Overall experience is positive . Sometimes Staff do not speak too fluent English but good enough . TV set is a bit of a nuisance . For the rest all is excellent including roof top restaurant

The room was small for a “family size room” that was posted on their website. Room was not service at all when out and about. I would not recommend staying in this hotel if you have children the room was cramped and it can get dirty easily. The location was great there are food places near by and the coex mall if not too far either. Did not get to try the breakfast or room service tho. It is not a bad place to stay for couples or not more then 2 people per room.

All good. The staff is friendly and the food is nice. The location is convenient, can travel through airport limousine.

The location was best, and room overall was fine but daily housekeeping sevice was not daily otherwise it was fine and good experience

I needed to extend my stay, so booked one additional night in the morning. Returned late and presented my booking conformation to hotel reception. They said they not have the booking, I asked them to help call trip.com. They refused to help in anyway. I requested to let me stay the night, and hold my passport for security but again refused. The booking was non refundable. I got onto trip.com CS chat in the app, the girl who helped was fantastic, she cancelled the booking for me and was lucky enough to hang on to the room keys which still allowed me access to the room to get my luggage. I booked another hotel for another 4 nights. The morning g after I received an email about my booking from hotel I’m guessing the email was delayed by booking agent, no fault of trip.com or myself. The hotel certainly does not understand the meaning of customer service

Very near the mrt station . But I think each floor have there different design? My floor design is scary type . Dark and even the wall this … anyway … the lobby is good 🤣

Great location, close to subway Sinnonhyeon station. easy to take airport limousine to the hotel. And services are very good tho !

Booking was canceled 2,5 h before check-in. After a long discussion and after showing the voucher and the payment I got a room. However in the same evening/ night I was requested to go to the reception and to show the voucher again. This was done in a very unfriendly way. Will never ever stay in this hotel. Even if it’s for free. Besides: the price for a standard room is way overpriced. But this is maybe a personal taste.

Room doesn't have window. Front office staff speaks fluent english which is rare in domestic hotel. Overall experience no complaints, consider reasonable price.

There were a lot of dust, the hand towel and body towel were dirty . Please keep attention .
