The location was great because it bus routes to and from Incheon airport was direct with the use of airport limousine, the bus stop was only a 5 minute walk the hotel was located near two metro lines that was accessible. We fortunate enough that we brought our own towels because the first night we given bath towels but after the day of housekeeping they didn't bring back the towels so we were only stocked with hand towels. The hotel is located in a busy street with alot of restaurants to choose from and pubs and bars.

The hotel is very nice with very good location and super friendly staff. They are in constant communication with us with late check in and arrival. They also allowed luggage storage for free with free bottled water and coffee.

The service is friendly, the room is clean, and the specific subway station is a 3-minute walk away, which is very convenient. Overall, it looks like a residential building converted into a hotel.

The location is perfect, within a 10-minute walk from exit 4 of Soomyung university station. There are stores and coffee shops nearby. The front desk staff are nice & friendly. The nearby area is clean and quiet. The only demerit is the noise created by the neighboring room using the water faucet and shower. Earplugs do the job so I’m not bothered much. Overall it’s a nice experience and I’ll come again

A bit expressive for the facilities and room but the hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. They were able to help when I needed assistance, even in the late hours of the night. The location is very quiet and convenient. Close to the subway and Seoul Station. This place is good for short stays and if you’re okay with simple hotels. I’d suggest bringing your own toiletries even though they are offered there, but they aren’t the single-use kind.

This hotel is convenient for it's closeness to train station, but room is a little small if you care about spending time there. A big plus is there is a great Ramen restaurant a short walk south of here.

I was told to wait for 10mins because they cannot find my reservation even though i got the check in voucher printed and gave it to the person in front desk. And the the couple who came after me was given the key right away because they are of the same nationality.

【アクセス】 ソウル駅の隣、淑大入口駅5番出口から徒歩5分くらいで着きます。ソウル駅までも歩いて行けます。 (5番出口からは階段なので大きい荷物がある場合は注意してください) 出口を出るとすぐコンビニと24時間営業のご飯屋さんがあります。 【フロント】 フレンドリーで優しいスタッフ。日本語が通じないスタッフがいる時間があるので翻訳使いながらお話ししました。 荷物はチェックイン前、チエックアウト後も預かってもらいました。 【部屋】 一階だったので蚊がいました ベッドは広かったのですが少し固かったです 枕元にコンセントはありません 【アメニティ】 バスタオルは無くタオル４枚ですが充分でした パジャマはありません バスルームにシャンプーとボディソープがありました チェックインの際に歯ブラシ、スティックコーヒー、お茶がセットになっているポーチをいただきました

他の方の投稿にもあった通り建物が古く、手入れが必要な感じがする。 地下鉄4号線でソウル駅まで一駅というロケーションは悪くない。 周辺には朝御飯が食べられるお店がファストフード店以外には極端に少ないが、幾つかある。(写真) フロントには日によって日本語が少しできる人がいる。 屋上(6階)には洗濯機があって無料で使うことができるが、乾燥機能は無い部屋にはハンガーは2つしかなく、掛ける所もほとんどないので洗った洗濯物を干すのに苦労する。 フロントの人は皆にこやかで、感じがいい。

前台姐姐會講中文，兩位前台人都超好的，地方也很好找地鐵直達方便，而且性價比也比較高，下回來還在這家住，廁所真的好大，且隔音也好，周邊環境也好，女生岀門安全系度也高

Останавливались в отеле 2 раза, второй на 1 ночь. И если в первый раз в ванной был поручень для полотенец, то во второй раз даже его уже не было, видимо отвалился и новый уже не повесили. Не хватает шторки в ванной, иначе вся вода льется на пол и там потоп. Сложно общаться на ресепшене на английском, только с переводчиком.
