I recently stayed at Ki Space Hotel for our visit to Disneyland Paris. We chose this hotel because it’s relatively new and offers a shuttle bus service. While my overall experience wasn’t bad, the reception staff was quite cold when answering questions. Although I was looking forward to a magical experience at Disneyland Paris, the door access was far from magical. The QR code system to unlock the guest room didn’t work, and there was no hotel card for access, so we were given a single key to open our room. The issue with room access wasn’t resolved because it was the Christmas holidays. It seems pointless to rely on high-tech solutions if the hotel cannot address technical issues when they arise.
