房間的設施非常好，一進門就吸引到了我，剛進去能感覺到空氣很流通，窗户開了一小半通風，沒有異味，而且房間非常的乾淨，我一個有潔癖的人住的都很舒服，衞生間也很乾凈，距離浦東機場很近，10分鐘的路程，這裏我不得不説一下，浦東機場免費接送機的師傅們都非常的好，服務很棒，酒店也不吵，隔音效果還挺好，附近有很多外賣，總體來説非常滿意！！！還有一個小細節，夏天可能蚊子比較多，房間裏都配有電蚊香液，插上去一個蚊子都沒有，超讚！下次去還會選擇這裏😎

Negative point: We booked this hotel because there are free shuttle to airport and disneyland. But at the end we are quite disappointed because the hotel apparently got airport pick up schedule (start from 4pm till 10pm) and airport drop off schedule (7am-11.40am) although before booking we had call several time to ask about the shuttle, but they don’t give complete explanation about this. Also the bus they provide already very old and the driver is very rude when answering our question. Other than that, when we want their shuttle service shanghai disneyland, the receptionist ordered a taxi for us for drop off then told us that we can call taxi whenever we want to go back to hotel, taxi fee can be reimburst at the reception desk, but you know what…i almost cannot redeemed the taxi fee, the reception told me that the former receptionist is a new comer that give a wrong explanation that we cannot hv shuttle service after we check out, so then after arguing, the receptionist paid my taxi fee. Positive point: Hotel is quite near Pudong airport, outside hotel they are several chinese restaurant and the closet for poop got remote control for bidet and flush.

More than what i could have bargained for, especially for this price. I arrived half an hour before the official check-in time, no problem. They instantly asked me when my flight would leave, and told me to be ready in the hotel lobby at 04:30 to get the free shuttle bus at 04:40. Everything is fine and well. Also had a real good night's rest, the bed was also much better than what i expected for the price. Will book again for sure!

It’s a shared room hotel, and they don’t inform that on the hotel description. When you arrive there you have to pay extra money in case you want to be alone in your room. The location is good, near Pudong Airport.

The hotel is about a 15 min drive from Pudong airport (~20RMB by taxi). If you're on a real tight budget, there's a bus stop ~7 min walk away. The hotel provides a free shuttle to and from Pudong Airport in the mornings (4am to 12:10pm) which we took and it was great. Neither the staff nor the driver speak much English, so if that's an issue for you, ask someone at the airport tourist information center to help you out. There's a convenience store at the first floor of the hotel, which has all the basics. The check-in was quick and easy, and check-out even more so. As an extra plus, no deposit was needed at check-in. The rooms (we booked a superior room) are nice, surprisingly clean and spacious, though they do show their age in places. There's an elevator in the hotel and there are cupboards and closets galore in the room. The rooms are ridiculously big, especially considering what you pay for it (we paid 150RMB for two). We stayed there one night going out and one coming back and there was no smell of smoke in either of the rooms (a common issue in places like this). If you get breakfast for 20-30RMB over the room price, take it. It's not worth paying 38pp extra. For what you pay, you get more than you need, and I dare you to find a better deal. *This very same hotel is sometimes advertised as New Knight Royal Hotel Airport and International Resort on different booking platforms.

Kami menginap di tingkat tiga Bangunan 1. Biliknya bagus dan luas. Sarapan termasuk kedua-dua ***a Cina dan Barat Walaupun ia tidak begitu mewah, ia masih boleh memenuhi keperluan. Rasa dan kualiti makan malam juga lebih baik. Kakitangan perkhidmatan mesra, sopan, bertimbang rasa dan responsif kepada semua permintaan. Kakitangan penerimaan tetamu seperti Wang Mei di kaunter penerimaan tetamu adalah mesra dan profesional. ***a seni bina seluruh hotel adalah unik, saya suka. Terdapat juga Taman Yi Chi dan Kedai Mi Lewat Malam untuk memenuhi keperluan yang berbeza.

