房間雖不大，但設施齊全完善，衞生也很好，清潔阿姨隨叫隨到，服務周到。周圍有上海交大附屬醫院，最近的大門步行3分鐘到。到地鐵4號線塘橋站2分鐘，馬路對面就是商業中心巴黎春天，購物和餐飲非常方便。騎共享單車去世紀公園20分鐘，步行去陸家嘴濱江區20分鐘，總之體驗很棒！

4分是給前台妹妹的，應急處理不錯。其餘體驗都很差！想訂大床房A的一定要避雷！ 因為第二天訂了別的酒店，衹想在這裏落腳一晚所以訂了大床房A，簡直是雷中之雷！給的5005房間在幾個走道的交匯處，屬於每個房客的必經之路，房間的隔音效果幾乎沒有，隔着房門可以清楚聽見門外房客的腳步聲，電梯的開合聲，早上保潔阿姨的説話聲，凌晨兩點仍然有拖着箱子入住的房客，凌晨五點又有拖着箱子退房的房客，由於5005房間旁邊的走道並不是一般酒店都有的無障礙坡道，而是兩邊各兩節台階，所以幾乎每個拎着箱子的房客都會重重提起箱子又重重放下，更有沒拿穩叭一聲箱子倒地上的，在房間裏都聽得一清二楚，整夜失眠。早上好不容易眯了一會兒，更加迷惑的事情發生了，淋浴間的玻璃竟然砰一聲炸了！玻璃渣飛了一地，真的把人嚇到不行！以上都是真實情況，住過無數次酒店，這是第一次遇到隔音和設備這麼這麼差的房間，想要入住的朋友，一定要避雷5005房間，這房間簡直是逆天！

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were some positive aspects, I must mention a few significant drawbacks. Firstly, the bathroom was incredibly small for two people. It felt cramped, and there was hardly enough space to move around comfortably. To make matters worse, there was a noticeable leak in the bathroom, which was not only inconvenient but also raised concerns about maintenance. Additionally, the room itself lacked adequate space. With two people sharing it, we felt cramped and had limited room to store our luggage. This made our stay less comfortable than we had hoped for. Also, there was an unpleasant smell in the room that was hard to ignore. It detracted from the overall experience and made our time in the room less enjoyable. While the hotel had its merits, these issues with the bathroom size, leak, lack of space, and unpleasant odor were significant drawbacks that affected our overall satisfaction with the stay.

Very nice location close to the riverside, with chance for gorgeous walk, jogging and bike riding!

It is a pleasure stay at Urcove Expo. After checking in, I was surprised to see a cleaning lady squatting inside the elevator. I asked her why. She said ”the logo of the hotel is in white (carpet is dark grey). Should the logo be dirty. It doesn't look nice at all”. The cleaning lady of 5th floor also displays good customer service. At least in my opinion. If I used the items in a certain way. After cleaning, she will maintain it the way I used them. The lady who helped me checked in on the day of my arrival is also helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name. If I call right she is thin and wears glasses. Last. Ms Yuki at the reception is also helpful. She helped me book my cab. And also taught me how to use the phone app to use the local bicycle. Looking forward to try it myself. The only downside is transport if public transport is preferred. The metro station do need some patience and stronger lower limb power. I caught flu on my first night due to exhaustion from long flight time, colder and rainy climate when arrived. Otherwise for the staff friendliness and helpfulness, I will still give 5 stars. 非常nice的華住旗下新品牌商旅公寓酒店，很適合小住幾天的人士，房間帶冰箱洗衣機微波爐，自帶餐廳、健身房，樓頂的露台可以欣賞黃浦江，可惜今天有雨，不能小息會，酒店就在南浦大橋東堍下東江廣場內，環境很好，早晨能聽見鳥叫聲，交通離4號塘橋地鐵口不到一公里，前台小帥哥服務態度很好，給個贊👍🏻

The on-site restaurant, which serves a mix of Western and Chinese cuisine, provided delicious meals throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering a wide range of options from fresh fruits and pastries to traditional Chinese dishes. Additionally, the lobby bar is a great spot to unwind with a drink after a long day of sightseeing or meetings. Amenities: DoubleTree by Hilton Shanghai offers a plethora of amenities designed to enhance the guest experience. The fitness center is well-equipped with modern machines and free weights, perfect for maintaining a workout routine while traveling. The indoor pool is another highlight, providing a relaxing environment to swim and relax. For those in town for business, the business center and meeting rooms are top-notch, offering all the necessary facilities for a productive stay. Service: The standout feature of this hotel is the exceptional service. From the warm chocolate chip cookie at check-in to the attentive staff throughout the stay, the level of hospitality is outstanding. The concierge was particularly helpful, offering insightful recommendations and assisting with travel arrangements. Every staff member I encountered was courteous, professional, and eager to ensure my stay was enjoyable.

It is a great location to connect to other spots and to experience the daily work life. The housekeeping service was excellent. If every room can house an iron and the ironing board, that will create extra rating for this hotel.
