No 24/7 front desk service. When we arrived to check in at 3.30pm, there was no one at the reception. Need to call for them to come over to check us in.Bath towels were way too small, more like face towel. Breakfast is simple. The room is too small and sparsely furnished.

It was a pleasant stay. Clean rooms and easy access to all the street foods, eateries and shops. It’s literally the centre location of Myeongdong. Probably the air cond heater can be enhanced as it’s still very cold during the winter. There is no floor heating system. Overall still recommended to stay as it’s easy access to everything including subway.

Location is very convenient. Although check in allowed only after 3pm, however we are allowed to utilise their restaurant and placed our luggage. Laundry allowed upon request and they will assist at free of charge.

Very convenient and staff are approachable families of 5. Will reserve this place again for the next trip. Free breakfast is a plus.

The hotel is situated right in the middle of Myeong-dong's vibrant shopping district, making it incredibly convenient for exploring street food stalls, fashion boutiques, and beauty stores. It was a dream for any traveler who wants to be in the center of the action. Our room was cozy, well-maintained, and surprisingly quiet despite the bustling streets below. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water, daily housekeeping, and fast Wi-Fi. The bathroom was modern and spotless, stocked with all the essentials. What stood out the most was the service. The staff were friendly, spoke good English, and were always happy to help with directions, restaurant recommendations, or any questions we had about getting around Seoul. If you're planning a trip to Seoul and want to stay somewhere that combines comfort, convenience, and great value, we highly recommend staying in Myeong-dong. It’s perfect for first-time visitors and anyone who wants to experience the city’s energy right outside their door.

It does not have a good soundproofing as we can hear the noises coming from the rooms beside. We weren't able to sleep well as the people beside our room were still awake until 4am.

Amazing stay at the heart of Seoul's tourist attraction and great for short or long stay. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Check in and check out very fast and easy.

The location is excellent: close to all the action of Myeongdong, the subway, and stops (including the airport limo bus). Breakfast is standard, but always includes fruit. The bathroom is clean. Suitable for active travelers who only need a room for the night.

Conveniently located near the train/airport bus and right in Myeongdong. The rooms are clean, there's an elevator, breakfast is included, and the staff are very helpful. I always stay here whenever I go to Korea.

The location was good, quiet, right behind the downtown area, and it was nice that I could check in even late at night. The cups provided were dirty and unusable.

The owner was very kind. The breakfast was plentiful, and he was quick to respond to my needs. I'm deeply grateful for the way he even arranged an airport taxi for me and assured me of my safety. There were no other inconveniences, but the alley leading to the hotel was dark and crowded with people smoking. Every time I passed by, I felt nervous.

There are also few plugs If you live in a room for five people, the hair dryer can't be used for a long time!