滬·何遇酒店位置距離公交站百餘米兩座直梯F5層。前台服務貼心周到，電視原因店家免費升級房間，電視僅可收看央視直播（部分）頻道。房間青春綠色緩解視覺疲勞，衞生狀況看不出臟亂差來，床單被罩枕套無明顯污漬，但睡前洗浴一覺起來全身瘙癢（未使用浴巾，僅用來擦☔🧳），再次沖洗後緩解許多。空調製冷、除濕效果顯著，WiFi無密碼，未使用！

第一次來上海，住在田舍真的很方便也很舒服，還有免費接機服務，離開上海的前一天也是定的這兒，又直接在田舍送到機場，還有免費的迪士尼班車，童車租賃也比其家租的要便宜並且無按金，去市裡住的那晚也是免費送我們到地鐵站，回來住的那晚又是免費來接，接接送送的這些路程換做我們打車也要好多錢，真的是性價比超高！！清明假期來住也不貴，最最主要是老闆小姐姐人非常好，非常適合帶娃來住，還有一些小朋友可以玩的設施，小院子裏的花花草草也非常好看，旁邊還有一條小河溝，最後一晚才知道這家居然可以摘草莓，並且一點也不貴！！這次沒摘上，下次再來我一定要摘草莓啦！！！

Base from my true experiences, I booked here the night before traveling to Shanghai. Once I check out from hotel in Guangzhou, front desk lady help me called reception at Shanghai Novotel Hotel Chuansha to ask if they can pick me and my partner at Pudong Airport as they advertised for a complimentary shuttle bus. The lady at Novotel cannot speak English so I passed to the front desk lady in Guangzhou and got to know that I have to book a shuttle bus a day ahead. I accepted this because I read info, just have hope if they could help customer with this, anyway I flew to Shanghai and went hotel by myself. On the way to Shanghai, I still have hope that receptionist at NOVOTEL will be able to speak English. When I arrived there, I met 3 receptionists and NONE OF THEM CAN SPEAK ENGLISH. We had a tough time to communicate. I have my own language and English, also broken Chinese but we still not understand each other. I had to call a friend of mine in Taiwan to speak Chinese to them. Again, I wanted to book a shuttle bus to Disney land for the next day and they ask me to have a Wechat app to see a detail and communicate. Since I do not have China mainland mobile number so I cannot make a Wechat work on my phone. My ********* friend still help me out with this. At that time, another lady came, seem like she work for shuttle bus thing. I do understand that Chinese tone of voice always loud but I cannot see mercy on her face. She consisted that we still need a Wechat. One lady there said, I have to take a taxi without Wechat even though the hotel provided us a free shuttle bus to Disneyland. At this point I a little upset as there is no choice that they can call or set me a time for my travel, _ucking asked me to take a taxi. I do not mind to pay for taxi but we have never been here so we worry about other unexpected factor could happen. Further more, I went there on my girlfriend birthday to celebrate her birthday. I decided to take it here a last minute and I asked if they could have a card written Happy Birthday to her. Only I know is ”NO CARD, NO CARD!!!! bad service mind ever, disappointed and felt give up with Novotel Yes, I picked NOVOTEL because I really hope they provided international services. I was a member of ACCOR PLUS and experienced such good services but since I experienced here, I am a failure. I actually have 2 more nights in Shanghai after 2nights here. I was thinking to move out all the time because me and my partner felt suffocate with a service. I do not talk to them anymore as it is useless T___T I even tried with my broken Chinese but I cannot feel that they put an effort to serve their guesses. No bellboy, air-conditioning at public area is pretty warm. To be honest, the place is good, bed is comfy and we tired from playing things in Disney land park so I extended to book for one more night then I do not need to rush for checking out. I went reception floor, this time a girl with glasses, seem kind and she is fluent in English help me check in for my last night here :) Whole time staying here I kept my mouse shut because don't want to feel unpleasant anymore and I feel like the robot that delivery food downstairs is working better than human lol. Eventually, I did tried until I can log into Wechat to found that the text were written in Chinese only. I still can travel with a hotel shuttle bus even I do not read thing on Wechat (我看不懂) 😔 I definitely won't be back here even things are good. Hotel is providing everything we needed which is good but they should hire people who able to speak English or people who able to use translate on google and else to communicate as they open for the whole world guess. Not only Chinese on earth but also another language exists. Last thing, key of hospitality is ”SERVICE MIND”
