This year we held our staff Christmas Party at Donnington Manor. We would highly recommend this venue for any event, particularly the attention to detail that was given for the festivities we had. From start to finish the whole evening went extremely well with positive feedback received from all of our staff. Rebecca (Events Manager) and the hotel staff were very helpful and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Comfortable rooms, great food, and wonderful staff! All of the food was fantastic, but I am a fan of the eggs Benedict, and my goodness the sticky toffee pudding!!! The beds are comfortable and the rooms are well kept and stocked. We have had several long stays recently, and looking forward to returning soon!

This is a truly brilliant find - great location, outstanding accommodation, charming hosts and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The continental breakfast platter and fruit bowl were delicious. You can saunter into town through historic Knole Park, walk to Riverhill Himalayan Gardens or to the White Hart for dinner. It’s all on your doorstep! Knole B & B is definitely the place to book when visiting Sevenoaks. It beats any local hotel hands down!

Room was dirty, extractor fan looked like it had never been cleaned since it was fitted. I complained on the first morning and was told it would be cleaned - it wasn’t. Aircon wouldn’t go below 19 degrees and it was incredibly stuffy and I had the worst nights sleep. Again, complained the first morning and was told it would be looked at and someone just came in and repositioned the remote and left the instructions next to it - but it still wouldn’t go below 19 degrees and the room was SO warm!!! Asked for the room to be cleaned and fresh towels, none were brought and room was the same as the day before. Complained again when I was leaving on the 2nd morning and was asked if I wanted breakfast to make up for it, but it was almost time for breakfast to end and I was too tired from such poor sleeps the previous nights and just wanted to go home. Wouldn’t stay there again, not for £160 for 2 nights when basic cleaning can’t even be done.
