Overall, the stay is decent.  The room is clean, however it is a bit small in size. Like the gym though. There is an authentic Korean restaurant located at the basement. So flavourful 😋

Overall, the experience wasn’t bad. The rooms were reasonably comfortable, the staff were polite, and the location was convenient.

The room isn’t clean enough that is dirt on Table for two days. 

Breakfast simple and few options. Locations not good for first time traveller. The location very far away from the tourists spot.

Generally is very far from center. The reason i booked this hotel is because it is near to my conference location in Grand Walkerhill. Good point is, surrounding the hotel has supermarket, olive young directly opposite the hotel.

I arrived the hotel early at around 1-2pm and asked if I could do early check in. The staff who helped me said it's required to pay extra 10,000 won to do early check in. There were another group of customer right next to me at the other counter. The staff who was helping them said it's free of charge to them. I didn't further ask but it's kinda weird, the hotel applied different policies to different customers. The staff who helped me to check in looked not welcoming and had bad temper. 

Near to KSPO Dome, but air con is very hot. Overall is good for girls who planning watch concert at KSPO

I’ve been staying at this hotel at least once a year since 2022. It is not a spectacular hotel but good enough for business travelers. Room is small, breakfast is so so and it is a 10-15 minute walk to the closest subway station Jangji. Several restaurants and shops in the neighborhood which is very convenient. So no particular complaints but also nothing too special about the hotel either.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Park Habio , and I must say, my experience exceeded expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making check-in a seamless process. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, featuring modern amenities that enhanced my stay. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and the quiet atmosphere, which allowed for a restful night’s sleep.

I am very pleased with the hotel’s location, the services provided by the frontline staff. The hotel room is super clean. There are so many restaurants around the hotel. It is near to subways, bus stands and shopping mall.

Great location and service. I was a bit worried because I didn't know about this hotel chain before but I had a great time.

Firstly, We are very unhappy about the location description in Trip.com. It says within 5 mins drive to Lotte World Tower which is absolutely wrong and false advertising!! It takes around at least 20 to 30 mins by taxi!! We want to launch a complaint. The reason we booked this hotel was because of the location. In the end, it’s a lie! Secondly, the airport bus schedule was given by hotel front desk was wrong too!! We ended up taking taxi at a very expensive fare! Breakfast was terrible!!
