Ulasan Atour Hotel Jing'an Temple Nanjing West Road, Shanghai

It was overall a great stay. The lobby is cozy, fragrant and dimly lit with soft yellow lighting. The room is not very big but there was enough space to move around comfortably. Love the shower with instant heating and water temperature digitally displayed and the hairdryer has good wind strength. The toilet seat is electronically kept warm and wash basin tap comes with hot water, which really made a difference during cold weather. Breakfast was simple but delicious, with variety enough for a nutritious start to the day. The noodles made by the robot was unexpectedly quite tasty. The complimentary late night porridge was also a warm touch to end the day for guests. There are books spread out throughout the public spaces for guests to borrow (all Chinese books though). The location is rather convenient, about 10-15min walk to 2 metro stations, Jing An Temple Station and Nanjing West Rd station, lots of eateries nearby and a few shopping malls like Kerry Centre are also within walking distance, plus the beautiful Jing An Temple of course. Special thanks to the kind staff named Weekend (Zhou Mo) who extended complimentary late check out till 4pm in view of my late flight.

The hotel is really new. The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel location is near to Jingan Temple just 10 mins walk and not so far from the metro. The room have wireless chargers which are so convenient. We spent good two night here.

Great location within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The hotel is fairly new, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and always helpful, and the 24/7 laundry service was a bonus. Highly recommend!

Great location, ideally situated. Big room with modern amenities, helpful staffs even if they have little English proficiencies, probably due to brand generally cater to locals. Room cleanliness can be improved, although there is no dust, but hair can be found sometimes on the floor, probably due to the floor colouring maybe hard to see. But above all an excellent hotel to stay while exploring Shanghai.

Location is good, in the middle of citywalk Maybe can add iron in the room more convenient

Always very pleased to be staying in this hotel. Felt like home away from home. Friendly and welcoming staff from reception, concierge to morning banquet. Exceptional thanks to receptionist Ms 麦田 and Ms 筱义 for their pleasant hospitality and assistance to arrange overseas courier. Overall Hotel cleanliness is good, conveniently located (walking distance to metro station Line2/7/14 Jing’ An Temple Station) and close to The Bund as well. Several malls located in the vicinity as well (Kerry Centre), with plenty of F&B choices.

Everything was fine, cleanliness was just OK, could be better though.

The hotel seems new and the staff who works there is young but professional. We had a problem with the ac in our room but they took care of it with a lot of attendance. Finally we got the perfect room. Breakfast is AMAZING!!! The best we had in China. Big love for the ladies who are working at the breakfast room, they are lovely. The only thing it should be improved to make this hotel 5/5 is cleaning of rooms.

New hotel which is conveniently located. Friendly service with a wide breakfast spread and complimentary laundry services. Will stay again!

The location of the hotel is very convenient and the facilities are good for short stay with breakfast, laundry etc.It's one of the money worthy hotels I have stayed.

Rooms are clean. The services provided is good but if the buffet can have more varieties, it would be better.

The room was too hot with no possibility to use the AC as it was only on heater mode after calling the reception. Generaly clean but found some hairs on the floor and in the bathroom. I was waking up at 9 am by room service to clean the room ? [Stay only 1 night...]while I was sleeping, then 30 min later receive phone call saying that[ room expired- room expired ] With very poor English , I get scared that I misread the details, but after reviewing the late checkout, it was well at 2 pm....didn't understand why calling at 9.30 saying that 😵💫
