the access instruction prior arrival which definitely help. Good access when it is raining outside since the walkway to the hotel was entirely underground. Convenient enough to access wherever everywhere. No amenities provided (eg toothpaste etc) which can be purchased from hotel or the convenient store downstairs. Overall an ok hotel near to seoul station.

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Josun, Seoul station for 6 nights. I chose this hotel for the convenience to go anywhere because it is very central to everything. We have no problem to go as far as Nami Island by the Metro as it is well connected . The hotel room provide only the basic. It is a plus for the hotel to provide the complimentary bottled water. It can be provided at the lobby freely if we need more of it. Thank you very much. There is a convenient store, CU at the ground floor too. The shelter walkway from the Seoul Station to the Hotel is really a plus . I think it is Exit 12 that link you right to the hotel.

Very nice location nearby Seoul station. Good service and clean room

Overall decent stay the room was small but clean. Location wise 15 mins walk to Seoul Station so not really near to metro. The staff ladies is friendly and helpful but there is a particular guy staff that is always cold and not helpful.i guess is his character but to be front desk it does not portray customer service excellence. Breakfast is not too bad with selection mostly for foreign traveller. Lesser local component foods choice.
