I had the most incredible experience staying at the Shanghai Prodor Music Hotel! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The hotel's unique blend of music and hospitality creates an atmosphere like no other. The attention to details is absolutely amazing. My room was not only comfortable and luxurious but also equipped with top-notch Bang and Olufsen sound systems, allowing me to enjoy my favorite music in style. The attention to detail in the room's design, with musical motifs and decor, made my stay truly special. My room was decorated with precious wood, high quality leather, beautiful marbles all assembled in sophisticated patterns. The level of automation from the lights to the curtains and the Villeroy & Boch washlet was out of this world. The hotel's restaurant offered a delightful culinary journey with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes. The chefs prepared my breakfast to my exact liking. The buffet was garnished with fresh ans well selected products. The maître d’hôtel will guarantee a smooth communication with the kitchen making the dinning experience smooth and most enjoyable. What truly sets the Shanghai Prodor Music Hotel apart is its dedication to music. If you don’t know who is Lang Lang he is world renowned piano player and the Prodor Music Hotel was established in his honor. The on-site music studio and regular music events make it a haven for music enthusiasts. I even had the opportunity to attend a live music workshop during my stay, which was both educational and entertaining. The staff's hospitality made me feel like a valued guest. Big kudos to Candice, Kris, and Daniel for their exceptional courtesy and problem solving skills. Whether you're a music lover or not, this hotel offers an unforgettable experience that combines luxury, hospitality, and a deep appreciation for the art of music. I can't wait to return to the Shanghai Prodor Music Hotel for another harmonious stay!

這家電競酒店給人的感覺挺實在，首先吸引我的是那裡的電腦配置，都是市面上比較高端的，運行各類大型遊戲毫無壓力，畫面流暢不卡頓。房間設計很人性化，遊戲區域和休息區域劃分得很清楚，玩累了可以直接倒在床上休息，床品也很舒適。網絡環境必須誇一誇，光纖寬帶加持，無論是下載更新還是在線對戰，速度都槓槓的，讓遊戲過程更加暢快淋漓。服務方面，前台接待熱情，有問題反饋都能得到及時解決，讓人感到挺舒心的。隔音效果處理得也不錯，即便你玩到深夜，也不用擔心會打擾到別人或者被外界噪音影響。周邊配套設施齊全，出門走幾步就有各式各樣的餐館和便利店，滿足不同口味的需求。價格方面，雖然不算最便宜，但考慮到提供的硬件和服務質量，性價比還是相當高的。總之，無論是和朋友組隊開黑，還是獨自享受遊戲時光，這裏都是個不錯的選擇，值得推薦給喜歡電競的朋友們。

性價比挺高的酒店，我訂的是特價房，過去的時候説沒有了，幫我升級成了大床房，酒店很乾凈，設施也還行，還貼心的送了洗臉巾啥的，一次性杯子還用袋子套起來了，各種細節都比較注意，是用心了。這個性價比，很高。

I really loved the outside area of the hostel, especially at night to relax! Otherwise I must say that the room was rather dirty and there was a rather unpleasant smell in the room.

Had a very pleasant stay. Staff were so helpful whenever I asked for anything. Location is great, it’s near to the metro. Room was also clean.

Everything was fine. Location is actually pretty good, 8 minutes to metro station, 2 minutes to shopping mall that has most of shops humans need, we don’t need Louis Vuitton or Celine at every shopping mall. It’s a bustling area, ice skating area, people dancing and doing sports near the mall. It’s alive there. And under 30 minutes to Shanghai Railway Station. No complaints on location for this price. Rooms are good sized, curtains close if you know how to close curtains and sunshine doesn’t bother the sleep. Washing machine door was broken and we had to have someone come and open it on the last morning. Hope they pay more attention to amenities and quality of them.

Big enough for 4 persons . Bed is comfortable. Hanger not enough. Should include more hangers. Distance to metro is 15 mins. Eateries is nearby.

Another stay here. A simple, no frills hotel for a good price. I love the location with two plazas within walking distance and the metro station about a 6 minute walk. Very convenient for getting to anywhere in the city on Line 9. This is the first time I checked the television and was a bit sad that there was only one English channel. Though this was not a big deal for me as I was only in the room to sleep. I like to book a room on the south side of the hotel as there is an open view looking over a school field. However, if you stay on a weekday, I am told the school has announcements early in the morning, so a room on the north side might be better for Sunday night to Thursday night. Check in was fast again and I was in my room within about 5 minutes. While I was very comfortable in my room, I did notice that the walls were getting a bit worn. There was also something on the walls that looked like dust, but I hope it wasn't mold. It seems they might need to think about doing some simple renovations. The height adjustment for the shower was also broken so it wanted to fall. I should have mentioned this to the front desk but I forgot. Overall, another nice stay but they may need to plan some simple renovations like painting the walls and checking the fixtures in the rooms.

It was a very pleasant stay at Renaissance hotel. The location is super convenient to travel to railway station as well as to the international airport. The service is particularly exceptional. I will certainly come back.
