Ulasan Mercure Hotel (Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station)

31sqm deluxe .. bathroom was spacious and clean. Room was spacious and well designed , only disappointment was a mouldy wall next to one of the twin beds (Room #213)

Reception are able to speak English and very kind.They give free wdeinking water and welcome drinks as wine.Amenities are well provided.Easily to order food and deliver by a robot.

Good location if you need to be at Hongqiao area. Nice and clean. Plenty of food and convenience shops nearby.

Arrived at hotel & was told there will be no aircon thru out our 5 nights stay. Either we open the window or request for fan. Front desk staff are very helpful & send the fan to our room. The aircon is still working but stay at 26 deg. If travelling to other province, Hongqiao railway station is very near but if go to city will take 35mins cos there’s always traffic jam. Overall stay was good.

The location of the hotel is convenient and the train station is not too far. The place is clean and the view is pretty good. The staff is really nice.

Hotel staff were helpful and polite, but the room had bedbugs and the bathroom was smelly but the hotel staff helped and co operated and changed out room, breakfast was not bad

Walking distance from the hongqiao station... Need to come out from East exit... If not will turn a big round cost me RMB39... Room is ok and staff is very friendly

Its a really tiny room which was perfect for a short stay while in transit. The staff is very polite and helpful but there was no one to assist with bags. The highlight for me was that breakfast is available from 6:30am. The breakfast was delightful and the breakfast time was perfect considering the next journey began at 8am. The hotel is basically within proximity of Hongqaio railway station but the driving route requires at least 15mins so plan accordingly.

They had great customer service. Everything was so efficient. Everything was so thoughtful towards the customer and what will be needed. The location was great to go to the railway station. I would definitely stay here again.

Very good service, clean room, good breakfast, also appreciate we kept our luggage after our check out time.

Hallway and some parts of the room has many marks of use. Even the floor. The bed sheets also had a little stranger smell.

Was able to check in earlier which is very helpful after an overnight flight. Love the quiet neighborhood, good service, spacious room. Overall a great stay.
