Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Sevilla

After searching online for accomdation for 5, the Hotel Inglaterra came up. We booked the family suite and were not dissapointed. It was huge! A separate bedroom with a sitting area and sofabed, plus a living room with another sofabed, 6 person dining table and a marble fireplace, a giant bathroom with separate jacuzzi tub and interior terrace for some outdoor space. Unfortunately no view as we were on the 1st floor, but we enjoyed the spaciousness and the tasteful decor of this historic hotel. The location is unbeatable, close to all attractions but quite enough to sleep at night. We also appreciated the hotel parking as driving in Seville is difficult at best. Lovely rooftop terrace. We didn't have breakfast or dinner there so can't comment on the meals. The service is top notch. Would absolutely recommend.

距離武器廣場很近，從格拉那達坐大巴抵達後一會兒就能步行到。同時機場大巴首發站也在武器廣場，所以對於需要轉場的遊客而言交通很便利。這裏基本去各個景點也都能步行抵達，附近就有很多吃的，配合設施很齊全。 這家酒店環境很棒，裝修的很有品味。衞生情況也很好。minibar的東西居然是全部免費的，好多好多飲料，入住的時候還贈送一瓶香檳。 房間裏的沐浴用品也都是歐舒丹的，雖然房間面積不算大，但是住下來感覺很不錯。 唯一需要改善的是床頭上方的雪紡床簾有點刺鼻的味道。

Positive: - Room was nice, not too spacious, but with a comfortable king bed and a single bet for our daughter. Pillows were super nice. - Room had all the amenities, including coffee machine, small fridge and tea. - Bathroom was nice with great amenities, but the hair dryer was terrible (would work for 2 minutes ant heat up). - Our room had a small terrace, which was also nice. - Staff was nice, specially the downstairs bar staff. - Hotel has a small indoor pool, but yet a nice pool. - Breakfast was super good, with lot of options, fresh fruit and fresh orange juice. in the weekends, breakfast was served until 11am, which is also nice if you plan on sleeping in. - In our perspective location was good. Hotel is in the “edge” of the old city, but still easy to access by car (main reason why we found location good). All the main attractions were walkable (15 min). We had our 5 year old and a stroller, so all was good. Negative: - Parking was VERY tight, and was located behind the hotel. Was easy to access, but I cannot emphasize how tight it was. Cost was 20 euro/day. All and all was still worth it for us, but just giving a heads up. - Bathroom was nice, but 2 things bothered us A LOT: really bad hair dryer (would work for 2 minutes ant heat up and turn off) and the shower was super dark at night - super super dark. - location was good (see above), but the surroundings did not feel super safe at night. - Our stay was nice, but overall for the price we paid (300/night + parking), I believe there may be better options at this price range. If price was a bit lower around (200/night), I think it would be an option.

The hotel surroundings are really quite and the hotel is placed in a residential area away from the tourist spots. These can be easily reachable by walking. The restaurant does not have so many offers and the prices are too expensive for the experience offered. Breakfast good but also crowed and noise. Car parking underground available also quite expensive.

situated on a road with 24/7 traffic, with no window insulation, I don't see the point in having a huge expensive bathroom, but practically no window insulation, I don't know how I can sleep here its a nightmare , when hotels invest money into wrong things . insulation from outside noise is more important than lobby decoration, do you need to be a rocket scientist to understand that? why on earth do you open hotel for business and not think about insulating the windows. rhggsghjgvvryhzxvhfghvv???????

We came here in March 2022 and loved it so much we decided to come back almost a year later. It is a great location, friendly staff, amazing breakfast, comfy big beds and clean rooms. Really can’t fault any of that. I am rating 4/5 stars for this visit for a few reasons. Firstly the roof top terrace is closed which was a shame and wasn’t communicated prior. Our main issue was that one of the waiters at breakfast, continually over stacked his tray, trying to fit everything on the tray to avoid multiple trips. He also kept hovering over us whilst eating, to clear the plates which we found off-putting. He dropped one of the glasses on our table and there was broken glass everywhere. He didn’t come back to clear it up and we were left eating breakfast with shards of glass around us. We asked 2 other staff to clear it up instead. We didn’t say anything as we thought this was a one off. The day after, he broke something else when clearing our table and over stacking the tray. Once again, he didn’t come back to clear it up. Overall - I would still recommend this hotel and come back as this is really is an isolated incident to our otherwise lovely stay.

ALSA 버스 정거장 바로 앞에 있어 스페인의 다른 지역에서 오거나 공항갈때 너무 편리합니다. 호텔 앞쪽에 Marcadona(super maket)가 있어 음식과 물 사기 좋습니다. 네스프레소 머신이 있어 marcadona에서 캡슐 구매로 커피를 마실 수 있었습니다. 관광지와 약간 거리가 있지만 버스로 또는 걸어서 갈 수 있을 정도 입니다. 침대도 매우 좋은 품질이라 잠도 잘 잘 수 있었습니다. 약간 아쉬웠던 것은 바닥 청소가 약간 덜 되서 이 부분만 개선되면 정말 좋은 호텔이 될 것 같습니다.

The first words from Herman were “Welcome home!” which is how we felt for our entire stay. Our suite surpassed our expectations on all levels; location, amenities, cleanliness and comfort. Our hosts were the best & provided great directions, maps and answered all our questions. Beautiful rooftop! Did not want to leave - will stay here again! ❤️☺️

Bueno pues como así tal pedís yo cuento mi experiencia... Me equivoco en trip.com a la hora de elegir habitación ya que la quería doble y la elegí individual e inmediatamente me pongo en contacto con el hotel para poder obtener solución y obviamente me dicen que debo ponerme en contacto con la página en la cual hice la reserva. Llamo a atención al cliente de trip.com y después de 40 mnts a la espera cobrándome una pasta por la llamada,vuelvo a llamar al hotel para exigir una solución de la cual desde el principio me había comentado que no me podía solucionar... Disculpe pero tengo 2 hijos uno de 9 meses y otra de 9 años dormimos juntos en una cama grande es posible una supletoria aunque tenga que pagar por el complemento? Claro!! Me dice la chica ,pues muy bien me hubiera ahorrado 40 mnts de llamada en tiempo y bolsillo y en el caso de que me lo cogieran,haber cancelado(pienso). Por una habitación con dos camas unidas 20 euros más. Entramos todo muy limpio pero una calor insostenible. Llamamos y me dicen que subirán a verlo en cuanto puedan. Gracias!!Mientras estaremos en la piscina!!Una piscina muy pequeña pero muy limpia llena de amacas de las cuales no hemos podido aprovechar ningunas porque todo estaba completo y en la piscina no se cabía (y yo que venía a quitarle calor a mis hijos....) Subimos y sigue haciendo una calor terrible,baño a mi bebé lo duermo nos hechamos unos refresco yo y mi niña y es que ya no se podía... Perdone siento mucho molestar pero en esta habitación no se puede estar de calor,a lo que la recepcionista me responde que debo cambiarme a otra. Vuelvo a recoger todo cargo al bebé dormido en brazos los macutos ... Ni un disculpe... Esta bien,muchas gracias!! Esta habitación es mucho más pequeña,no tiene bañera como le encanta a mi hija,hay hormigas y la cama es mucho más pequeña que la que teníamos suplementaria por la que me hicieron pagar 20 euros . Bueno de nuevo sacamos todo y decidimos ir de nuevo ala piscina después de las perdidas de tiempo tan grandes en la cual sigue sin caber ni un alfiler pero aún así nos acoplamos como podemos y que los niños se refresquen. De repente unos gritos entre dos chicas, insultos y a poco de tirararse de los pelos,ha sido vergonzoso los celos,la ira y la toxicidad de estas chicas delante de personas mayores niños pequeños y todos los que nos encontrábamos en el momento. En fin me vuelto a la habitación y aquí si que enfría el aire .

It was our first time visiting Seville and from the moment we cross the bridge from the train station and enter into the historical part of the city we felt like we were in a magical place, but this was just the beginning Upon a raving to our hotel, we were graded By the most kind, helpful and an genuinely caring person ever (Laura), She took the time to explain the city and recommend many places to visit eat and chop around And while this is expected from hotel staff you could tell that she was doing it not because it was her job because she truly love showing her city to visitors This hotel is perfectly place as it is five minutes away from most of the attractions and shopping district accommodations were great and very clean, but what blew us away was the breakfast when they of different local products all fresh
